以體驗(yàn)式旅游為導(dǎo)向的景區(qū)規(guī)劃方法研究

【摘要】:近幾年來,隨著我國(guó)旅游業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,我國(guó)旅游市場(chǎng)開始逐漸走向成熟,旅游者的旅游意識(shí)和消費(fèi)觀念正逐漸覺醒,傳統(tǒng)大眾旅游模式已不能完全滿足旅游者的需求,而開始追求更多元化的旅游產(chǎn)品。旅游者目光由單一的賞景、獵奇、探新轉(zhuǎn)向?qū)ψ灾餍、參與性、體驗(yàn)性旅游活動(dòng)的重視。 在此形勢(shì)下,旅游景區(qū)尤其是觀光型景區(qū)在發(fā)展中開始臨諸多問題,表現(xiàn)在旅游景區(qū)吸引力下降、游客增長(zhǎng)減緩、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益下滑等。究其原因,本文認(rèn)為,在我國(guó)休閑度假旅游的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)下,對(duì)旅游者旅游體驗(yàn)需求的忽視是造成旅游景區(qū)問題產(chǎn)生的根源。休閑旅游的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)呼喚景區(qū)的規(guī)劃建設(shè)應(yīng)當(dāng)從旅客的角度出發(fā),以游客體驗(yàn)和感受為中心,重新審視景區(qū)的各個(gè)要素,從而構(gòu)建符合當(dāng)前旅游發(fā)展的景區(qū)規(guī)劃新模式。 本文以旅游景區(qū)為研究對(duì)象,通過對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外旅游開發(fā)與規(guī)劃的梳理與總結(jié),以及對(duì)體驗(yàn)旅游理論的研究,立足市場(chǎng)需求,提出體驗(yàn)式旅游的概念,并對(duì)其活動(dòng)特征進(jìn)行深入認(rèn)識(shí),進(jìn)而提出以體驗(yàn)式旅游為導(dǎo)向的景區(qū)規(guī)劃模式,并從資源、市場(chǎng)、主題、項(xiàng)目、空間五個(gè)方面具體探討其規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)方法,最后結(jié)合實(shí)際案例對(duì)規(guī)劃模式進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,希望對(duì)同類型景區(qū)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)具有借鑒和指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of tourism in our country, the tourism market of our country is beginning to mature gradually, the tourist's tourism consciousness and consumption concept are awakening gradually, and the traditional mass tourism mode can not fully meet the needs of tourists. Instead, tourists began to pursue more diversified tourism products. Tourists' eyes changed from a single view, hunting for wonders, exploring new to the importance of autonomous, participatory and experiential tourism activities. Under this situation, tourist attractions, especially sightseeing scenic spots, begin to face many problems in their development, which are manifested in the decline of tourist attraction, the slow growth of tourists, the decline of economic benefits, and so on. Under the development trend of leisure vacation tourism in China, the neglect of tourist experience demand is the root of the tourism scenic spot problem. The development trend of leisure tourism calls for the planning and construction of scenic spot from the perspective of tourists. Taking the tourist experience and feeling as the center, this paper reexamines the various elements of the scenic spot and constructs a new pattern of scenic spot planning in line with the current tourism development. Based on the market demand, this paper puts forward the concept of experiential tourism by combing and summing up the tourism development and planning at home and abroad, and studying the theory of experiential tourism. Furthermore, this paper makes a deep understanding of the characteristics of its activities, and then puts forward the planning mode of scenic spots guided by experiential tourism, and discusses its planning and design methods from five aspects: resources, markets, themes, projects, and space. Finally combined with practical cases to verify the planning model, I hope the planning and design of the same type of scenic spots have reference and guidance significance.
