【摘要】:在全民健身時(shí)代,戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)俱樂(lè)部是開(kāi)展群眾性戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)與休閑活動(dòng)的主要載體。調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)俱樂(lè)部存在著管理經(jīng)營(yíng)失范、組織結(jié)構(gòu)不全、人員素質(zhì)不高、市場(chǎng)定位不準(zhǔn)、服務(wù)產(chǎn)品趨同、融資渠道單一和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)意識(shí)薄弱等問(wèn)題。為有效推進(jìn)戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)俱樂(lè)部科學(xué)、規(guī)范、健康發(fā)展,可采取健全行政管理機(jī)構(gòu),完善管理制度;加強(qiáng)自身建設(shè),提高環(huán)境適應(yīng)能力和內(nèi)部管理水平;積極開(kāi)發(fā)特色服務(wù)產(chǎn)品,創(chuàng)新?tīng)I(yíng)銷手段;加大從業(yè)隊(duì)伍建設(shè)力度,提高從業(yè)人員業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)和能力;提高消費(fèi)者自我保護(hù)意識(shí),正確引導(dǎo)理性消費(fèi)等針對(duì)性舉措。
[Abstract]:In the age of national fitness, outdoor sports clubs are the main carriers of mass outdoor sports and leisure activities. In order to effectively promote the scientific, standardized and healthy development of outdoor sports clubs, we can improve the administrative institutions and perfect the management system, so as to improve the market positioning, the convergence of service products, the single channel of financing and the weakness of risk awareness. Strengthen the self-construction, improve the ability to adapt to the environment and improve the level of internal management; actively develop characteristic service products, innovative marketing means, strengthen the construction of the workforce, improve the professional quality and ability of the employees; Improve consumer self-protection consciousness, guide rational consumption and other targeted measures correctly.
