【摘要】：城市形態(tài)是指由城市各顯性主體要素(建筑、道路、河流等)按照特定要求所形成的空間物質(zhì)形態(tài)和內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)分區(qū),它是城市實體特征的映射,反映了空間地域受自身矛盾或政治、經(jīng)濟、社會、文化的相互影響所呈現(xiàn)的演變規(guī)律,是綜合整體與局部、物質(zhì)與精神而形成的動態(tài)空間性狀結(jié)構(gòu)和展現(xiàn)形式。都江堰市是一座旅游城市,然而城市旅游的發(fā)展卻始終以青城山——都江堰世界文化遺產(chǎn)為代名詞,一枝獨秀的不平衡旅游發(fā)展格局使城市旅游缺乏持續(xù)的動力。事實上,從古至今,歷史文化名城都江堰隨著城市功能的變化經(jīng)歷了多樣的城市形態(tài)演變過程,隨著災后重建項目灌縣古城AAAA級旅游景區(qū)的打造,以古城為核心的城市形態(tài)已成為城市旅游最精彩的看點和最具潛力的增長力。由此,本文擬從形態(tài)學的角度,結(jié)合都江堰城市建設現(xiàn)狀,探尋以灌縣古城為核心的城市形態(tài)優(yōu)化與旅游規(guī)劃提升,為城市旅游發(fā)展提供嶄新的規(guī)劃思路和借鑒意義。本文主要分為四個部分,第一部分闡述了本文研究的背景、意義、對象和方法,對國內(nèi)外就城市形態(tài)、城市形態(tài)與旅游開發(fā)、都江堰城市形態(tài)與旅游開發(fā)等內(nèi)容的研究現(xiàn)狀進行了綜述和分析,界定了本文研究中的城市形態(tài)概念,提出了以城市形態(tài)學理論為基礎,多種相關(guān)理論為輔,綜合旅游開發(fā)視野下城市形態(tài)的論述和城市形態(tài)視野下旅游形態(tài)的探討為思路的研究方向。第二部分從自然地理和歷史進程兩個角度論述了都江堰城市形態(tài)的歷史演變,指出山脈和水系是都江堰城市塑形的主要框架;揭示了城市從古蜀芒城,古道商城,水利之城,軍砦重鎮(zhèn),到當代旅游城市的發(fā)展歷程和形態(tài)演變�？偨Y(jié)出了城市的地理位置、物流商貿(mào)和城市性質(zhì)是影響都江堰城市形態(tài)演變的重要因素。第三部分將重心放在了城市旅游發(fā)展與城市旅游形態(tài)方面,從時間的角度論述了都江堰城市旅游的興起、發(fā)展,目前都江堰城市旅游的區(qū)域形態(tài)、旅游景區(qū)和旅游交通現(xiàn)狀以及城市旅游所存在的問題。并以最新城市旅游布局規(guī)劃為參考,為解決存在的問題提供思路借鑒。第四部分重點研究都江堰城市形態(tài)與城市旅游的關(guān)系,以人地和諧、有機更新、文脈主義等理論為基礎原則,城市脈絡、景城一體、濱水空間、道教文化、城市形象的打造為策略方向,從管理、生活、文化和山水等空間維度研究灌縣古城的優(yōu)化提升,提出“一城四區(qū)”的城市旅游拓展形態(tài)布局。探尋通過城市全域旅游延伸景區(qū)的配套以促進城市功能向旅游目的地方向的轉(zhuǎn)變。
[Abstract]:Urban form refers to the spatial material form and internal structure zoning formed by the dominant main elements of the city (buildings, roads, rivers, etc.) according to the specific requirements. It is the mapping of the characteristics of urban entities. It reflects the law of evolution of the spatial region under the influence of its own contradictions or political, economic, social and cultural influences. It is a comprehensive whole and a local one. Dujiangyan is a tourist city, but the development of urban tourism is always synonymous with Qingchengshan-Dujiangyan World Cultural Heritage. The unbalanced development pattern of urban tourism makes the urban tourism lack of sustained power. In fact, Dujiangyan, a historic and cultural city, has experienced various urban changes with the change of its function. With the construction of Guanxian ancient city AAAA level tourist attractions after disaster reconstruction, the urban form with the core of ancient city has become the most splendid tourist attraction and the most potential growth force. Therefore, this paper intends to form a morphological point of view. Combined with the present situation of Dujiangyan city construction, this paper explores the optimization of urban form and the promotion of tourism planning with Guanxian ancient city as the core, which provides a new planning idea and reference significance for the development of urban tourism. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part describes the background, significance, object and method of this study, and summarizes and analyzes the current research situation of urban form, urban form and tourism development, Dujiangyan urban form and tourism development at home and abroad. This paper defines the concept of urban morphology in this paper, and puts forward that it is based on the theory of urban morphology, supplemented by many related theories. The discussion of urban form from the perspective of comprehensive tourism development and the exploration of tourism form from the perspective of urban form are the research directions. The second part discusses the historical evolution of urban form in Dujiangyan from the perspectives of natural geography and historical process. It is pointed out that the mountain range and water system are the main frame of the formation of the Dujiangyan city, and the development and evolution of the city from ancient Shu Mang City, Ancient Road Mall City, Water Conservancy City, Junzhai City to the modern tourist city are revealed, and the geographical position of the city is summarized. Logistics trade and urban nature are the important factors that influence the evolution of Dujiangyan city form. The third part focuses on the development of urban tourism and urban tourism form, and discusses the rise and development of Dujiangyan city tourism from the perspective of time. At present, the regional form of urban tourism in Dujiangyan, the present situation of tourism scenic spots and tourism transportation, and the problems existing in urban tourism. Part 4th focuses on the study of the relationship between the urban form of Dujiangyan and urban tourism, based on the theories of human-land harmony, organic renewal, contextualism, etc. Waterfront space, Taoist culture, city image as the strategic direction, from the management, life, culture and landscape dimensions of space to study Guanxian ancient city optimization promotion, This paper puts forward the form layout of "one city and four districts" in urban tourism development, and explores how to promote the transformation from urban function to tourism destination through the matching of urban tourism extension scenic spots.
