【摘要】：鄉(xiāng)村旅游是一種旅游活動,在農(nóng)村地區(qū)開展,涉及自然資源和人文景觀。它首先在國外興起,隨后在國內(nèi)逐步發(fā)展起來,是農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展模式的有益補充。它對促進農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,特別是對經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)單一、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展滯后的內(nèi)陸地區(qū)、偏遠山區(qū)農(nóng)村的改變巨大,促進了這些地區(qū)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟的極大發(fā)展和農(nóng)民收入的快速提高。但目前鄉(xiāng)村旅游仍存在不少發(fā)展中的問題,如發(fā)展不成熟、不平衡,模式較為混亂,規(guī)劃不合理,無序發(fā)展……等等。這些問題的存在,制約了農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟的轉(zhuǎn)型和發(fā)展進程。因此,研究并解決鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展中凸現(xiàn)的問題尤為緊迫和重要。 本文立足于農(nóng)業(yè)和農(nóng)村區(qū)域發(fā)展,通過對國、內(nèi)外鄉(xiāng)村旅游研究、開發(fā)情況的整理、分析,較為全面地了解鄉(xiāng)村旅游背景、意義和類型模式。在此基礎(chǔ)上,選取宜賓市翠屏區(qū)為研究區(qū)域,對當?shù)剜l(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、存在問題及原因進行了分析評價,提出了相應(yīng)對策建議。主要研究結(jié)論如下： (1)宜賓市翠屏區(qū)地處川、滇、黔三省結(jié)合部,交通便利,鄉(xiāng)村旅游區(qū)位優(yōu)勢明顯；金沙江、岷江、長江三江環(huán)繞,自然風景旅游資源豐富,有數(shù)十景區(qū)、上百景點；有悠久的歷史文化底蘊,2180年古城史、上古神話傳說、唐宋元明清古跡等等,與眾多史俗文化相輔相成,構(gòu)成了豐富的人文景觀旅游資源。 (2)近年來,翠屏區(qū)依托自然風景、田園風光、人文歷史景觀等資源,大力發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游,已形成花果觀賞型、休閑度假型、農(nóng)事體驗型、特色民居型、養(yǎng)殖垂釣型等鄉(xiāng)村旅游模式,有力地促進了農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)的改善和生產(chǎn)生活面貌的改觀,農(nóng)民收入得到較大增長。 (3)然而,由于領(lǐng)導重視不夠、無序開發(fā)、基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)投入不足、產(chǎn)業(yè)文化開發(fā)滯后,導致當前翠屏區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展中規(guī)劃布局不到位、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施較薄弱、旅游產(chǎn)品不豐富、宣傳氛圍不濃,鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展極不平衡,從而制約了農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。 (4)加快翠屏區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村旅游的發(fā)展,必須加大宣傳營銷力度,濃厚鄉(xiāng)村旅游氛圍；加大規(guī)劃布局力度,規(guī)范鄉(xiāng)村旅游秩序；加大品牌打造力度,塑造鄉(xiāng)村旅游精品；加大深度挖掘力度,促進鄉(xiāng)村旅游持續(xù)發(fā)展；加大后勤保障力度,優(yōu)化鄉(xiāng)村旅游服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:Rural tourism is a kind of tourism activity, which is carried out in rural areas and involves natural resources and cultural landscape. It is a beneficial supplement to the pattern of rural economic development. It can promote rural economic development, especially in the inland areas with a single economic structure and lagging industrial development, and the rural areas in remote mountainous areas have changed greatly. It has promoted the great development of rural economy and the rapid increase of farmers' income in these areas. However, at present, there are still many problems in the development of rural tourism, such as immature development, unbalanced development, confused pattern and unreasonable planning. The existence of these problems has restricted the transformation and development process of rural economy. Therefore, it is urgent and important to study and solve the prominent problems in the development of rural tourism. Based on the development of agriculture and rural areas, this paper analyzes the background, significance and type of rural tourism by sorting out and analyzing the research and development of rural tourism within and outside the country. This paper selects Cuiping District of Yibin City as the research area, analyzes and evaluates the present situation, problems and causes of the development of local rural tourism, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The main conclusions are as follows:. 1) Cuiping District of Yibin City is located in the conjunctions of Sichuan, Yunnan and Guizhou provinces, with convenient transportation and obvious advantages of rural tourism location, Jinsha River, Minjiang River and Yangtze River are surrounded by three rivers, with abundant natural scenic resources, dozens of scenic spots and hundreds of scenic spots; With a long history and culture, the history of ancient city in 2180, ancient myths and legends, ancient monuments in Tang, Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties, and so on, complement each other with many historical and vulgar cultures, and constitute rich tourist resources of human landscape. (2) in recent years, Cuiping District, relying on natural scenery, pastoral scenery, humanistic and historical landscape and other resources, has vigorously developed rural tourism, which has formed a flower and fruit ornamental type, a leisure vacation type, a farming experience type, and a special folk residence type. The farming and fishing type of rural tourism mode has promoted the improvement of rural economic structure and the change of production and life appearance, and the income of farmers has been greatly increased. However, due to insufficient attention by the leaders, disorderly development, inadequate investment in infrastructure construction, and lagging behind in the development of industrial culture, the planning and layout of the current rural tourism development in Cuiping District is not in place, the infrastructure is relatively weak, and the tourism products are not rich. Propaganda atmosphere is not strong, rural tourism development is extremely unbalanced, thus restricted the development of rural economy. 4) to speed up the development of rural tourism in Cuiping District, we must strengthen the propaganda and marketing, strengthen the atmosphere of rural tourism, increase the intensity of planning and layout, standardize the order of rural tourism, strengthen the strength of brand building, and shape the fine quality of rural tourism. Increase the depth of excavation to promote the sustainable development of rural tourism, increase logistics support, optimize rural tourism services.
