【摘要】:導游是旅游從業(yè)的一線人員,代表著旅游業(yè)的形象,關系著旅游業(yè)的良性發(fā)展。兼職導游是目前導游隊伍中的主體,規(guī)模和數量都十分龐大。由于兼職導游與全職導游相比,存在著流動性高,受利益驅使明顯等特點,因此兼職導游管理的機制更加復雜。在旅游市場競爭日益激烈的今天,為了規(guī)范兼職導游活動,維護旅游市場秩序和保障旅游者合法權利,需要加強對兼職導游的管理。 本文著重分析了兼職導游存在的原因及其工作現狀,對其管理中存在的問題進行成因分析,并以此為基礎,從人力資源的角度提出了相應的管理對策。 本論文共分五個部分:第一部分為引言。主要介紹論文的選題依據、選題意義、研究內容、研究方法、文獻綜述及研究的創(chuàng)新之處等。第二部分為基本概念與研究基礎。第三部分為旅行社兼職導游管理現狀。第四部分在第二部分及第三部分的基本上對旅行社兼職導游的提出相應的管理對策。第五部分為論文的結論部分。
[Abstract]:Tour guide is the front line personnel of tourism industry, representing the image of tourism industry and related to the benign development of tourism industry. Part-time tour guide is the main body of tour guide team at present, and the scale and quantity are very large. Because of the comparison between part-time tour guide and full-time tour guide, Because of the characteristics of high mobility and obvious interest driven, the mechanism of part-time tour guide management is more complicated. In today's increasingly competitive tourism market, in order to regulate part-time tour guide activities, To maintain the order of tourism market and protect the legal rights of tourists, it is necessary to strengthen the management of part-time tour guides. This paper analyzes the reasons of part-time tour guides and their current working situation, analyzes the causes of the problems existing in the management of part-time tour guides, and puts forward the corresponding management countermeasures from the point of view of human resources. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction. The second part is the basic concept and the research foundation. The third part is the present situation of the part-time tour guide management of travel agency. The fourth part is the basic part two and the third part of the travel agency part-time tour guide management situation. The fourth part in the second part and the third part basically to the travel agency part-time tour guide management present situation. The fifth part is the conclusion of the paper.
