游客視角下海南無居民海島旅游開發(fā)價值研究

【摘要】:隨著無居民海島概念的提出將海島旅游引向了一個新的旅游和研究熱點(diǎn)。海南省擁有得天獨(dú)厚的無居民海島資源,有關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)顯示海南本島周邊共有海島242個,無居民海島占237個,海南無居民海島旅游開發(fā)熱將成為必然趨勢。 傳統(tǒng)的海島旅游目的地受到新型無居民海島旅游目的地的沖擊,旅游者決策的改變使得無居民海島旅游開發(fā)和經(jīng)營面臨挑戰(zhàn)。對無居民海島目的地進(jìn)行合理的旅游開發(fā)并獲得較高旅游效益,是海島旅游開發(fā)者和海島目的地經(jīng)營者面臨的主要問題。旅游開發(fā)條件應(yīng)是對旅游目的地與旅游者進(jìn)行雙向評述。國內(nèi)學(xué)者研究旅游開發(fā)較多從旅游資源的賦存展開,具體從市場角度研究旅游開發(fā)的文獻(xiàn)較少,忽視了旅游開發(fā)和旅游者決策的關(guān)系;加之在實(shí)際旅游開發(fā)過程中經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)閉門造車、埋頭苦干和幻想式的旅游開發(fā),未結(jié)合旅游者需求盲目進(jìn)行旅游開發(fā),造成資源的浪費(fèi)。旅游開發(fā)的目的是滿足旅游者需求,旅游者決策的結(jié)果是滿足旅游者需求,旅游者是旅游市場的主體,是旅游開發(fā)結(jié)果的最終檢驗(yàn)者,旅游開發(fā)的目的是否能實(shí)現(xiàn)取決于旅游者對自身決策結(jié)果的評判,即一個旅游目的地開發(fā)成功與否取決于旅游者對自身決策結(jié)果的滿意程度。因此,從旅游者角度研究旅游開發(fā)將成為學(xué)術(shù)界新的切入點(diǎn)。 本研究在旅游開發(fā)和價值哲學(xué)概念的基礎(chǔ)上,提出本文旅游開發(fā)價值的概念即旅游目的地或旅游資源吸引力的提升與旅游者需求的效應(yīng)關(guān)系。從價值實(shí)現(xiàn)角度來說,即某一旅游目的地或旅游資源開拓結(jié)果和旅游者需求越匹配,旅游者前往的可能性越大,未來獲得的旅游效益越大,即旅游開發(fā)價值越大。旅游效益難以測量,本文通過分析目的地海島旅游開發(fā)結(jié)果和旅游者需求的匹配度評判旅游者前往的可能性來解釋旅游開發(fā)價值。 在分析途徑目的地理論和馬歇爾均衡價值理論基礎(chǔ)上,提出本文切入點(diǎn)即影響游客決策的目的地因素即旅游開發(fā)重點(diǎn)關(guān)注的因素。研究相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)初選影響游客選擇海南無居民海島旅游的目的地因素和指標(biāo),通過問卷調(diào)查及因子分析法篩選指標(biāo)以及確定影響權(quán)重,以游客對指標(biāo)開發(fā)結(jié)果的真實(shí)感知量化指標(biāo),最終從7個方面27個指標(biāo)構(gòu)建海南無居民海島旅游開發(fā)價值評價體系,7方面是度假用資源、文化用資源、觀光用資源、游樂用資源、環(huán)境氛圍、可進(jìn)入性和旅游花費(fèi)。目的是通過分析旅游者對影響其決策的目的地因素的開發(fā)感知評判旅游者前往該目的地的可能性,由此可以綜合分析多個備選海島游客決策的優(yōu)先順序,以及不同海島在游客決策時目的地因素的優(yōu)勢和弱勢所在,為優(yōu)化無居民海島開發(fā)、延長目的地壽命以提升重游和推薦率提供參考。 通過調(diào)查游客對分界洲島和蜈支洲島的開發(fā)感知評價,對分界洲島和蜈支洲島旅游開發(fā)價值進(jìn)行實(shí)證檢驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明分界洲島旅游和蜈支洲島旅游開發(fā)價值均處于Ⅱ級,其中蜈支洲島旅游開發(fā)價值略高,檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果與實(shí)際情況基本相符,評價體系具有效性,可被用于實(shí)踐中。最后,針對兩個島嶼提出了提升旅游開發(fā)價值的建議。
[Abstract]:With the concept of non residents of the island of the island tourism to a new tourist hotspot. And non resident islands resources in Hainan province has the richly endowed by nature of the island of Hainan, the data show a total of around 242 islands, the islands with no residents accounted for 237, Hainan residents heat island tourism development will become an inevitable trend.
The traditional island tourism destination by new non residents of the island tourism destination tourist decision-making impact, because of the change of non residents of the island tourism development and management challenges. And obtain higher efficiency of non residents of the island tourism destination and rational tourism development, is the main problem facing the Sea Island Tourism Destination Island developers and operators. The conditions of tourism development should be a two-way review of tourism destination and tourism. The domestic scholars study on tourism development more from tourism resources occurrence, specific research on the tourism development from the market point of view of literature is less, ignoring the relationship between tourism development and tourist decision-making; often appear in the actual and closed doors in the process of tourism development, tourism development work and fantasy style, combined with the needs of tourists not blindly tourism development, resulting in a waste of resources for tourism development. The purpose is to meet the needs of tourists, tourist decision-making results meet the needs of tourists, tourists are the main body of tourism market, tourism development is the final test results, the purpose of tourism development will depend on the implementation of the tourist decision on their own judgment, is a tourist destination development success to tourists on their own decision satisfaction. Therefore, the study on the tourism development of the tourist academic angle will be a new starting point.
Based on the research of tourism development and the philosophy of value concept, the concept of this effect relationship value of tourism development tourism destinations and tourism resources and the improvement of the attraction of the tourist demand. From the perspective of value realization, which is a tourist destination or tourism resources development and tourism demand, the more the possibility of tourism. To the future, the greater the benefits of tourism, the tourism development value of the tourism benefits. It is difficult to measure, this paper through the analysis of the development of island tourism destination and the tourist demand, the evaluation of the possibility to tourists to to explain the value of tourism development.
On the way to analysis theory and Marshall equilibrium theory of value basis, this paper puts forward the factors that influence the decision point of tourist destination is the focus of attention of the tourism development factors. Relevant research primary influence tourists choose Hainan island residents without tourism destination factors and indicators, through the investigation and questionnaire analysis and screening index factor to determine the influence of weight to visitors to index the results of development of true perception of quantitative indicators, finally from 7 aspects of 27 indicators to build Hainan uninhabited islands tourism development value evaluation system, the 7 is a holiday for resources, cultural resources, tourism resources, recreation resources, environment, accessibility and tourism spending. The purpose is through the analysis of the influence factors of tourist destination development decision perception evaluation the possibility of tourists to the destination, it can be a comprehensive analysis The priority of multiple alternative Island tourists and the advantages and disadvantages of different islands in the decision making of tourists are helpful to optimize the development of uninhabited islands, extend the life of the destinations, and improve the revisit and recommendation rate.
Through the investigation and development of tourists perception of boundary island and Wuzhizhou Island evaluation, through the empirical test of the boundary island and the Wuzhizhou Island tourism development value. The results show that boundary island tourism and Wuzhizhou Island tourism development value were in grade II, the Wuzhizhou Island tourism development value is slightly higher, the test results are consistent with the actual situation, the evaluation system is effective that can be used in practice. Finally, the two islands proposed to enhance the value of tourism development suggestions.
