利基旅游理論指導下的中國葡萄酒旅游

【摘要】:本文意在通過對利基旅游的理論分析,結(jié)合中國的旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀對中國發(fā)展葡萄酒旅游進行淺析。主要通過文獻搜集法、資料歸納法、數(shù)據(jù)分析法等研究方法進行研究得出結(jié)論。 葡萄酒旅游在國外出現(xiàn)的早且發(fā)展快速,也相對完善,并且有了相應的基礎和實力。整個市場份額在整個旅游市場中也占有相當?shù)牡匚弧Mㄟ^對國外葡萄酒旅游的成功的總結(jié)和借鑒,同時分析中國葡萄酒旅游業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展前景以及相關影響因素,了解和總結(jié)中國葡萄酒旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展前景,以及對中國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要影響。 利基旅游可以概括的說成是新興旅游業(yè)中的一種,但是也同時屬于一種非大眾型旅游。利基旅游具有獨特性、專業(yè)性、挑戰(zhàn)性、相對唯一性等特點,是其他行業(yè)所無法替代和補充的。利基旅游的存在不是與通常意義上的旅游相對立而是使整個旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)更加豐滿,更具有多樣性和吸引力。發(fā)展葡萄酒旅游業(yè)有相當多的好處,比如澳大利亞,在葡萄酒釀造歷史上有非常悠久的歷史,而且敢于采用先進技術(shù)。澳大利亞維多利亞一市,僅一年內(nèi)的葡萄酒相關收入就高達9億澳元,其中由于葡萄酒旅游而產(chǎn)生的收入占到了65%,足以見得葡萄酒旅游的經(jīng)濟客觀性。促進酒業(yè)發(fā)展的同時,也促進了當?shù)仄渌袠I(yè)的發(fā)展壯大,創(chuàng)造經(jīng)濟效益的同時也為社會提供了廣闊的就業(yè)機會和發(fā)展空間,葡萄酒旅游業(yè)在澳洲已經(jīng)成為了旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)中一項支柱經(jīng)濟收入。因此中國也應考慮發(fā)展葡萄酒旅游業(yè)。 另外,中國地大物博,,葡萄產(chǎn)區(qū)有著分散性集中的特點,葡萄產(chǎn)區(qū)分散于全國各地,因此會有不同的品質(zhì)和特點。這些也具有非常獨特的吸引優(yōu)勢。也是其他國家和地區(qū)的葡萄酒所無法匹及的。中國葡萄酒旅游雖僅起步5年,但是在短短的5年時間內(nèi)仍然創(chuàng)造了巨額收入,具有強大的發(fā)展空間和前景。 中國發(fā)展利基旅游是必然趨勢,利基旅游不但能夠吸引更多的專業(yè)旅游者或愛好者的目光,同時也能填補整體旅游市場的空缺,不只是在經(jīng)濟層面上滿足市場需求,同時在精神層面上也能夠大大提升。發(fā)展利基旅游是一項利國利民的舉措。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to analyze the development of wine tourism in China through the theoretical analysis of niche tourism and the current situation of China's tourism industry. The existence of niche tourism is not contrary to tourism in the usual sense, but it makes the whole tourism industry fuller, more diverse and more attractive. The development of wine tourism has considerable benefits. Australia, for example, has a very long history of wine making and dares to adopt advanced technology. In Victoria, Australia, wine-related revenues in just one year amount to 900 million Australian dollars. Among them, the income generated by wine tourism accounts for 65%, which is enough to show the economic objectivity of wine tourism. While promoting the development of the wine industry, it also promotes the development of other local industries. Wine tourism has become a pillar of economic income in Australia, so China should also consider developing wine tourism. In addition, China has a vast and rich territory, and the grape producing areas have the characteristics of decentralized concentration. The grape production areas are scattered all over the country. As a result, there will be different qualities and characteristics. These also have very unique attractive advantages. They are also unmatched by wines from other countries and regions. The development of niche tourism in China is an inevitable trend.
