【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和人民生活水平的提高，旅游正在成為人類社會最重要的生活方式和社會經(jīng)濟活動之一。國內(nèi)旅游業(yè)在30多年的時間里取得了舉世矚目的成就，旅游業(yè)興起帶來了經(jīng)濟的快速增長，推動了城市的全面發(fā)展和進步，它已成為21世紀最具“活力”的產(chǎn)業(yè)之一，做好旅游的規(guī)劃和開發(fā)無疑是促進旅游業(yè)進一步發(fā)展的重要因素。 宜昌是“中國優(yōu)秀旅游城市”，擁有長江三峽、三峽大壩、屈原故里、昭君故里等壟斷性旅游資源，隨著國內(nèi)旅游業(yè)的興起，宜昌旅游業(yè)也迅猛發(fā)展，為城市的現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)起到了很強的推進作用。在競爭日益激烈的旅游業(yè)，宜昌旅游如何實現(xiàn)更好的發(fā)展，打造精品旅游項目，成為全國優(yōu)秀的旅游目的地以及如何更好的帶動城市的發(fā)展成為當前需要重點研究的課題。本文通過對宜昌地區(qū)的旅游資源條件、旅游地空間結(jié)構(gòu)、產(chǎn)品開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀、定位及發(fā)展趨勢等相關(guān)因素進行綜合分析，深入探討宜昌旅游業(yè)的整體開發(fā)，對宜昌旅游發(fā)展的前景作出判斷，并提出有價值的意見和建議。 文章首先提出問題，，闡述了論文研究的背景、目的和意義，綜合分析了國內(nèi)外旅游整體開發(fā)研究的現(xiàn)狀、旅游整體開發(fā)的相關(guān)理論體系，探討國內(nèi)旅游的發(fā)展趨勢和熱點，對宜昌地區(qū)如何實施旅游的整體開發(fā)進行思考。第二分析問題，對宜昌旅游整體開發(fā)的條件，包括旅游區(qū)位、資源、市場、交通以及開發(fā)的現(xiàn)狀等方面進行分析，提出宜昌旅游整體開發(fā)存在的問題、機遇和挑戰(zhàn)。第三解決問題，通過國內(nèi)外旅游開發(fā)典型案例的的分析，探索適合宜昌旅游整體開發(fā)的模式，從三個層面闡述了宜昌地區(qū)旅游整體開發(fā)的具體方案，提出了宜昌地區(qū)旅游整體開發(fā)的思路和原則、開發(fā)對策、實施建議和發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略等。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard, tourism is becoming one of the most important way of life and social economic activities in human society. The rise of tourism has brought about rapid economic growth and promoted the overall development and progress of the city. It has become one of the most dynamic industries in the 21st century. The planning and development of tourism is undoubtedly an important factor to promote the further development of tourism. Yichang is an "excellent tourist city in China," with monopoly tourism resources such as the three Gorges, the three Gorges Dam, qu Yuan's hometown and Zhaojun's hometown. With the rise of domestic tourism, Yichang's tourism industry has also developed rapidly. Yichang tourism has played a very important role in promoting the modernization of the city. In the increasingly competitive tourism industry, how can Yichang tourism achieve better development and create quality tourism projects? How to become an excellent tourist destination and how to better promote the development of the city has become an important topic to be studied in this paper. Through the tourism resource conditions, the spatial structure of tourism sites, the current situation of product development in Yichang area, This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the related factors such as orientation and development trend, probes into the overall development of Yichang tourism, judges the prospect of Yichang tourism development, and puts forward some valuable opinions and suggestions. At first, the paper puts forward the questions, expounds the background, purpose and significance of the research, analyzes the present situation of the overall tourism development research at home and abroad, the related theoretical system of the overall tourism development, and probes into the development trends and hot spots of the domestic tourism. Think about how to carry out the overall development of tourism in Yichang area. Second, analyze the conditions of the overall tourism development in Yichang, including the location of tourism area, resources, market, traffic and the current situation of development, etc. The problems, opportunities and challenges in the overall tourism development of Yichang are put forward. Third, through the analysis of typical cases of tourism development at home and abroad, this paper explores the mode suitable for the overall development of tourism in Yichang. This paper expounds the concrete plan of the whole tourism development in Yichang area from three aspects, and puts forward the train of thought and principle, the development countermeasure, the implementation suggestion and the development strategy of the whole tourism development in Yichang area.
