柳葉湖旅游度假區(qū)居民旅游影響感知研究

【摘要】:隨著旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展和人們旅游認(rèn)識(shí)的提高,“可持續(xù)發(fā)展”和“社區(qū)發(fā)展”受到廣泛重視,人們逐漸意識(shí)到可持續(xù)旅游目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)離不開(kāi)旅游影響的社區(qū)居民參與,同時(shí)居民感知的個(gè)性化、地域性、文化性要求我們對(duì)某一具體度假區(qū)的居民旅游影響感知展開(kāi)實(shí)證研究。 本文在國(guó)內(nèi)外旅游地居民旅游影響感知、旅游影響感知影響因素、旅游影響感知與態(tài)度研究方法的相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒已有目的地居民旅游影響感知量表,據(jù)實(shí)微調(diào)之后形成度假區(qū)居民旅游影響感知量表對(duì)柳葉湖度假旅游區(qū)居民的旅游影響感知展開(kāi)實(shí)證研究。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),柳葉湖度假區(qū)居民旅游影響感知可分為積極環(huán)境感知、消極社會(huì)文化感知、消極環(huán)境感知、消極經(jīng)濟(jì)感知、積極經(jīng)濟(jì)感知、積極社會(huì)文化感知六個(gè)維度。柳葉湖度假旅游區(qū)居民的旅游影響感知與情感的相關(guān)關(guān)系:居民“高興游客的到來(lái)”的情感與積極環(huán)境感知因子、積極經(jīng)濟(jì)感知因子、積極社會(huì)文化感知因子之間存在顯著正相關(guān);居民“厭惡過(guò)多考慮游客”的情感與消極環(huán)境感知因子、消極經(jīng)濟(jì)感知因子、積極社會(huì)文化感知因子之間存在顯著正相關(guān);居民“期望更多游客”的情感與居民感知因子不存在相關(guān)關(guān)系;居民“滿足現(xiàn)狀”的情感與積極經(jīng)濟(jì)感知因子之間存在顯著正相關(guān)。同時(shí)柳葉湖度假區(qū)不同人口學(xué)特征居民旅游影響感知差異分析結(jié)果顯示:居民的消極環(huán)境感知僅受居民的居住時(shí)間影響;居民的積極經(jīng)濟(jì)感知受居民的家庭月收入水平的影響;居民的積極環(huán)境感知隨居民的年齡或?qū)W歷或家庭月收入或職業(yè)的不同而不同;消極社會(huì)文化感知隨居民的年齡或家庭月收入水平或與景區(qū)距離的不同而顯著不同;消極經(jīng)濟(jì)感知受居民的年齡的影響;積極社會(huì)文化感知隨居民的年齡或家庭月收入水平或居住時(shí)間或與景區(qū)距離的不同而顯著不同。
[Abstract]:With the development of tourism and the improvement of people's tourism awareness, people pay more attention to "sustainable development" and "community development". People gradually realize that the realization of sustainable tourism goal can not be achieved without the participation of community residents affected by tourism. At the same time, the individualization, regionality and culture of residents' perception require us to carry out an empirical study on the residents' perception of tourism impact in a specific resort area. Based on the research of tourism impact perception, tourism impact perception factors, tourism impact perception and attitude research methods at home and abroad, this paper draws lessons from the existing destination residents' tourism impact perception scale. The empirical study on the tourism impact perception of the residents of the Lake Lancet Resort area is carried out according to the actual fine adjustment. The study found that the tourism impact perception of the residents of the resort area can be divided into positive environmental perception. Negative sociocultural perception, negative environmental perception, negative economic perception, positive economic perception, There are six dimensions of positive sociocultural perception. The relationship between residents' perception of tourism impact and emotion: the emotion of "happy tourists" and the positive environmental perception factor, the positive economic perception factor. There is significant positive correlation between positive sociocultural perception factors, negative environmental perception factor, negative economic perception factor and positive sociocultural perception factor. There is no correlation between residents' emotion of "expecting more tourists" and residents' perception factors. There is a significant positive correlation between the emotion of "satisfaction status" and the positive economic perception factor. Meanwhile, the difference of tourism impact perception of residents with different demographic characteristics in Liuyue Lake Resort is analyzed. The results show that the negative environmental feeling of residents is negative. The knowledge is affected only by the resident's residence time; The positive economic perception of the residents is influenced by the monthly income level of the household, and the positive environmental perception of the residents varies with the age, education, monthly income or occupation of the family. The negative sociocultural perception varies significantly with the residents' age, family monthly income level or distance from the scenic spots, and the negative economic perception is influenced by the residents' age. The positive sociocultural perception varies significantly with the residents' age, family monthly income level, residence time or distance from scenic spots.
