【摘要】：在二級(jí)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈內(nèi)下游企業(yè)進(jìn)行合作研發(fā)條件下,對(duì)比分析了固定價(jià)格和浮動(dòng)價(jià)格策略下的整體研發(fā)效果,并討論了水平溢出對(duì)整體研發(fā)效果的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:在兩種價(jià)格策略下,下游企業(yè)研發(fā)產(chǎn)出和最終產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)量,以及上、下游企業(yè)的利潤(rùn)都會(huì)隨著水平溢出的增加而增加;與浮動(dòng)價(jià)格策略相比,在固定價(jià)格策略下,下游企業(yè)的研發(fā)產(chǎn)出效果更優(yōu),最終產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)量更大,上、下游企業(yè)利潤(rùn)更高;水平溢出效應(yīng)越大,選擇固定價(jià)格策略對(duì)上下游企業(yè)越有利。
[Abstract]:Under the condition of cooperative R & D of downstream enterprises in the secondary industrial chain, the overall R & D effect under fixed price and floating price strategy is analyzed, and the effect of horizontal spillover on the overall R & D effect is discussed. The results show that under the two price strategies, the R & D output and final product output of downstream firms, as well as the profits of upstream and downstream firms will increase with the increase of horizontal spillover, and compared with the floating price strategy, under the fixed price strategy, the profit of downstream firms will increase with the increase of horizontal spillover. The effect of R & D output of downstream enterprises is better, the final product output is larger, and the profit of upstream and downstream enterprises is higher; the greater the horizontal spillover effect is, the better the choice of fixed price strategy is for the upstream and downstream enterprises.
