【摘要】：進(jìn)入二十一世紀(jì)之后,世界的旅游業(yè)取得了飛速的發(fā)展,而我國(guó)的旅游業(yè)也進(jìn)入快速發(fā)展的時(shí)期。伴隨社會(huì)生產(chǎn)力的發(fā)展,人們生活的條件和生活的方式都有了很大改善。生活中,人們?cè)絹碓娇粗亟】?希望在旅游的過程中達(dá)到返樸歸真、尋求刺激、釋放壓力、冒險(xiǎn)、健身等多重目的,于是將旅游與運(yùn)動(dòng)連系起來成了近年流行的趨勢(shì),而一種既運(yùn)動(dòng)又旅游的“體育健身游”出現(xiàn)。 體育旅游在阿壩州的興起有利于增加當(dāng)?shù)厝嗣竦氖杖?帶動(dòng)少數(shù)民族地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,培育旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)新的增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。同是,阿壩州發(fā)展體育旅游既能向游客展示阿壩州獨(dú)有的美麗風(fēng)景,也能使游客欣賞和親身體驗(yàn)到藏羌民族傳統(tǒng)體育,它有助于游客認(rèn)識(shí)和了解藏羌民族傳統(tǒng)體育,對(duì)藏羌民族傳統(tǒng)體育的挖掘、傳承、保護(hù)和發(fā)展有著積極的作用。阿壩州具有發(fā)展體育旅游的巨大潛力,但是在體育旅游開發(fā)模式研究方面不足,而使得體育旅游沒有形成規(guī)�；l(fā)展。 本文運(yùn)用SWOT分析法、文獻(xiàn)資料法、邏輯分析法等研究方法,對(duì)阿壩州體育旅游的開發(fā)進(jìn)行研究,文章認(rèn)為阿壩州在發(fā)展體育旅游的過程當(dāng)中有明顯的文化優(yōu)勢(shì)和資源優(yōu)勢(shì),例如擁有的自然遺產(chǎn)和生態(tài)保護(hù)區(qū)較多、擁有大熊貓及其相關(guān)生態(tài)環(huán)境資源、羌族文化優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯、在四川省生態(tài)旅游規(guī)劃中地位顯著。但由于受到地理因素和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)等方面的影響,發(fā)展當(dāng)中制約的因素也較多。例如基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)相對(duì)薄弱、旅游產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)欠妥、自然和文化生態(tài)環(huán)境脆弱、管理體制亟需改善。 文章認(rèn)為阿壩州需要積極發(fā)揮政府職能,制定相應(yīng)政策法律規(guī)范、合理簡(jiǎn)化體育旅游管理環(huán)節(jié)、制定景區(qū)資源融資管理規(guī)范。于此同時(shí)發(fā)動(dòng)社會(huì)力量完善社會(huì)支持,發(fā)展城市的體育休閑產(chǎn)業(yè)、整合體育旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)資源、強(qiáng)化單項(xiàng)協(xié)會(huì)與景區(qū)在體育旅游項(xiàng)目上的合作。此外,挖掘地方特色,為體育旅游提供資源支持,把握市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)律,加強(qiáng)相關(guān)人才培養(yǎng)。通過系統(tǒng)化體育旅游開發(fā)策略的制定,提高阿壩州體育旅游的整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:After entering the 21 century, the world's tourism industry has made rapid development, while our country's tourism industry has also entered a period of rapid development. People's living conditions and way of life have been greatly improved. In life, people pay more and more attention to health. They hope to return to their common sense in the process of traveling, seeking stimulation, releasing pressure, taking risks, exercising, and so on. Therefore, the connection between tourism and sports has become a popular trend in recent years. The rise of sports tourism in Aba prefecture is conducive to increasing the income of the local people, promoting the coordinated development of the economy in minority areas, and fostering new growth points in the tourism economy. The development of sports tourism in Aba Prefecture can not only show visitors the unique beautiful scenery of Aba Prefecture, but also enable tourists to enjoy and experience the traditional sports of Tibetan and Qiang nationalities in person. It is helpful for tourists to understand and understand traditional sports of Tibetan and Qiang nationalities. The excavation, inheritance, protection and development of traditional sports of Tibetan and Qiang nationalities play a positive role. Aba Prefecture has great potential to develop sports tourism, but it lacks of research on the development mode of sports tourism. Sports tourism has not formed a scale of development. This paper studies the development of sports tourism in Aba Prefecture by using the methods of SWOT analysis, literature and logical analysis, etc. The paper holds that Aba Prefecture has obvious cultural and resource advantages in the process of developing sports tourism. For example, having more natural heritage and ecological reserves, having giant pandas and their related ecological environment resources, the Qiang people have obvious cultural advantages. It plays an important role in the ecotourism planning of Sichuan Province. However, due to the influence of geographical factors and infrastructure construction, there are also many factors restricting the development. For example, the infrastructure construction is relatively weak and the tourism product structure is inadequate. The natural and cultural ecological environment is fragile and the management system needs to be improved. The paper holds that Aba needs to give full play to government functions, formulate corresponding policy and legal norms, reasonably simplify the management of sports tourism, and formulate management norms of resources and financing of scenic spots. At the same time, it is necessary to mobilize social forces to improve social support. To develop sports and leisure industry in cities, to integrate sports tourism industry resources, to strengthen cooperation between individual associations and scenic spots in sports tourism projects. In addition, to tap local characteristics, to provide resource support for sports tourism, and to grasp the laws of market economy. Strengthen the cultivation of related talents and improve the overall competitiveness of Aba Prefecture through the formulation of systematic sports tourism development strategy.
