【摘要】：隨著中國經(jīng)濟的轉型升級及科學發(fā)展觀和綠色GDP概念的提出，旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)成為戰(zhàn)略性支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)成為“十二五”期間國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的一個重要目標，旅游業(yè)作為現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)的龍頭,將獲得充裕的發(fā)展空間。旅游產(chǎn)品是由旅游供應商提供的涵蓋食、住、行、游、購、娛六大要素的一種服務產(chǎn)品。這決定了旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)是具有互補關系的一組企業(yè)組合，包括旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)中各個企業(yè)之間不僅僅是競爭關系，更是合作關系，這需要在旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)內各種不同類型的企業(yè)之間建立長期合作關系，即產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈關系。旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的構建與優(yōu)化對提升旅游競爭力，，促進旅游健康發(fā)展具有重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。 本文從經(jīng)濟學角度出發(fā)，運用產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈理論對婺源縣旅游經(jīng)濟進行了實證研究。首先對產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的概念、旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的概念、特征和構成進行了系統(tǒng)的分析，并對產(chǎn)業(yè)價值理論、旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)價值理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)結構優(yōu)化理論、主導產(chǎn)業(yè)理論、競爭力理論、共生理論、旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論進行了闡述。隨后，以旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈為切入點，以江西省婺源縣為例，對婺源縣旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)進行了實證調查，分析了婺源旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的現(xiàn)狀，經(jīng)調查研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，目前婺源的旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈雖然吃、住、行、游、娛、購六要素齊備，基本具備了產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的條件，但是也存在薄弱環(huán)節(jié)，主要表現(xiàn)在交通不暢、旅游產(chǎn)品開發(fā)不夠、文化娛樂貧乏等。最后，針對婺源旅游發(fā)展中的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)，將旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的理論成果應用到婺源縣旅游經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的研究中，提出了婺源縣旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈優(yōu)化升級的思路和途徑，即：搶抓政策機遇，打造生態(tài)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈；發(fā)揮現(xiàn)有優(yōu)勢，打造特色文化產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈；加強政府引導，打造項目建設服務產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈。
[Abstract]:With the transformation and upgrading of China's economy and the concept of scientific development and green GDP, tourism industry has become a strategic pillar industry and an important target of national economic development during the 12th Five-Year Plan period. Tourism industry is the leader of modern service industry. There will be ample room for development. Tourism products are a service product provided by tourism suppliers covering the six major elements of food, housing, travel, shopping, entertainment. This determines that the tourism industry is a group of companies with complementary relationships. Including the tourism industry among enterprises not only competition relations, but also cooperative relations, which requires the establishment of long-term cooperation between different types of enterprises in the tourism industry, The construction and optimization of tourism industry chain is of great strategic significance to promote tourism competitiveness and promote the healthy development of tourism. From the angle of economics, this paper makes an empirical study on the tourism economy of Wuyuan County by using the theory of industrial chain. Firstly, the concept of industrial chain, the concept, characteristics and composition of tourism industry chain are systematically analyzed, and the theory of industrial value is analyzed. The theory of tourism industry value, the theory of industrial structure optimization, the theory of leading industry, the theory of competitiveness, the theory of symbiosis and the theory of tourism sustainable development are expounded. This paper makes an empirical investigation on the tourism industry in Wuyuan County, analyzes the present situation of the tourism industry chain in Wuyuan, and finds out that the tourism industry chain in Wuyuan is full of six elements: eating, living, travelling, traveling, entertaining and purchasing. Basically has the condition that the industry upgrades, but also has the weak link, mainly manifests in the traffic is not smooth, the tourism product development is insufficient, the culture entertainment is poor and so on. Finally, in view of Wuyuan tourism development weak link, Applying the theoretical achievements of tourism industry chain to the study of Wuyuan county's tourism economic development, this paper puts forward some ideas and ways to optimize and upgrade Wuyuan's tourism industry chain, that is, to seize the policy opportunity, to create the ecotourism industry chain, and to bring into play the existing advantages. Build characteristic cultural industry chain; strengthen government guidance and create project construction service industry chain.
