【摘要】：當(dāng)前,加強(qiáng)區(qū)域旅游合作謀求經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)合,形成區(qū)域放大效應(yīng),已經(jīng)成為時代潮流和旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的必然趨勢。旅游業(yè)又是天然開放的產(chǎn)業(yè),發(fā)展區(qū)域合作具有得天獨厚的優(yōu)勢,旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展與區(qū)城合作密不可分,相互促進(jìn),相輔相成。目前,全國已經(jīng)形成了區(qū)域合作促進(jìn)旅游發(fā)展、旅游發(fā)展增進(jìn)區(qū)域合作的良性循環(huán)。隨著中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)建設(shè)上升為國家發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)旅游合作也將迎來難得的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。 本文以中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)旅游合作為研究對象,結(jié)合公共管理學(xué)和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的相關(guān)理論,以及國內(nèi)外關(guān)于區(qū)域旅游合作的研究成果,綜合運用理論分析法、比較分析法、實證研究法,從理論和實踐兩個方面對中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)旅游合作進(jìn)行了研究,介紹了中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū),特別是河南省的旅游資源,并對開展中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)旅游合作的現(xiàn)狀和合作前景進(jìn)行了充分的分析。文章最后通過對中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)旅游合作機(jī)制構(gòu)建方案的比較分析,總結(jié)出了最佳的合作機(jī)制,即以政府主導(dǎo)為主的合作機(jī)制,包括組建區(qū)域旅游合作組織、聯(lián)合編制區(qū)域旅游合作規(guī)劃、構(gòu)建旅游聯(lián)合營銷機(jī)制、優(yōu)化旅游合作環(huán)境等要素,以期有益于該區(qū)域旅游合作的研究和開展,進(jìn)而推動中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)戰(zhàn)略的全面實施,實現(xiàn)中原崛起。
[Abstract]:At present, strengthening regional tourism cooperation to seek economic union and form regional amplification effect has become the trend of the times and the inevitable trend of tourism economic development. Tourism is also a natural and open industry, and the development of regional cooperation has unique advantages. The development of tourism industry and regional cooperation are inseparable, promote each other and complement each other. At present, regional cooperation has been formed throughout the country to promote tourism development. Tourism development promotes the benign circle of regional cooperation. With the construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone rising to the national development strategy, the Central Plains Economic Zone Tourism Cooperation will also ushered in a rare opportunity for development. This paper takes the tourism cooperation of the Central Plains Economic Zone as the research object, combines the relevant theories of public management and regional economics, as well as the domestic and foreign research results on the regional tourism cooperation, and synthetically applies the theoretical analysis method and the comparative analysis method. This paper studies the tourism cooperation of the Central Plains Economic Zone from the aspects of theory and practice, and introduces the tourism resources of the Central Plains Economic Zone, especially Henan Province. Finally, through the comparative analysis of the construction scheme of the tourism cooperation mechanism of the Central Plains Economic Zone, the author summarizes the best cooperation mechanism. That is, the government-led cooperation mechanism, including the establishment of regional tourism cooperation organizations, the joint formulation of regional tourism cooperation planning, the construction of tourism joint marketing mechanism, the optimization of tourism cooperation environment and other elements. In order to benefit the research and development of the regional tourism cooperation, and then promote the overall implementation of the Central Plains Economic Zone strategy, realize the rise of the Central Plains.
