【摘要】：民國時期是20世紀豐富而精彩的階段，無論期間還是相比前代，中國的政治、經(jīng)濟、文化、民眾生活都發(fā)生了劇烈的變革。舉世聞名的中國絲綢也隨之歷經(jīng)興衰。上海美亞織綢廠的設(shè)計管理制度是現(xiàn)代設(shè)計管理制度的萌芽，設(shè)計委員會的成立，是美亞設(shè)計管理體系建立的核心。本文以美亞設(shè)計委員會作為研究重點，，研究設(shè)計委員會的部門職能及設(shè)計營銷策略；通過與美亞創(chuàng)辦前的工藝管理制度進行對比，剖析美亞設(shè)計管理制度的精髓。同時，研究設(shè)計管理制度下民國絲織品的變化，展現(xiàn)民國時期上海絲織業(yè)的演進情況，從而揭示現(xiàn)代設(shè)計管理制度的建立對于現(xiàn)代設(shè)計管理史、設(shè)計史、經(jīng)濟史以及社會文化領(lǐng)域的意義。
[Abstract]:The period of the Republic of China in twentieth Century is a rich and exciting stage, either during or Chinese compared to the previous generation, the political, economic, cultural and public life have undergone dramatic changes. The Chinese silk is also known to the world. After the rise and fall of Shanghai Meiya silk factory design management system is the sprout of modern design management system, the establishment of the design committee that is to establish the core management system. This paper designs Meiya Meiya to design committee as the focus of study, research and Design Committee of the functions and design of marketing strategy; compare the system through the process and the founder of Meiya tube, analyzes the essence of Meiya design management system. At the same time, changes of the silk research design management system, show the evolution of Shanghai silk industry in the Republic of China, which reveals the establishment of modern management system for management of modern design history, design history, economy The significance of history and the field of social culture.
