【摘要】：20世紀(jì)80年代開始,鄉(xiāng)村旅游在我國逐漸興起,并且發(fā)展迅速,“魅力鄉(xiāng)村、活力城市、和諧中國”等鄉(xiāng)村旅游宣傳活動(dòng)不斷成為熱點(diǎn),使我國鄉(xiāng)村旅游市場得到了極大、快速發(fā)展,且成為了我國國內(nèi)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要支柱。鄉(xiāng)村旅游具有促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、擴(kuò)大農(nóng)村就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)以及農(nóng)村社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展的作用,因此,越來越受到社會(huì)各界人士的關(guān)注與重視。 本論文首先對(duì)鄉(xiāng)村旅游的相關(guān)概念以及國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了了解,運(yùn)用已有的相關(guān)理論研究成果,借以最新的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)以及最新的有關(guān)鄉(xiāng)村旅游的政策文件,在此基礎(chǔ)上通過實(shí)地調(diào)研、文獻(xiàn)查閱、橫向比較等方面來分析郴州鄉(xiāng)村旅游資源和鄉(xiāng)村旅游市場；然后在掌握了大量的第一筆數(shù)據(jù)資料的基礎(chǔ)上,詳細(xì)的對(duì)郴州鄉(xiāng)村旅游的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)方面進(jìn)行SWOT分析,并通過采取問卷調(diào)查的形式對(duì)郴州鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析；最終,在詳細(xì)的列舉了國內(nèi)外鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展較為先進(jìn)的國家與地區(qū),對(duì)其發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游的經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行借鑒,提出了建設(shè)性的思路與對(duì)策,即要在強(qiáng)化政府引導(dǎo)、加強(qiáng)市場管理、創(chuàng)新經(jīng)營模式、開發(fā)旅游產(chǎn)品等方面同時(shí)著力,科學(xué)規(guī)劃,合理開發(fā),創(chuàng)新經(jīng)營,加強(qiáng)宣傳,盡快打開郴州鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展的新局面,為郴州旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)乃至整個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提供強(qiáng)力支撐,為全市鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展提供了新思路。
[Abstract]:Since 1980s, rural tourism has been rising gradually in our country, and it has developed rapidly. Rural tourism propaganda activities such as "charismatic countryside, energetic city, harmonious China" have become hot spots, which make the rural tourism market of our country get a great deal.Rapid development, and has become an important pillar of the domestic tourism industry.Rural tourism has the function of promoting the adjustment of industrial structure, expanding rural employment opportunities and the sustainable development of rural social economy. Therefore, more and more people from all walks of life pay more and more attention to it.In this paper, we first understand the related concepts of rural tourism and the current research situation at home and abroad, and apply the existing relevant theoretical research results to the latest statistical data and the latest policy documents on rural tourism.On this basis, through field research, literature review, horizontal comparison and other aspects to analyze Chenzhou rural tourism resources and rural tourism market, and then in the grasp of a large number of data on the basis of the first batch of data.The advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of rural tourism in Chenzhou are analyzed by SWOT in detail, and the development of rural tourism in Chenzhou is analyzed by questionnaire survey.This paper enumerates in detail the countries and regions which are more advanced in the development of rural tourism at home and abroad, draws lessons from their experiences in developing rural tourism, and puts forward constructive ideas and countermeasures, that is, to strengthen the guidance of the government and strengthen the market management.Innovating business models, developing tourism products, and so on, simultaneously focusing on scientific planning, rational development, innovative management, strengthening publicity, and opening up as soon as possible a new situation for the development of rural tourism in Chenzhou.It provides strong support for the tourism economy of Chenzhou and the development of the whole economy, and provides a new way of thinking for the development of the whole city's rural tourism.
