新疆低碳旅游交通案例研究

【摘要】:交通運輸可以說是目前能源消耗量最大,也是能源消耗增長最快的行業(yè)。2009年國際能源署的報告表明,全球CO2排放量約有25%來自交通運輸。中國是當(dāng)今世界第一交通增長國,交通CO2排放量占總體排放量的1/5,為此,交通運輸業(yè)被國務(wù)院確定為是節(jié)能減排的重點領(lǐng)域。旅游業(yè)是我國的支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè),而且關(guān)聯(lián)性很強。旅游交通運輸,,作為旅游者空間移動的重要工具,是旅游業(yè)溫室氣體排放的重要來源之一,顯然也是旅游業(yè)節(jié)能減排的重要領(lǐng)域。新疆旅游資源豐富,但由于地理位置比較偏僻,再加上不同旅游區(qū)域間空間距離較遠,景點比較分散,旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展對交通運輸業(yè)的依賴性更為顯著。因此,新疆的旅游交通有著較大的節(jié)能空間。 發(fā)展低碳旅游交通,從而實施旅游業(yè)節(jié)能減排是應(yīng)對全球氣候變暖,維持旅游業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的科學(xué)措施,低碳旅游不僅可以實現(xiàn)節(jié)能減排的目標(biāo),而且可以降低旅游業(yè)能源消耗與經(jīng)營成本,提高旅游業(yè)利潤,有利于旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展。在當(dāng)前旅游業(yè)快速發(fā)展的前提下,實現(xiàn)旅游交通的低碳化,是實現(xiàn)旅游業(yè)節(jié)能減排、發(fā)展低碳旅游經(jīng)濟的重要組成部分。這就意味著研究旅游交通低碳化的重要性。也正是本文研究的目的所在。 本文的研究工作主要從以下幾個方面展開,并得到了相應(yīng)的結(jié)論: 從國內(nèi)外旅游交通研究進展來看,發(fā)現(xiàn)從低碳旅游視角對旅游交通進行的研究相對較少;本文通過問卷調(diào)查與走訪的形式,在調(diào)查游客旅游交通出行模式選擇的基礎(chǔ)上,對游客在疆內(nèi)外的旅游交通出行模式的選擇情況有了一定的了解。發(fā)現(xiàn)游客趨向于高碳旅游交通出行方式的選擇。新疆旅游交通基本上涵蓋了所有的交通模式,公路、鐵路、航空齊頭并進,共同形成了新疆的旅游交通網(wǎng)。本文利用定性與定量研究相結(jié)合的方法,即利用碳足跡計算方法對不同模式的新疆旅游交通碳足跡進行了初步核算,并根據(jù)其結(jié)果,從實踐的角度,著重針對疆內(nèi)旅游交通模式的優(yōu)化以及旅游交通低碳化提出了建議與對策。
[Abstract]:Transportation can be said to be the largest and fastest-growing energy consumption industry at present. According to the report of the International Energy Agency on 2009, about 25% of the world's CO2 emissions come from transport. China is now the world's largest traffic growth country. Traffic CO2 emissions account for 1 / 5 of the total emissions. For this reason, the State Council has decided that transportation is a key area for energy conservation and emission reduction. Tourism is a pillar industry in China, and it is highly relevant. Tourism, transportation, transportation, As an important tool for tourists' spatial movement, it is one of the important sources of greenhouse gas emissions from tourism, and obviously is also an important area of tourism energy conservation and emission reduction. Xinjiang is rich in tourism resources, but because of its remote geographical location, In addition, the space distance between different tourist regions is far, the scenic spots are scattered, and the development of tourism is more dependent on the transportation industry. Therefore, the tourism transportation in Xinjiang has a large energy saving space. Developing low-carbon tourism transportation and implementing tourism energy saving and emission reduction are scientific measures to deal with global climate warming and maintain sustainable development of tourism. Low-carbon tourism can not only achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction. Moreover, it can reduce the energy consumption and operating cost of tourism, increase the profit of tourism, and benefit the development of tourism. Under the premise of the rapid development of tourism, the realization of low carbonization of tourism traffic is the realization of energy saving and emission reduction in tourism. The development of low-carbon tourism economy, which means the importance of the study of low-carbon tourism traffic, is the purpose of this paper. The research work in this paper is mainly carried out from the following aspects, and the corresponding conclusions are obtained:. From the research progress of domestic and foreign tourism transportation, it is found that there are relatively few researches on tourism traffic from the perspective of low-carbon tourism. Through the form of questionnaires and visits, this paper investigates the choice of tourist travel mode. We have a certain understanding of the choice of travel modes for tourists inside and outside Xinjiang. It is found that tourists tend to choose high-carbon travel modes. Xinjiang tourism transportation basically covers all transport modes, roads, railways, The tourism transportation network of Xinjiang has been formed by the combination of aviation and transportation. This paper uses the method of combining qualitative and quantitative research, that is, using the carbon footprint calculation method to calculate the carbon footprint of different tourism traffic in Xinjiang, and makes a preliminary calculation of the carbon footprint of different tourism traffic in Xinjiang. According to the results and from the point of view of practice, this paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for the optimization of tourism traffic mode and the low carbonization of tourism traffic in Xinjiang.
