【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)發(fā)展,作為“朝陽產(chǎn)業(yè)”的旅游業(yè)迅速發(fā)展壯大,旅游逐漸成為現(xiàn)代人生活的重要組成部分,人們對(duì)于旅游的需求也由傳統(tǒng)的觀光旅游向休閑、度假和各種專項(xiàng)旅游、特色旅游方向縱深發(fā)展。葡萄酒莊旅游集觀光、休閑、體驗(yàn)、度假于一身,是極具發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ穆糜雾?xiàng)目,它以鮮明的特色、獨(dú)特的文化內(nèi)涵以及豐富的旅游形式,對(duì)中外游客產(chǎn)生了極大的吸引力。 煙臺(tái)是中國(guó)近代工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)葡萄酒的發(fā)源地,也是中國(guó)最大的葡萄酒生產(chǎn)基地,其葡萄酒產(chǎn)量、銷售收入、利潤(rùn)總額一直居全國(guó)第一位。與此同時(shí),煙臺(tái)市葡萄酒莊建設(shè)蓬勃開展,到目前為止,煙臺(tái)市已建和在建酒莊共30多處,位于全國(guó)前列,具有發(fā)展酒莊旅游的資源背景和現(xiàn)實(shí)條件。在葡萄酒產(chǎn)業(yè)和旅游業(yè)迅速發(fā)展的今天,煙臺(tái)市葡萄酒莊旅游雖然取得了初步地發(fā)展,但由于處在發(fā)展的初級(jí)階段,也存在很多亟待解決的問題。如何整合資源,更好地發(fā)展全市酒莊旅游,這是煙臺(tái)市葡萄酒業(yè)發(fā)展中面臨的重大考驗(yàn)。本文以煙臺(tái)葡萄酒莊旅游發(fā)展為實(shí)例,在分析煙臺(tái)市葡萄酒莊的旅游資源背景和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了自己的對(duì)葡萄酒莊旅游發(fā)展的看法,以期能為煙臺(tái)市乃至全國(guó)葡萄酒莊旅游的發(fā)展提供一定的參考。 論文共由五章組成,按組織結(jié)構(gòu)可分為以下幾部分：第一章為緒論部分,闡明了研究課題的選題背景、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀以及本文的研究方法,概述了葡萄酒、葡萄酒旅游和葡萄酒莊旅游的基礎(chǔ)理論。第二章從現(xiàn)實(shí)的角度分析了煙臺(tái)市發(fā)展葡萄酒莊旅游的資源優(yōu)勢(shì)、不足,運(yùn)用比較分析的方法對(duì)煙臺(tái)市葡萄酒莊旅游的資源背景進(jìn)行了準(zhǔn)確定位。第三章概述煙臺(tái)市葡萄酒莊旅游的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,明確了煙臺(tái)市葡萄酒莊旅游下一步發(fā)展的起點(diǎn)和基礎(chǔ)。第四章分析了煙臺(tái)市葡萄酒莊旅游發(fā)展中存在的問題,并在結(jié)合實(shí)際走訪情況提出了煙臺(tái)市葡萄酒莊旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展的建議。
[Abstract]:With the sustainable development of economy, tourism, as a "sunrise industry", has developed rapidly, tourism has gradually become an important part of modern people's life, and people's demand for tourism has also changed from traditional tourism to leisure. Resort and all kinds of special tourism, characteristic tourism direction in depth development. Wine resort tourism, tourism, leisure, experience, vacation in one, is a very potential tourism projects, it has a distinctive characteristics, The unique cultural connotation and rich tourism form have produced great attraction to Chinese and foreign tourists. Yantai is the birthplace of modern industrialized wine production in China and the largest wine production base in China. Its wine production, sales revenue and total profits have been ranked first in the country. The construction of wine farms in Yantai has flourished. So far, more than 30 wineries have been built and are under construction in Yantai, which is in the forefront of the country. Today, with the rapid development of wine industry and tourism, Yantai winery tourism has made a preliminary development, but it is in the initial stage of development. There are also many problems to be solved. How to integrate resources and better develop the tourism of wineries in Yantai City is a major test in the development of wine industry in Yantai. This paper takes the tourism development of Yantai Wine Farm as an example. On the basis of analyzing the background of tourism resources and the present situation of tourism development of winery in Yantai City, the author puts forward his own views on the tourism development of winery in order to provide a certain reference for the development of tourism in Yantai City and even in the whole country. The thesis is composed of five chapters, which can be divided into the following parts according to the organizational structure: the first chapter is the introduction part, which clarifies the background of the research topic, the domestic and foreign research status and the research methods of this paper, and summarizes the wine. The second chapter analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Yantai city in developing tourism resources of winery from the point of view of reality. This paper uses the method of comparative analysis to locate the resource background of Yantai winery tourism. The third chapter summarizes the present situation of Yantai winery tourism. This paper clarifies the starting point and foundation of the next development of Yantai winery tourism. The fourth chapter analyzes the problems existing in the tourism development of Yantai winery. In combination with the actual visit, the paper puts forward suggestions for the sustainable development of tourism in Yantai winery.
