【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和人民生活水平的提高，被譽(yù)為“朝陽(yáng)產(chǎn)業(yè)”的旅游業(yè)得到了迅猛的發(fā)展，并逐漸成為各國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)化和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的發(fā)展，作為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的重要組成部分，旅游業(yè)區(qū)域一體化逐漸成為各國(guó)旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。旅游業(yè)由最初的景點(diǎn)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、城市競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，，逐漸發(fā)展到了今天的區(qū)域競(jìng)爭(zhēng)階段。冀中南區(qū)域是中部地區(qū)四省交界處的重點(diǎn)區(qū)域，被國(guó)家列為重點(diǎn)發(fā)展地區(qū)，豐富的旅游資源及得天獨(dú)厚的地理優(yōu)勢(shì)為冀中南地區(qū)旅游一體化的發(fā)展奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。文章運(yùn)用可拓工程法，構(gòu)建冀中南旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的綜合評(píng)判物元模型，通過(guò)計(jì)算測(cè)評(píng)出各城市旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的優(yōu)劣勢(shì)及整體發(fā)展等級(jí)，進(jìn)而進(jìn)行冀中南區(qū)域旅游一體化構(gòu)思，并且提出了一體化中的實(shí)施對(duì)策，對(duì)于這一地區(qū)旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展可以提供一定的參考。 首先，綜述國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于旅游一體化研究的文獻(xiàn)及相關(guān)概念和理論進(jìn)行闡述，為本文研究奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)理論基礎(chǔ)。其次，從區(qū)域概況、旅游資源、旅游市場(chǎng)、旅游交通方面分別闡述了冀中南區(qū)域旅游一體化的基礎(chǔ)條件，為一體化開(kāi)發(fā)提供了依據(jù)。再次，運(yùn)用可拓工程法對(duì)冀中南各市旅游業(yè)發(fā)展各要素進(jìn)行單指標(biāo)和多指標(biāo)綜合評(píng)判；從六大方面選取18項(xiàng)指標(biāo)構(gòu)建旅游業(yè)發(fā)展水平可拓物元模型，測(cè)評(píng)冀中南6市旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的優(yōu)劣勢(shì)條件和綜合發(fā)展水平。最后，在冀中南各地區(qū)旅游業(yè)發(fā)展水平評(píng)判結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上，提出冀中南區(qū)域旅游一體化的具體構(gòu)思，從一體化戰(zhàn)略、資源一體化、市場(chǎng)一體化、一體化空間布局方面分別進(jìn)行了闡述，并提出了冀中南區(qū)域旅游一體化的實(shí)施對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard, the tourism industry, which is called "sunrise industry", has been developing rapidly, and has gradually become the pillar industry of the economic development of all countries, along with the development of global economy and regional economic integration. As an important part of regional economic integration, tourism regional integration has gradually become the trend of tourism development in various countries. Gradually developing to the stage of regional competition today. The central and southern regions of Hebei Province are the key areas at the junction of the four provinces in the central region, and have been listed as key development areas by the state. The rich tourism resources and the unique geographical advantages have laid a solid foundation for the development of tourism integration in the central and southern part of Hebei Province. This paper uses the extension engineering method to construct the matter-element model for the comprehensive evaluation of the development of tourism in the central and southern part of Hebei Province. Through the calculation and evaluation of the advantages and disadvantages of the development of the tourism industry in various cities and the overall level of development, the concept of regional tourism integration in central and southern Hebei is put forward, and the implementation countermeasures in the integration are put forward. For the development of tourism in this area can provide a certain reference. First of all, it summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars' literature on tourism integration research and related concepts and theories to lay a solid theoretical foundation for this study. Secondly, from the regional overview, tourism resources, tourism market, In the aspect of tourism transportation, the basic conditions of regional tourism integration in central and southern Hebei are expounded respectively, which provides the basis for integrated development. Thirdly, the comprehensive evaluation of each factor of tourism development in central and southern Hebei province is carried out by using extension engineering method. This paper selects 18 indexes from six major aspects to construct a matter-element model of tourism development level, evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of tourism development in the six cities of central and southern Hebei, and evaluates the comprehensive development level. On the basis of judging the level of tourism development in central and southern Hebei, the paper puts forward the concrete conception of tourism integration in central and southern Hebei, and expounds the integration strategy, the integration of resources, the integration of market and the spatial distribution of integration respectively. And put forward the implementation countermeasures of regional tourism integration in central and southern Hebei.
