【摘要】：社會(huì)資本具有識(shí)別社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)的功能,這種識(shí)別既有助于解釋微觀現(xiàn)象的差別,又有助于實(shí)現(xiàn)微觀到宏觀的過(guò)渡。轉(zhuǎn)型期中國(guó)社會(huì)資本的研究主要關(guān)注經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展中,傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)資本的沖擊解體和現(xiàn)代社會(huì)資本的建構(gòu)過(guò)程,研究視點(diǎn)很少放在以旅游為導(dǎo)向的社區(qū)空間,對(duì)其旅游從業(yè)者的群體研究也缺乏關(guān)注。本文對(duì)平遙單位制解體后下崗職工進(jìn)入旅游業(yè)及塑造相關(guān)社會(huì)資本網(wǎng)絡(luò)的過(guò)程中,社會(huì)資本所發(fā)生的變化進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。重點(diǎn)分析了每個(gè)階段社會(huì)資本的狀況、運(yùn)作策略及作用。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)社會(huì)資本對(duì)旅游從業(yè)者的形成與發(fā)展具有重要作用,社會(huì)資本的差異會(huì)導(dǎo)致社會(huì)差距的進(jìn)一步拉大。世界文化遺產(chǎn)地平遙古城作為一個(gè)典型的案例,為了解社會(huì)資本在旅游目的地下崗職工再就業(yè)中的作用提供了重要參考。
[Abstract]:Social capital has the function of identifying social structure, which helps to explain the difference of microscopic phenomenon and to realize the transition from microcosmic to macroscopic. In the period of transition, the research of Chinese social capital mainly focuses on the rapid development of economy. The impact of traditional social capital and the construction process of modern social capital are seldom focused on the community space guided by tourism. There is also a lack of attention to the group study of its tourism practitioners. This paper makes an empirical study on the changes of social capital in the process of laid-off workers entering tourism industry and shaping related social capital networks after the disintegration of Pingyao unit system. Focus on the analysis of each stage of the status of social capital, operation strategy and role. It is found that social capital plays an important role in the formation and development of tourism practitioners, and the difference of social capital will lead to a further widening of the social gap. As a typical case, Pingyao Ancient City, a world cultural heritage site, provides an important reference for understanding the role of social capital in reemployment of laid-off workers in tourist destinations.
