基于CVM的橘子洲景區(qū)游憩價值評估及其影響因素研究

【摘要】:對景區(qū)游憩價值進(jìn)行評估可以為景區(qū)內(nèi)自然資源的保護(hù)、規(guī)劃和管理(如保護(hù)性維護(hù)性投入費用的多少)提供科學(xué)的依據(jù);同時,游憩價值的評估結(jié)果還可以作為旅游地門票價格制定的依憑,也可以輔助分配不同利益主體間的資源保護(hù)預(yù)算和游憩收益,并且也是進(jìn)行有效的旅游開發(fā)的成本—效益分析的基礎(chǔ)。因目前國內(nèi)對景區(qū)游憩價值的研究多集中在收費景區(qū),而免門票的城市公園性質(zhì)的景區(qū)的游憩價值研究甚少,故本研究選擇具有相當(dāng)?shù)某鞘泄珗@性質(zhì)的長沙岳麓山風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)橘子洲景區(qū)作為評估對象,應(yīng)用CVM(條件價值評估法)對其游憩進(jìn)行評估,以期為以后的相關(guān)研究提供參考的同時,也為政府以后在為景區(qū)制定相關(guān)政策時提供參考。 本研究結(jié)合橘子洲景區(qū)的實際情況設(shè)計了CVM調(diào)查問卷,并于2011年11月1日至11月30日到景區(qū)采用偶遇抽樣進(jìn)行面訪式問卷調(diào)查,加上網(wǎng)上發(fā)放的問卷共回收600份,其中有效問卷556份,有效率92.7%。運用SPSS和EXCEL軟件對回收數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,得出樣本的WTP加權(quán)平均值為52.21元/人次,乘以2011年橘子洲景區(qū)游客總量370萬人次,算出2011年橘子洲景區(qū)的總游憩價值為1.93億元。通過各變量與WTP變量的相關(guān)分析得出個人WTP的影響因素包括客源地、游客性別、職業(yè)、經(jīng)濟水平;通過與其他景區(qū)的游憩價值研究對比,辨析出CVM應(yīng)用中關(guān)于WTP詢問的誤差;最后畫出總游憩價值影響因素的關(guān)系圖。若要收取門票,此次調(diào)查的中位值20元可作為參考價。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of recreational value of scenic spots can provide scientific basis for the protection, planning and management of natural resources in the scenic spots, such as the cost of protective maintenance input; at the same time, The evaluation results of recreational value can also be used as the basis for determining the ticket price of tourist destinations, and can also assist in the allocation of resources protection budget and recreation income among different stakeholders. And it is also the basis of cost-benefit analysis of effective tourism development. At present, the research on recreational value of scenic spots in China is mostly focused on the paid scenic spots, but there is little research on the recreational value of urban parks in the nature of city parks without tickets. Therefore, this study selected the Yuelu Mountain scenic area of Changsha Yuelu Mountain as the evaluation object, and used CVM (conditional value Evaluation method) to evaluate its recreation. In order to provide reference for future relevant research, but also for the government in the future in the formulation of relevant policies for the scenic area to provide reference. This study designed the CVM questionnaire according to the actual situation of the area, and from November 1st 2011 to November 30th, used random sampling to carry out the interview questionnaire, plus the online questionnaires returned a total of 600, Using SPSS and EXCEL software to analyze the recovery data, the weighted average value of WTP of the sample is 52.21 yuan per person, multiplied by the total number of 3.7 million tourists in the area of Orange Zizhou in 2011, in which the effective questionnaire is 556, the effective rate is 92.70.The average value of the weighted WTP of the sample is 52.21 yuan per person. In 2011, the total recreational value of the area was 193 million yuan. Through the correlation analysis between the variables and the WTP variables, it was concluded that the influencing factors of personal WTP included tourist destination, tourist gender, occupation, and economic level. By comparing with the study of recreation value of other scenic spots, the error of WTP inquiry in the application of CVM is analyzed, and the relationship diagram of the influencing factors of total recreational value is drawn. If tickets are to be collected, the median value of 20 yuan in this investigation can be taken as the reference price.
