【摘要】：改革開放以來，中國旅游業(yè)得到了快速發(fā)展，成為我國的新興產(chǎn)業(yè)。眾所周知，旅游業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展有賴于旅游資源這一根本基礎(chǔ)。但是，目前我國很多地區(qū)對于旅游資源的開發(fā)仍處于初級階段，一方面，旅游資源的開發(fā)缺乏規(guī)劃性和整體性，另一方面，對于旅游資源的保護力度欠缺。 承德以“紫塞明珠”的美稱而聞名天下，是著名的旅游勝地，有著豐富而獨特的旅游資源。承德市十分注重旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展，極力發(fā)揮旅游業(yè)在推動社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中的要用，近年來先后落成的“休閑城”、“休閑谷”、“休閑川”等極具北方旅游特色的景區(qū)，既帶動了周邊旅游市場的的發(fā)展，同時有，開發(fā)周邊地市的旅游客源市場，為更多的社會人員提供就業(yè)崗位。受承德旅游資源開發(fā)利用水平及財政投入力度等多重因素制約,承德旅游資源在開發(fā)利用方面尚有待提高。為此，本文以河北省承德市作為研究對象，在研究國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上，主要通過對承德旅游資源的細致了解，分析其開發(fā)利用的現(xiàn)狀，結(jié)合其在開發(fā)過程中存在的問題，如：旅游功能不全，旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)不足，產(chǎn)業(yè)要素不完善，旅游服務(wù)體系不健全，旅游產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)單一，項目建設(shè)力度不夠等，并提出了合理的開發(fā)對策，即：遵循科學的旅游資源開發(fā)原則，，實施分區(qū)開發(fā)策略，推進旅游產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)和升級，加大旅游市場開發(fā)策劃宣傳力度等，以期對承德的旅游資源開發(fā)有所裨益。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's tourism industry has developed rapidly and become a new industry in China.As we all know, the survival and development of tourism depends on the fundamental basis of tourism resources.However, at present, the development of tourism resources in many areas of China is still in the primary stage. On the one hand, the development of tourism resources lacks planning and integrity, on the other hand, the protection of tourism resources is insufficient.Chengde is famous all over the world as a famous tourist resort with rich and unique tourist resources.Chengde City attaches great importance to the development of tourism, exerting great efforts to give full play to the use of tourism in promoting social and economic development. In recent years, "leisure city", "leisure valley", "leisure river" and other scenic spots with the characteristics of northern tourism have been completed successively.It not only promotes the development of the surrounding tourism market, but also develops the tourist market in the surrounding cities, providing more social workers with jobs.Restricted by many factors, such as the level of development and utilization of tourism resources in Chengde and the intensity of financial investment, the exploitation and utilization of tourism resources in Chengde still need to be improved.Therefore, this paper takes Chengde City of Hebei Province as the research object, on the basis of studying the current situation of domestic and international research, mainly through the careful understanding of Chengde tourism resources, analyzes the present situation of its development and utilization, and combines the problems existing in the process of development.For example, the function of tourism is not complete, the connection of tourism industry is insufficient, the elements of industry are not perfect, the system of tourism service is not perfect, the structure of tourism products is single, the construction of project is not enough, and the reasonable development countermeasures are put forward.That is, follow the scientific principles of tourism resources development, implement the strategy of regional development, promote the development and upgrading of tourism products, increase the intensity of tourism market development planning and publicity, and so on, in order to benefit Chengde's tourism resources development.
