【摘要】：憑祥市位于我國(guó)南部,西南兩面與越南接壤,邊境線全長(zhǎng)97公里,是我國(guó)通往越南和東盟國(guó)家的最重要通道之一。憑祥憑內(nèi)有友誼關(guān)、浦寨邊貿(mào)點(diǎn)、紅木文博城的旅游景點(diǎn),并開(kāi)通了異地辦證赴越旅游和自駕車(chē)赴越游等出境游項(xiàng)目,借獨(dú)特的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)和豐富的邊關(guān)旅游資源,曾獲得“中國(guó)優(yōu)秀旅游城市”和“2013年最美中國(guó)特色魅力旅游目的地城市”的稱號(hào),2013年憑祥市被列入廣西壯族自治區(qū)重點(diǎn)扶持20個(gè)特色旅游名縣的之一。發(fā)展邊境旅游,也是憑祥市改變“老少邊窮”,優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),提高經(jīng)濟(jì)水平,提升城市綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的一項(xiàng)重大舉措。本文在回顧國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于邊境旅游產(chǎn)品研究的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用旅游產(chǎn)品生命周期和旅游產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新理論,深入探索憑祥市邊境旅游產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)的優(yōu)勢(shì)和總體情況。通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,對(duì)憑祥市邊境旅游產(chǎn)品游客感知進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)目前憑祥市存在邊境旅游產(chǎn)品較為單一、出境產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)萎縮、游客旅游時(shí)間短、花費(fèi)低等諸多問(wèn)題,并對(duì)其成因進(jìn)行了深入剖析。在此基礎(chǔ)上,從憑祥市創(chuàng)建廣西特色旅游名縣的機(jī)遇出發(fā),提出憑祥市邊境旅游產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)的若干對(duì)策：首先發(fā)揮政府主導(dǎo)作用,形成市場(chǎng)主體、部門(mén)協(xié)作、全民參與、利益共享的旅游合作機(jī)制；其次整合邊關(guān)資源,構(gòu)建以友誼關(guān)為中心,以跨境旅游帶、商貿(mào)旅游帶、軍事旅游帶和生態(tài)民俗旅游帶等為體系的“一點(diǎn)四帶”旅游空間格局；最后深化旅游重大項(xiàng)目的推進(jìn),提升邊境旅游目的地的產(chǎn)品形象,加快邊境旅游自由化進(jìn)程,打造跨境旅游合作區(qū)以實(shí)現(xiàn)邊境旅游健康、和諧、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的愿景。
[Abstract]:Pingxiang City is located in the south of our country. It borders Vietnam on both sides of the southwest. The border line is 97 kilometers long. It is one of the most important passageways for our country to Vietnam and ASEAN countries. There are friendly passes in Pingxiang City, Puzhai Border Trade Point, and tourist attractions in Redwood Wenbo City. It has also opened overseas travel projects such as travel to Vietnam by license and self-driving to Vietnam, in order to take advantage of its unique geographical advantages and rich tourist resources at the border. In 2013, Pingxiang City was listed as one of the 20 famous counties supported by Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region to support tourism with special characteristics, and to develop border tourism, it has won the titles of "excellent tourist City in China" and "the most Beautiful tourist destination City with Chinese characteristics in 2013." It is also an important measure for Pingxiang City to change "the old and the poor", optimize the industrial structure, improve the economic level and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the city. This paper reviews the research on frontier tourism products at home and abroad. Based on the theory of tourism product life cycle and tourism product innovation, this paper probes into the advantages and the overall situation of the development of border tourism products in Pingxiang city. Through the questionnaire survey, the author investigates and analyzes the perception of tourists in Pingxiang border tourism products. It is found that at present there are many problems in Pingxiang City, such as single border tourism products, shrinking outbound product market, short travel time and low cost, etc., and the causes of these problems are deeply analyzed. Based on the opportunity of establishing famous tourism counties with Guangxi characteristics in Pingxiang City, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the development of frontier tourism products in Pingxiang City: first of all, the government should play a leading role in the development of tourism products, forming the market main body, the departments cooperating, and all the people participating. Secondly, integrating border resources, constructing the "1.4 belt" tourism space pattern with the center of friendly customs, cross-border tourism belt, trade tourism zone, military tourism belt and ecological folklore tourism belt. Finally deepen the promotion of major tourism projects enhance the product image of border tourism destination accelerate the process of border tourism liberalization and create cross-border tourism cooperation zone to realize the vision of healthy harmonious and sustainable development of border tourism.
