游戲化設計在旅游體驗中的設計與研究

【摘要】:游戲是伴隨著人類的歷史而存在的,它給人們生活帶來強大的積極作用。與此同時,游戲化的理念也進入世人眼中,各行業(yè)開始發(fā)現游戲化在體驗經濟時代無與倫比的積極作用。近年來,游戲化設計(Gamification Design)將游戲的思維和機制運用到其他領域來引導用戶深層互動和影響用戶使用產品時的心理傾向,以特有的機制給用戶帶來不同的滿足感,促使用戶更好地進行其他領域的活動。本文旨在討論游戲化設計方法在旅游體驗中的設計應用,并研究如何通過適合的游戲化設計提高游客旅游體驗的沉浸感和趣味性,從而進一步推動旅游行業(yè)的良性發(fā)展。 優(yōu)質的旅游體驗是旅游服務成功運作的重要因素和源源不斷的動力,在旅游服務中而言,在確保功能上的基本需求以后,給用戶提供一個參與感強,兼具個性化和趣味性的體驗過程不僅能給用戶帶來體驗層次上精神的滿足,而且能保證該產品長久地順利進行。筆者試圖在旅游體驗中引入“游戲化設計”這一因素,利用規(guī)則、獎勵、實時反饋等游戲機制充分發(fā)揮游戲化的積極激勵作用,提高產品與用戶之間的互動性和用戶粘度。 本文在確立了游戲化與旅游體驗整合之后進行了設計過程。在初期階段,,通過對游戲化設計相關理論的研究,以及針對市場上的現有產品競品分析,結合對產品用戶的多方面的調研和分析后,提出游戲化設計在旅游體驗中的設計策略;在課題研發(fā)中期,詳細分析產品的服務內容和操作流程,綜合用戶調研的信息規(guī)劃出產品架構和用戶路徑;最后從視覺風格和界面效果的呈現入手,完成游戲化設計在旅游體驗上的設計應用。 文章探索新型個性化的旅游服務模式,將游戲化設計與旅游體驗相結合。這種富于游戲機制服務設計呈現出反饋性、娛樂性、、趣味性、互動參與性等特點能夠更好地滿足用戶參與旅游活動個性化的需求,帶給用戶一種全新體驗感受。對于正在持續(xù)發(fā)展的旅游行業(yè)帶來活力并具有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:The game exists along with the human history, it brings the powerful positive function to the people's life.At the same time, the concept of gaming also entered the eyes of the world, industries began to find that gaming in the era of experience economy unparalleled positive role.In recent years, gameplay design (Gamification Design) has applied game thinking and mechanisms to other areas to guide users to interact deeply and influence their psychological tendencies when using products, bringing different satisfaction to users with unique mechanisms.Urge users to better engage in other areas of activity.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the application of gameplay design method in the design of tourism experience, and to study how to improve the immersion and interest of tourist tourism experience through suitable game design, so as to further promote the benign development of tourism industry.High quality tourism experience is an important factor and constant driving force for the successful operation of tourism services. In terms of tourism services, after ensuring the basic functional needs, it provides users with a strong sense of participation.Both personalized and interesting experience process can not only bring users the satisfaction of the spirit on the level of experience, but also ensure that the product goes smoothly for a long time.The author tries to introduce the factor of "game design" into the tourism experience, and make full use of the game mechanism, such as rules, rewards, real-time feedback and so on, to give full play to the positive incentive function of the game, and to improve the interaction and viscosity between the product and the user.This article has carried on the design process after establishing the integration of game and tourism experience.In the initial stage, through the research of the relevant theory of game design, and the analysis of the current product competition in the market, combined with the research and analysis of various aspects of product users, this paper puts forward the design strategy of game design in tourism experience.In the middle period of the research and development of the project, the service content and operation flow of the product are analyzed in detail, and the product structure and user path are planned by synthesizing the information of the user investigation; finally, the presentation of visual style and interface effect is started from the view style and interface effect.Complete the design and application of game design in tourism experience.This paper explores a new type of individualized tourism service model and combines game design with tourism experience.This kind of rich game mechanism service design presents the feedback, the entertainment, the interest, the interactive participation and so on the characteristic can better satisfy the user to participate in the traveling activity personalized demand, brings a kind of brand-new experience feeling to the user.For the sustainable development of the tourism industry to bring vitality and have a certain reference value.
