泰山旅游景區(qū)競爭力研究

【摘要】:自改革開放以來,,我國旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展取得了長足的進步,一大批資源豐富、設施齊全、交通區(qū)位優(yōu)勢顯著的旅游景區(qū)興起并發(fā)展起來,使得旅游景區(qū)在數(shù)量和類型上都得到了極大的補充。泰山作為我國著名的山岳型旅游景區(qū),生命周期已進入平穩(wěn)發(fā)展階段,與黃山、峨眉山-樂山大佛及武夷山等景區(qū)相比,在旅游資源開發(fā)潛力、旅游產業(yè)結構、旅游市場增長以及旅游形象等方面的問題不斷凸顯,成為影響其參與市場競爭的重要問題。這同樣也是困擾著諸多傳統(tǒng)旅游景區(qū)提高市場競爭水平的主要因素;诖耍疚膶μ┥铰糜尉皡^(qū)競爭力加以研究,以期為同類旅游景區(qū)競爭力的持續(xù)發(fā)展提供有益的借鑒。 文章從旅游景區(qū)競爭力研究的綜合視角出發(fā),以實現(xiàn)景區(qū)經濟、環(huán)境與社會可持續(xù)發(fā)展為目的,通過對國內外旅游競爭力研究進展進行分析,對旅游競爭力研究中的相關概念進行辨析,在總結旅游競爭力基礎理論與概念模型的基礎上,構建了旅游景區(qū)競爭力模型。就此對泰山旅游景區(qū)競爭力影響因素進行分析,深入了解泰山旅游業(yè)發(fā)展變化過程,構建泰山旅游目的地競爭力評價體系,從核心競爭力、支持競爭力以及保障競爭力三個方面出發(fā),以黃山、峨眉山-樂山大佛及武夷山景區(qū)為參照,對泰山旅游景區(qū)競爭力發(fā)展演變過程加以剖析,并基于此提出推動泰山旅游景區(qū)競爭力提升與持續(xù)發(fā)展的應對策略。論文的主要結論及研究成果如下: 其一,通過對國內外旅游競爭力尤其是旅游景區(qū)競爭力的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及研究成果、泰山旅游景區(qū)相關研究進行梳理,結合對泰山旅游景區(qū)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的認識,明確了研究對象與研究內容,并在此基礎上,通過對旅游景區(qū)競爭力的理論解析和概念模型的借鑒研究,構建起包括核心要素、支持要素及保障要素在內的旅游景區(qū)競爭力概念模型。 其二,通過分析泰山旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展基礎,以旅游景區(qū)競爭力模型為依據,從泰山景區(qū)旅游資源、旅游市場、景區(qū)經營管理、旅游產業(yè)、旅游環(huán)境、區(qū)域保障及社區(qū)參與七個方面進行深入分析與探討,準確把握了泰山旅游景區(qū)競爭力的主要來源和發(fā)展狀況,也為評價指標的選取提供了依據。 其三,按照以上對泰山旅游景區(qū)競爭力影響因素的分析,構建起包括17項定性指標,19項定量指標在內的36項評價指標體系,并以2010年為基準時間,以黃山、峨眉山-樂山大佛、武夷山為對比基準景區(qū),綜合運用信息熵賦權及TOPSIS評價方法對四個景區(qū)的旅游競爭力進行排名。通過對比發(fā)現(xiàn),在層次單排序中,泰山景區(qū)在景區(qū)經營管理、旅游產業(yè)發(fā)展及社區(qū)參與方面處于相對劣勢;在層次總排序中,泰山旅游景區(qū)綜合競爭力水平排名第一,其中核心競爭力和支持競爭力水平排名第一,保障競爭力落后于黃山景區(qū),并據此提出了泰山旅游景區(qū)競爭力的提升對策。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the development of China's tourism industry has made considerable progress, a large number of rich resources, facilities, traffic location advantages of tourism scenic spots emerged and developed, the tourist attractions have been greatly on the quantity and type of Taishan. As the famous mountain tourism scenic spots in China. The life cycle has entered a stable stage of development, compared with Mount Huangshan, Mount Emei - Leshan Giant Buddha and the Wuyishan scenic area, in the tourism resources development potential, the structure of the tourism industry, tourism market and tourism growth and other aspects of the image continue to highlight the problem, become the key problems in the market competition. It is also plagued by many traditional tourist attractions to improve the level of competition in the market factors. Based on this, this article is to study on the competitiveness of scenic spots in Taishan, in order to sustainable development of tourism competitiveness provided for similar For a useful reference.
From the perspective of comprehensive competitiveness of tourism scenic spots, in order to achieve the scenic environment and social economy, sustainable development, through the analysis of the progress of the research on tourism competitiveness at home and abroad, discriminates the related concepts of tourism competitiveness research, based on summarizing the basic theory and concept of tourism competitiveness model, construct the tourism scenic spots this model of competitiveness. Taishan tourism competitiveness influence factors analysis, in-depth understanding of the development and change of Taishan tourism, construction of competitiveness evaluation system of tourism destination in Taishan, from the three aspects of core competitiveness, competitiveness and ensuring the competitiveness of support, to Mount Huangshan, Mount Emei - Leshan Giant Buddha and Wuyishan scenic area as a reference, to analyse the Taishan scenic spot the competitiveness of the development and evolution, and put forward to promote Taishan tourism scenic spots and to enhance competitive power based on this The main conclusions and research results of this paper are as follows:
First, through the tourism competitiveness at home and abroad especially the development status and achievements of tourism competitiveness of Taishan tourism scenic spots, related research review, combined with the understanding of the development status of Taishan tourism scenic area, clear the research object and the research content, and on this basis, by drawing on the theory on the tourism competitiveness analysis and concept the model, including the construction of the core elements of tourism competitiveness, the conceptual model and the security factors, support factors.
Secondly, through the analysis of Taishan tourism development based on tourism competitiveness model, on the basis of tourism from the Taishan scenic tourist resources, market, management, tourism industry, tourism environment, regional security and community participation in the seven aspects of in-depth analysis and discussion, to accurately grasp the main source of the competitiveness of scenic spots in Taishan and the development status, but also provide the basis for the selection of evaluation index.
Third, according to the above analysis of factors affecting the competitiveness of tourist attractions in Taishan, built up including 17 qualitative indexes, 19 quantitative indexes, 36 evaluation index system, and in 2010 for the reference time, in Mount Huangshan, Mount Emei - Leshan Giant Buddha, Wuyishan as the benchmark area, comprehensive use of information entropy and the evaluation method of TOPSIS four scenic tourism competitiveness ranking. By comparison, the single level sequencing in the Taishan scenic area in the management, development and community participation in tourism industry are at a relative disadvantage; in the level of total order, Taishan tourism competitiveness ranked first among the core competitiveness and the competitiveness level of support ranked first, safeguard competitiveness behind the Mount Huangshan scenic area, and the Taishan tourism competitiveness put forward countermeasures accordingly.
