【摘要】：隨著城市化進程的加速，城市居民在市區(qū)內(nèi)的游憩空間日漸減少，城市公共游憩空間不斷向城市周邊郊區(qū)延伸，逐步承載了城市游憩功能。在城市周邊環(huán)境資源條件較好的區(qū)域逐步形成為市民休閑、娛樂、運動康體、休閑體驗等的活動場所，這一特殊區(qū)域稱為環(huán)城游憩帶。環(huán)城游憩帶區(qū)位優(yōu)勢、產(chǎn)品和綜合功能特性，以及客源需求旺盛等促使其正在成為大中城市旅游的共同趨勢。環(huán)城游憩帶旅游在旅游業(yè)中占據(jù)的比重越來越大，，在促進城市旅游經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與提高民生方面都起著重要的作用。 本文在總結國內(nèi)外環(huán)城游憩帶研究進展的基礎上，通過問卷調查、實地體驗、對比分析等方法，對鄭州市環(huán)城游憩帶旅游發(fā)展特征及實踐發(fā)展過程中出現(xiàn)的一系列問題進行了大量的分析研究，為環(huán)城游憩帶發(fā)展方向與建設、開發(fā)模式、存在的問題等方面提出建議與措施。 首先，闡述了環(huán)城游憩帶的內(nèi)涵，并根據(jù)環(huán)城游憩帶客源市場需求驅動力、旅游項目投資吸引力、發(fā)展的宏觀環(huán)境和微觀環(huán)境支持力等因素，分析了環(huán)城游憩帶的形成原因及其演變過程，綜合考慮城市發(fā)展規(guī)模、市民游憩行為、游憩資源等特征，并由此界定了鄭州市環(huán)城游憩帶范圍。 其次，從鄭州市環(huán)城旅游資源特征及分布類型、市場現(xiàn)狀及旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀等方面對鄭州市環(huán)城游憩帶旅游發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行了分析。通過理論與實踐發(fā)展的對比，發(fā)現(xiàn)發(fā)展過程中存在諸如旅游資源認識不到位、旅游開發(fā)層次低、基礎配套服務設施不完善、景區(qū)管理不規(guī)范等一系列的問題，闡述了環(huán)城游憩帶旅游發(fā)展優(yōu)劣勢及面臨的機遇與挑戰(zhàn)，提出了環(huán)城游憩帶發(fā)展原則、目標、發(fā)展方向和重點以及開發(fā)模式等方面發(fā)展思路探討。 最后，針對上述的問題，提出促進鄭州市環(huán)城游憩帶良性發(fā)展的一系列措施與建議。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization, urban residents in the urban areas of recreation space is decreasing, urban public recreation space continues to extend to the suburbs around the city. Gradually carrying the function of urban recreation. In the areas with better environmental and resource conditions around the city, it is gradually formed as an activity place for citizens to enjoy leisure, entertainment, sports, sports, leisure experience, etc. This special area is known as the Round-City Recreation Zone, which is characterized by its geographical advantages, products and comprehensive functional characteristics. As well as the exuberant demand for tourists, it is becoming a common trend of tourism in large and medium-sized cities. The tourism around the city is occupying an increasingly large proportion in the tourism industry, which plays an important role in promoting the development of urban tourism economy and improving the people's livelihood. On the basis of summing up the research progress of the recreation belt around the city at home and abroad, this paper adopts the methods of questionnaire, field experience, comparative analysis, etc. This paper makes a lot of analysis and research on the characteristics of tourism development and a series of problems in the process of practical development of the recreation belt around the city of Zhengzhou, and puts forward some suggestions and measures for the development direction and construction, the development mode and the existing problems of the recreation belt around the city. First of all, it expounds the connotation of the recreation belt around the city, and according to the driving force of the tourist market demand, the attraction of the investment of the tourism project, the macro environment and the micro environment support force, etc. This paper analyzes the forming reasons and evolution process of the recreation belt around the city, and comprehensively considers the characteristics of the scale of urban development, the recreation behavior of the citizens and the recreational resources, and defines the scope of the recreation belt around the city of Zhengzhou. Secondly, this paper analyzes the present situation of tourism development of the tourism belt around Zhengzhou City from the aspects of the characteristics and distribution types of tourism resources, the current market situation and the present situation of tourism industry, etc. Through the comparison between theory and practice, the paper analyzes the development of tourism around the city in Zhengzhou. It is found that there are a series of problems in the process of development, such as the lack of understanding of tourism resources, the low level of tourism development, the imperfect infrastructure of basic supporting services, the non-standard management of scenic spots, and so on. This paper expounds the advantages and disadvantages of tourism development and the opportunities and challenges faced by the tourism around the city, and puts forward the development principles, objectives, development direction and emphases as well as the development mode of the recreation belt around the city. Finally, a series of measures and suggestions to promote the healthy development of the recreation belt around Zhengzhou are put forward.
