【摘要】：湖南鄉(xiāng)村旅游是20世紀(jì)80年代發(fā)展起來的新型旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)。隨著湖南經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展和兩型社會(huì)的構(gòu)建以及長(zhǎng)株潭城市群建設(shè)的加快,生活在城市里面的人喜歡選擇到鄉(xiāng)村去旅游,尋找回歸大自然的感覺,釋放工作、生活中的各種壓力,因此湖南鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展非常的迅速。湖南鄉(xiāng)村旅游的發(fā)展對(duì)于廣大農(nóng)村地區(qū)的農(nóng)民來說,是實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)民增收、增加創(chuàng)業(yè)和就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)的有效途徑,在促進(jìn)湖南新農(nóng)村建設(shè)等方面發(fā)揮了重要的作用。 本論文首先對(duì)鄉(xiāng)村旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論進(jìn)行了研究,由第一、二章組成。第一章分析了選題的背景,研究的目的和意義,國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀以及研究的框架、方法；第二章對(duì)鄉(xiāng)村旅游的定義進(jìn)行了界定,分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外鄉(xiāng)村旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,探討了鄉(xiāng)村旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展的理論基礎(chǔ),分別是旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論和社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)有關(guān)理論指導(dǎo)下的鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展。 其次對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行了介紹,即第三章的內(nèi)容。國(guó)內(nèi)的鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展模式主要有名勝風(fēng)景區(qū)帶動(dòng)型、鄉(xiāng)村組織型、政府主導(dǎo)發(fā)展驅(qū)動(dòng)型、“公司+農(nóng)戶”型模式四種。國(guó)外鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展模式主要有：市場(chǎng)驅(qū)動(dòng)型、政府推動(dòng)型和混合成長(zhǎng)型三種。 然后對(duì)湖南鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展模式存在的問題進(jìn)行了深入的研究,即第四章的內(nèi)容。深入的分析了湖南鄉(xiāng)村旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,影響制約湖南鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展的問題及原因主要是：自然生態(tài)環(huán)境壓力大,經(jīng)營(yíng)管理不完善,區(qū)域發(fā)展不平衡等等。 最后深入的研究了構(gòu)建湖南鄉(xiāng)村旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展模式的對(duì)策,即第五章的內(nèi)容。湖南鄉(xiāng)村旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展模式的構(gòu)建,應(yīng)結(jié)合目前正在進(jìn)行的社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的大好時(shí)機(jī),抓住有利的契機(jī),在充分考慮湖南各地鄉(xiāng)村實(shí)際情況的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建名勝風(fēng)景區(qū)帶動(dòng)型、城鄉(xiāng)互動(dòng)社區(qū)參與型、生態(tài)和諧型、旅游扶貧對(duì)外開放型、構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息服務(wù)平臺(tái)型等鄉(xiāng)村旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展模式,盡可能的消除湖南在鄉(xiāng)村旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展過程中存在的各種問題,努力實(shí)現(xiàn)“十二五”期間湖南省鄉(xiāng)村旅游建設(shè)“3521”工程的創(chuàng)建目標(biāo),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)湖南鄉(xiāng)村旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展的愿景。
[Abstract]:Hunan rural tourism is a new type of tourism industry developed in 1980's.With the rapid development of Hunan's economy, the construction of a two-type society and the acceleration of the construction of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration, people living in cities like to choose to travel to the countryside, to look for the feeling of returning to nature, and to release their jobs.Various pressures in life, so Hunan rural tourism development is very rapid.The development of rural tourism in Hunan is an effective way to increase farmers' income and increase employment opportunities, and plays an important role in promoting the construction of new countryside in Hunan.This paper firstly studies the theory of sustainable development of rural tourism, which is composed of the first and second chapters.The first chapter analyzes the background of the topic, the purpose and significance of the study, domestic and foreign research status, research framework, methods; the second chapter defines the definition of rural tourism, analyzes the current situation of sustainable development of rural tourism at home and abroad.This paper discusses the theoretical basis of the sustainable development of rural tourism, which is guided by the theory of sustainable development of tourism and the construction of new socialist countryside.Secondly, it introduces the development mode of rural tourism at home and abroad, that is, the third chapter.There are four types of development mode of rural tourism in China: the leading type of scenic spot, the type of rural organization, the type of government leading development and the mode of "company farmer".There are three kinds of rural tourism development models abroad: market-driven type, government-driven type and mixed growth type.Then, the problems existing in Hunan rural tourism development model are deeply studied, that is, the content of the fourth chapter.This paper deeply analyzes the current situation of sustainable development of Hunan rural tourism, and the problems and reasons that affect the development of Hunan rural tourism are: the pressure of natural ecological environment is great, the management is not perfect, the regional development is not balanced and so on.Finally, the paper deeply studies the countermeasures of constructing the sustainable development model of Hunan rural tourism, namely the content of the fifth chapter.The construction of sustainable development model of Hunan rural tourism should be combined with the great opportunity of the construction of new socialist countryside, seize the favorable opportunity and take full account of the actual situation of the villages in various parts of Hunan.The sustainable development model of rural tourism should be constructed, such as the active type of scenic spots, the interactive community participation of urban and rural areas, the ecological harmony type, the type of tourism poverty alleviation and opening to the outside world, the construction of modern network information service platform, and so on.As far as possible to eliminate all kinds of problems existing in the sustainable development of rural tourism in Hunan Province, and strive to achieve the goal of establishing the "3521" project of rural tourism construction in Hunan Province during the 12th Five-Year Plan period.So as to realize the vision of sustainable development of Hunan rural tourism.
