【摘要】：我國是一個農(nóng)業(yè)資源豐富、鄉(xiāng)村景觀優(yōu)美的國家，隨著社會的發(fā)展和人民生活水平的提高，人們對休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的需求會日益增加，其發(fā)展前景及其廣闊。休閑農(nóng)業(yè)充分利用農(nóng)業(yè)的多功能性，為人們提供了觀光、休閑、學習、體驗等各種休閑服務(wù)，新世紀以來，浙江省政府高度重視這一新興產(chǎn)業(yè)，經(jīng)過深入調(diào)查研究，決定把休閑農(nóng)業(yè)作為新時期農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型、農(nóng)民就業(yè)和持續(xù)增收的重要工作來抓。 近年來，浙江省的休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)如雨后春筍般涌現(xiàn)，但在其發(fā)展過程中普遍存在規(guī)劃不科學、經(jīng)營檔次低、扶持乏力等一系列問題。而臺灣休閑農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)過30多年的發(fā)展已進入比較成熟的階段，其成功經(jīng)驗為浙江省發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè)提供了大量啟示。 本研究以景觀生態(tài)學原理、可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論、農(nóng)業(yè)多功能性理論等學科理論為指導，綜合采用文獻閱讀法、對比分析法、統(tǒng)計分析法，首先介紹了浙江省休閑農(nóng)業(yè)與臺灣休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，然后將浙江省休閑農(nóng)業(yè)與臺灣休閑農(nóng)業(yè)從模式、社會化服務(wù)體系、支持政策三大方面進行對比，，分析兩者的相同點與不同點，最后總結(jié)出臺灣發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的成功經(jīng)驗：應(yīng)地制宜、科學規(guī)劃；運作模式多樣且注重體驗活動；社會化服務(wù)體系和政策法規(guī)體系完善，進而給出了推進浙江省休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的建議。
[Abstract]:China is a country with rich agricultural resources and beautiful rural landscape. With the development of society and the improvement of people's living standard, people's demand for leisure agriculture will increase day by day. Leisure agriculture takes full advantage of the versatility of agriculture and provides people with various leisure services, such as sightseeing, leisure, study, experience and so on. Since the new century, the Zhejiang Provincial Government has attached great importance to this emerging industry, and through in-depth investigation and research, It is decided that leisure agriculture should be regarded as an important task in the transformation of agriculture, the employment of farmers and the sustained increase of income. In recent years, leisure and sightseeing agriculture in Zhejiang Province has sprung up, but in the process of its development, there are a series of problems, such as unscientific planning, low management level, weak support and so on. After more than 30 years of development, Taiwan leisure agriculture has entered a relatively mature stage, its successful experience has provided a lot of enlightenment for Zhejiang Province to develop leisure agriculture. Guided by the principles of landscape ecology, the theory of sustainable development and the theory of multi-functional agriculture, this study adopts comprehensive literature reading method, comparative analysis method and statistical analysis method. This paper first introduces the current situation of leisure agriculture in Zhejiang Province and leisure agriculture in Taiwan, and then compares leisure agriculture in Zhejiang Province with leisure agriculture in Taiwan from three aspects: model, social service system, support policy. By analyzing the similarities and differences between the two, it is concluded that the successful experience of developing leisure agriculture in Taiwan is: suitable for local use, scientific planning, diversified operation mode and emphasis on experiential activities, perfect social service system and policy and regulation system. Furthermore, some suggestions are given to promote the development of leisure agriculture in Zhejiang Province.
