文登市濱海養(yǎng)生旅游集群發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:養(yǎng)生旅游是適應(yīng)當(dāng)今經(jīng)濟社會的快速發(fā)展而出現(xiàn)的一種高級旅游形式,是養(yǎng)生產(chǎn)業(yè)和旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)相互融合的產(chǎn)物,其目的是滿足人們對養(yǎng)生健康的需求。 縱觀國內(nèi)外針對養(yǎng)生旅游方面的研究,其理論還不全面,雖然都認(rèn)為身心皆養(yǎng)才為養(yǎng)生,,但在養(yǎng)生旅游概念界定、運行規(guī)劃、市場及產(chǎn)品開發(fā)方面的研究仍不夠深入。本文對養(yǎng)生和養(yǎng)生旅游的基本問題進(jìn)行了探討,指出養(yǎng)生在微觀層次上以身心健康為主要目的,在宏觀層次上其實是一種文化養(yǎng)生。養(yǎng)生旅游是在傳統(tǒng)和現(xiàn)代養(yǎng)生觀的指導(dǎo)下,通過開展養(yǎng)生項目活動,以促進(jìn)身心健康、增強社會適應(yīng)能力為主要目的的一種高級旅游形態(tài),并進(jìn)一步分析了養(yǎng)生旅游的資源、產(chǎn)品和市場。在理論基礎(chǔ)方面,對旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和旅游資源整合進(jìn)行了概述,旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群是產(chǎn)業(yè)集群從生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域向服務(wù)業(yè)的延伸,其形成過程是以旅游產(chǎn)品的不斷完善和價值的持續(xù)創(chuàng)造為主脈的。旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群具有成本、市場、創(chuàng)新等方面的優(yōu)勢,旅游業(yè)沿著集群方向發(fā)展既具可能性又有必要性。旅游資源整合是通過一系列的手段,使系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的各要素協(xié)調(diào)統(tǒng)一,從而實現(xiàn)旅游資源的優(yōu)化升級。 在理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,基于當(dāng)前國內(nèi)在針對一個區(qū)域的養(yǎng)生旅游的系統(tǒng)研究的空白,以整個文登市轄區(qū)域為對象,運用統(tǒng)計分析和ASEB柵格分析法,詳細(xì)分析了文登濱海養(yǎng)生旅游的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。指出文登發(fā)展濱海養(yǎng)生旅游的地理、交通、經(jīng)濟、旅游資源等條件,在城市品牌、養(yǎng)生旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)格局、旅游營銷和配套設(shè)施等方面取得的成績,以及在養(yǎng)生旅游資源整合、城市知名度、養(yǎng)生旅游配套服務(wù)體系等方面存在的問題。接著,運用旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和旅游資源整合的相關(guān)理論,探討了文登濱海養(yǎng)生旅游發(fā)展的思路。從市場需求、資源條件、城市品牌、旅游配套服務(wù)體系、政府和機遇六個方面對文登濱海養(yǎng)生旅游集群的可行性做出分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建出文登濱海養(yǎng)生旅游集群模型,指出其中存在的水平和垂直結(jié)構(gòu),并重點分析了模型的核心層、要素層、中間層三個層面,圍繞“四山五泉一線”的格局,凸顯“濱海養(yǎng)生”主題,走養(yǎng)生旅游集群發(fā)展道路,形成彼此合作又競爭的有利局面,發(fā)揮出集群效應(yīng)。最后,針對濱海養(yǎng)生旅游集群發(fā)展中存在的問題,從圍繞優(yōu)勢養(yǎng)生旅游資源進(jìn)行整合、開發(fā)四季養(yǎng)生旅游產(chǎn)品、加大營銷力度、完善配套服務(wù)體系四個方面提出相應(yīng)的發(fā)展措施。 通過對文登濱海養(yǎng)生旅游集群發(fā)展的研究,有助于深化對養(yǎng)生旅游的認(rèn)識、豐富養(yǎng)生旅游研究的手段和方法,促進(jìn)文登濱海養(yǎng)生旅游業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級和可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Health care tourism is a kind of advanced tourism form which can adapt to the rapid development of economy and society. It is the product of the combination of health industry and tourism industry, and its purpose is to meet the needs of people for health care and health. Throughout the domestic and foreign health tourism research, its theory is not comprehensive, although they all think that both body and mind is healthy, but in the concept of health tourism definition, operation planning, The research on market and product development is not deep enough. This paper discusses the basic problems of health preservation and health tourism, and points out that the main purpose of health preservation is physical and mental health at the micro level. At the macro level, it is actually a kind of cultural health preservation. Under the guidance of traditional and modern health preservation concepts, health tourism is an advanced tourism form whose main purpose is to promote physical and mental health and enhance social adaptability through carrying out health preservation project activities. Furthermore, the paper analyzes the resources, products and markets of health tourism. In the theoretical basis, it summarizes the integration of tourism industry cluster and tourism resources, which is the extension of industry cluster from production to service industry. The process of its formation is based on the continuous improvement of tourism products and the continuous creation of value. The tourism industry cluster has the advantages of cost, market, innovation and so on. It is both possible and necessary for tourism to develop along the direction of cluster. The integration of tourism resources is to achieve the optimization and upgrading of tourism resources through a series of means to make the elements of the system coordinate and unify. On the basis of the theoretical research, based on the blank of the current domestic research on health care tourism in a region, the whole district of Wendeng City is taken as the object, and the statistical analysis and ASEB grid analysis are used. This paper analyzes in detail the development of Wendeng coastal health tourism. It points out that Wendeng has the conditions of geography, transportation, economy, tourism resources and so on for developing coastal health tourism, as well as brand names in cities, and the pattern of health preservation tourism industry. The achievements in tourism marketing and supporting facilities, as well as the problems existing in the integration of health care tourism resources, city popularity, and the supporting service system for health care tourism, etc. Based on the theory of tourism industry cluster and tourism resources integration, this paper discusses the ideas of Wendeng coastal health tourism development, from the market demand, resource conditions, city brand, tourism supporting service system, On the basis of the analysis of the feasibility of Wendeng coastal health tourism cluster from six aspects of government and opportunity, the model of Wendeng coastal health tourism cluster is constructed, and the horizontal and vertical structure of the cluster is pointed out. The core layer, the element layer and the middle layer of the model are analyzed emphatically, and the pattern of "four mountains and five springs" is focused on, which highlights the theme of "coastal health preservation" and takes the developing road of health preservation tourism cluster to form a favorable situation of cooperation and competition between them. Finally, in view of the problems existing in the development of coastal health tourism cluster, from the integration of advantageous health tourism resources, the development of four seasons health tourism products, and the increase of marketing, Four aspects of improving the supporting service system put forward the corresponding development measures. The study on the development of Wendeng coastal health tourism cluster is helpful to deepen the understanding of health tourism, enrich the means and methods of health tourism research, and promote the transformation, upgrading and sustainable development of Wendeng coastal health tourism.
