【摘要】：考古遺址公園是我國大遺址保護領域日趨成熟的一種遺址保護和利用模式,它踐行了“在保護的前提下合理利用,在利用過程中促進保護”的理念,促進了大遺址這一珍貴資源在當代的“傳承”與“共享”�？脊胚z址公園的設立對于保護文化遺產(chǎn)資源、恢復遺址類歷史文化景觀、促進文化旅游發(fā)展、惠及民生等具有重要意義。加之當今世界,“文化”已成為各國、各民族凝聚力和創(chuàng)造力的重要源泉,隨著我國旅游業(yè)的轉型升級,文化旅游被認為能夠為公眾提供更豐富、更獨特的體驗和服務,也必將成為完善考古遺址公園科研、教育、游憩功能的有效途徑之一。 國家考古遺址公園作為大遺址保護的新生事物,設立至今僅三年時間,對于考古遺址公園的規(guī)劃、建設、運營和管理等方面的理論研究還處于探索階段,國家考古遺址公園“為誰做、做什么、怎么做”這些根本問題一直都是研究領域中的熱點和前沿。論文的研究目的是重點關注2010年國家文物局公布的首批12座國家考古遺址公園,探討其如何運用文化旅游策略更好的實現(xiàn)大遺址的保護、科研、教育、游憩等目標,實現(xiàn)和達到“文化遺產(chǎn)與美好生活”的和諧境界,真正意義上實現(xiàn)文化遺產(chǎn)“傳承”和“共享”,并從理論層面回答“為誰做、做什么、怎么做”的根本問題。 論文的研究方法主要基于場所精神、休閑游憩、體驗經(jīng)濟、生態(tài)共軛等理論基礎,通過對國家考古遺址公園文化旅游發(fā)展的實地調研,借助問卷調查、統(tǒng)計分析等量化技術手段,綜合研究國家考古遺址公園實現(xiàn)“傳承和共享”過程中的文化旅游路徑與策略。 論文預期成果是,明確提出在確�？脊胚z址安全的前提下,建立完善的解讀系統(tǒng)和負責任的推廣計劃,并通過量化模型構建考古遺址公園公眾滿意度測評及回饋的保障機制,有效提升考古遺址公園游憩功能的策略, 結論在于從文化遺產(chǎn)管理與文化旅游發(fā)展的雙重視角,闡述以對社會負責任的態(tài)度及可持續(xù)的方式,對珍貴脆弱的大遺址運用文化旅游發(fā)展策略進行保護和管理,為社會公眾提供高品質的體驗經(jīng)歷,是實現(xiàn)考古遺址公園“共享”目標的有效路徑,真正使國家考古遺址公園成為彰顯華夏文明的歷史文化基地。 論文按照背景分析---理論基礎---對策模式---實證檢驗的邏輯思路,構建全文的框架。同時以陜西的3座國家考古遺址公園為樣本,通過定性與定量結合的方法,實證分析陜西這3座國家考古遺址公園依托文化旅游路徑提升各項功能的措施與手段。以此作為國家考古遺址公園實現(xiàn)文化遺產(chǎn)價值“共享”的積極探索和有益補充。
[Abstract]:Archaeological site park is an increasingly mature mode of site protection and utilization in the field of great ruins protection in China. It practices the idea of "reasonable utilization under the premise of protection and promotion of protection in the course of utilization". The establishment of Archaeological site Park has contributed to the protection of cultural heritage resources, the restoration of historical and cultural landscapes, and the development of cultural tourism. It is of great significance to benefit the people's livelihood. In addition, in today's world, "culture" has become an important source of national cohesion and creativity. With the transformation and upgrading of our tourism industry, cultural tourism is considered to be able to provide a richer public. The more unique experience and service will become one of the effective ways to perfect the scientific research, education and recreation function of archaeological site park. The National Archaeological site Park, as a new object of great site protection, has been established for only three years. The theoretical research on the planning, construction, operation and management of the archaeological site park is still in the exploratory stage. The National Archaeological site Park "for whom and what to do, "these fundamental issues have always been hot spots and frontiers in the field of research. The purpose of this paper is to focus on the first 12 National Archaeological sites published by the State Administration of Cultural relics in 2010. How to use the cultural tourism strategy to better realize the protection, scientific research, education, recreation and other goals of the great ruins, and achieve and achieve the "cultural heritage and good life" harmonious state, In the real sense, we can realize the "inheritance" and "sharing" of cultural heritage, and answer the fundamental question of "who does, what to do and how to do" from the theoretical level. The research methods of this paper are mainly based on the theory of place spirit, recreation, experience economy, ecological conjugation and so on. Through the field investigation of the cultural tourism development of the national archaeological site park, the author makes use of the questionnaire survey. This paper studies the path and strategy of cultural tourism in the process of realizing "inheritance and sharing" of national archaeological sites park by means of statistical analysis and other quantitative technical means. The expected result of this paper is that under the premise of ensuring the safety of archaeological sites, a perfect interpretation system and a responsible promotion plan are established, and the public satisfaction evaluation and feedback mechanism of archaeological sites park is constructed by quantitative model. Strategies to effectively enhance the recreational function of archaeological sites parks, The conclusion is that from the dual perspective of cultural heritage management and cultural tourism development, this paper expounds how to protect and manage cultural tourism development strategies for precious and fragile sites in a responsible and sustainable manner. Providing a high quality experience for the public is an effective way to achieve the goal of "sharing" in the archaeological site park and make the National Archaeological site Park a historical and cultural base to highlight the Chinese civilization. Based on the background analysis of the logical train of thought of the empirical test of --game model, this paper constructs the framework of the paper. At the same time, taking three national archaeological sites parks in Shaanxi as samples, the paper combines qualitative and quantitative methods. This paper empirically analyzes the measures and means of improving the functions of the three national archaeological sites parks in Shaanxi depending on the cultural tourism path, which is regarded as an active exploration and beneficial supplement for the national archaeological sites parks to realize the value sharing of cultural heritage.
