琿春市郵輪旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力研究

【摘要】:21世紀(jì)的郵輪業(yè)具有多樣性和快速增長(zhǎng)的特征,郵輪旅游平均每年保持8%的增長(zhǎng)速度,成為全球旅游市場(chǎng)發(fā)展最為迅速的一個(gè)板塊。郵輪旅游具有巨大的產(chǎn)業(yè)帶動(dòng)作用,尤其是郵輪母港建設(shè),它是世界眾多實(shí)力雄厚的濱海地區(qū)的戰(zhàn)略選擇,是拓展海洋資源、增強(qiáng)國(guó)力、強(qiáng)化海權(quán)的有效途徑。中國(guó)地跨東北亞和東南亞兩大區(qū),既是亞洲夏季郵輪航線的起始港和目的地,又是冬季郵輪航線的重要?奎c(diǎn),是環(huán)游世界航線的必經(jīng)之地,正受到越來(lái)越多郵輪公司的關(guān)注。 本文在綜述國(guó)內(nèi)外郵輪旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力相關(guān)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,基于郵輪旅游、產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)和區(qū)域旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的相關(guān)理論和波特的鉆石模型,構(gòu)建郵輪旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力影響因素模型,在該模型中,郵輪旅游氣候作為一個(gè)外生變量,對(duì)郵輪旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力產(chǎn)生重大影響。然后依據(jù)影響因素模型構(gòu)建區(qū)域郵輪旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,選取中國(guó)大陸有接待國(guó)際郵輪經(jīng)驗(yàn)的九個(gè)省或直轄市為區(qū)域樣本,利用因子分析法對(duì)九個(gè)區(qū)域郵輪產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行分析,得出了區(qū)域郵輪及旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)狀況、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)水平、沿海地區(qū)港口服務(wù)能力和郵輪旅游氣候指數(shù)四個(gè)主成分因子。 在實(shí)證分析部分,文章依據(jù)郵輪旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)體系,分析了琿春對(duì)朝、對(duì)俄口岸,琿春與俄、朝、韓的相聯(lián)系的海港和海上航線的基本情況,琿春與國(guó)內(nèi)外相聯(lián)系的交通狀況,琿春所處的圖們江區(qū)域或東北亞區(qū)域跨境旅游合作現(xiàn)狀,琿春旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)和郵輪經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)狀等。然后總結(jié)出了琿春“借港出海”橫跨三國(guó),國(guó)際合作薄弱,對(duì)外通道“通而不暢”;產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)薄弱,腹地客源不足、集散不便,當(dāng)?shù)剜]輪維修服務(wù)不完善、商品供應(yīng)能力較差;國(guó)際合作中,客源市場(chǎng)培育不成熟,旅游產(chǎn)品整合力度小,市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力不足;緯度偏高,年均氣溫偏低,旅游季節(jié)明顯,郵輪季節(jié)短暫等郵輪旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中所遇到的問(wèn)題。最后,文章借鑒區(qū)域郵輪旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力因子分析指標(biāo)體系和結(jié)果,結(jié)合琿春郵輪經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和問(wèn)題,分別從從通道建設(shè)、區(qū)域合作和郵輪政策、郵輪市場(chǎng)培育、旅游產(chǎn)品優(yōu)化方面提出了相應(yīng)對(duì)策,以促進(jìn)琿春郵輪旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,豐富琿春旅游產(chǎn)品,在一定程度上提升延邊乃至吉林省旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, the cruise industry was characterized by diversity and rapid growth. Cruise tourism maintained an average annual growth rate of 8%, and became one of the most rapidly developing sectors in the global tourism market. In particular, the construction of the cruise home port is a strategic choice for many powerful coastal areas in the world, and an effective way to expand marine resources, enhance national strength, and strengthen maritime power. China straddles the two major regions of Northeast Asia and Southeast Asia. It is not only the starting port and destination of the Asian summer cruise line, but also the important stop point of the winter cruise line, and the necessary place to travel around the world, which is being paid more and more attention by the cruise companies. On the basis of summarizing the related research results of cruise tourism industry at home and abroad, based on the theories of cruise tourism, industry competitiveness, tourism industry and regional tourism industry and Porter's diamond model, In this model, cruise tourism climate is regarded as an exogenous variable. It has a great influence on the competitiveness of cruise tourism industry. Then, based on the model of influencing factors, the evaluation index system of regional cruise industry competitiveness is constructed, and nine provinces or municipalities with experience in receiving international cruise industry in mainland China are selected as regional samples. This paper analyzes the competitiveness of nine regional cruise industry by using factor analysis method, and obtains four principal factors of regional cruise and tourism industry operation status, regional economic level, port service capacity in coastal areas and cruise tourism climate index. In the part of empirical analysis, based on the evaluation system of the competitiveness of cruise tourism industry, the article analyzes the basic situation of the ports and sea routes in Hunchun to North Korea, to Russia, to Hunchun and Russia, to North Korea and South Korea. Hunchun is connected with domestic and foreign traffic conditions, Hunchun's Tumen River region or Northeast Asia region's cross-border tourism cooperation, Hunchun's tourism industry and cruise economy, etc. Then, it sums up Hunchun's "sailing by port" across the three countries. The international cooperation is weak, the external channel is "not smooth", the industrial economy is weak, the hinterland is insufficient, the distribution is inconvenient, the local cruise ship maintenance service is not perfect, and the commodity supply capacity is poor; in the international cooperation, the passenger source market is not mature, The problems encountered in the economic development of cruise tourism, such as low integration of tourism products, insufficient market competitiveness, high latitude, low average annual temperature, obvious tourist season, short cruise season, etc. This paper draws lessons from the index system and results of the competitive factor analysis of regional cruise tourism industry, combines the present situation and problems of Hunchun cruise economic development, respectively from the aspects of channel construction, regional cooperation and cruise policy, and the cultivation of cruise market. In order to promote the development of Hunchun cruise tourism economy, enrich Hunchun tourism products, and promote the competitiveness of tourism industry in Yanbian and Jilin Province to a certain extent, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the optimization of tourism products.
