湖北省博物館游客感知的調(diào)查分析研究

【摘要】:博物館旅游是文化旅游的重要組成形式,近年來(lái),隨著文化旅游的發(fā)展,博物館旅游的研究成為熱點(diǎn)。以往,我們對(duì)博物館旅游關(guān)注的更多的是旅游客體的研究,但隨著體驗(yàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的到來(lái),關(guān)于博物館旅游主體的研究顯得越來(lái)越重要,尤其是關(guān)于博物館游客感知的研究。基于此,本文以湖北省博物館為實(shí)證對(duì)博物館游客感知進(jìn)行了初步的探討和研究。 研究博物館游客感知其中最重要的方面之一就是分析游客感知的影響因素。為了提煉出博物館游客感知的主要影響因素,在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文首先對(duì)博物館、博物館旅游、和游客感知的理論和現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了研究,列出了影響博物館游客感知的主要因素指標(biāo),然后通過(guò)了專家的幾輪咨詢,對(duì)影響因素指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了最終修訂。并據(jù)此設(shè)計(jì)出了博物館游客感知調(diào)查問(wèn)卷。而且以此調(diào)查問(wèn)卷對(duì)湖北省博物館為實(shí)證進(jìn)行了游客調(diào)查。調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)通過(guò)因子分析、信度和效度分析,對(duì)游客影響因素指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步的修正,得出游客感知因素指標(biāo)體系。為了具體了解湖北省博物館游客感知的情況,論文對(duì)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了方差分析,分析了不同特征的游客對(duì)各感知因素的評(píng)價(jià)差異。其中主要包括不同性別的游客在對(duì)配套服務(wù)及價(jià)格方面存在的顯著性差異;不同年齡對(duì)感知因素評(píng)價(jià)存在的顯著性差異;不同收入水平對(duì)游客感知因素評(píng)價(jià)存在的顯著性差異。同時(shí),為了分析各因素的重要性和實(shí)際表現(xiàn),論文還進(jìn)一步進(jìn)行了IPA分析,結(jié)果顯示,有14個(gè)影響因素游客比較重視并且表現(xiàn)也很好;有8個(gè)影響因素重要性高而實(shí)際表現(xiàn)性差;有13個(gè)影響因素不做重點(diǎn)考慮;有7個(gè)影響因素重要性低而實(shí)際表現(xiàn)很好。 根據(jù)以上分析結(jié)果,論文提出了湖北省博物館旅游發(fā)展的四個(gè)對(duì)策:1)積極利用各種有效的手段加強(qiáng)對(duì)博物館的宣傳;2)增加科技投入,提高數(shù)字化展示和互動(dòng)性展示水平;3)增加主題性講座,科普性講座舉辦的頻率;4)轉(zhuǎn)變服務(wù)理念,提高館內(nèi)配套服務(wù)設(shè)施。
[Abstract]:Museum tourism is an important form of cultural tourism. In recent years, with the development of cultural tourism, museum tourism research has become a hot spot. In the past, we paid more attention to the research of the tourism object, but with the coming of the experience economy, the research on the subject of museum tourism has become more and more important, especially the research on the perception of museum tourists. Based on this, this paper takes Hubei Provincial Museum as an example to make a preliminary study on museum visitors' perception. One of the most important aspects of museum tourist perception is to analyze the influencing factors of tourist perception. In order to extract the main influencing factors of museum tourists' perception, this paper firstly studies the theory and current situation of museum, museum tourism and tourist perception. The main factors influencing the perception of museum visitors are listed, and then through several rounds of consultation by experts, the final revision of the influencing factors is carried out. Based on this, a survey questionnaire of museum visitors' perception is designed. And this questionnaire for the Hubei Provincial Museum as an empirical survey of tourists. Through factor analysis, reliability and validity analysis, the survey data have further modified the tourist impact factor index, and obtained the tourist perception factor index system. In order to understand the perception of museum visitors in Hubei Province, the paper analyzes the variance of the survey data, and analyzes the differences of perception factors of tourists with different characteristics. It mainly includes the significant difference between different sex tourists in supporting service and price; the significant difference between different ages on perception factor evaluation; the significant difference between different income levels on tourist perception factor evaluation. At the same time, in order to analyze the importance of various factors and actual performance, the paper also further carried out IPA analysis, the results show that there are 14 factors that tourists pay more attention to and performance is very good; There are 8 influential factors with high importance and poor actual performance, 13 factors that do not give priority consideration, and 7 factors with low importance and good actual performance. Based on the above analysis results, the paper puts forward four countermeasures for the tourism development of museums in Hubei Province: 1) actively using all kinds of effective means to strengthen the propaganda of museums. (2) increase the investment in science and technology. Raising the level of digital display and interactive display (3) increasing the frequency of thematic lectures and popular science lectures (4) changing the service concept and improving the supporting service facilities in the library.
