【摘要】：項(xiàng)目評(píng)估是在投資決策之前對(duì)擬建項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行全面技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)分析的科學(xué)論證，為投資決策提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。本文重點(diǎn)對(duì)海南國(guó)際旅游島評(píng)估問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析，建立了評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系與評(píng)估模型。 首先，分析了論文研究的背景和意義，梳理了項(xiàng)目評(píng)估研究成果，提出了論文研究的重點(diǎn)以及論文研究框架。界定了項(xiàng)目評(píng)估的內(nèi)涵，提出了國(guó)際旅游島評(píng)估的步驟，對(duì)當(dāng)前綜合評(píng)估方法進(jìn)行了分析，結(jié)合海南國(guó)際旅游島評(píng)估的特點(diǎn)，確定了海南國(guó)際旅游島評(píng)估的方法。按照指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建的原則和方法，確立了海南國(guó)際旅游島評(píng)估的初步評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系，然后基于粗糙集的基本原理和方法，對(duì)初步評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行約簡(jiǎn)，從而確立出海南國(guó)際旅游島評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系。利用模糊綜合評(píng)估的原理和方法，構(gòu)建了海南國(guó)際旅游島評(píng)估的單因素評(píng)估和綜合因素評(píng)估的模型，并利用確立的評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系和評(píng)估方法對(duì)海南國(guó)際旅游島進(jìn)行了綜合評(píng)估分析，對(duì)方法的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明，對(duì)方法的科學(xué)性和適用性進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。最后在總結(jié)全文的基礎(chǔ)上，，提出了論文研究的不足，并提出了新的研究方向。
[Abstract]:The project evaluation is a scientific demonstration of the comprehensive technical and economic analysis of the proposed project before the investment decision, which provides a scientific basis for the investment decision. This paper focuses on the systematic analysis of the evaluation of Hainan International Tourism Island. The evaluation index system and evaluation model are established. First of all, it analyzes the background and significance of the research, combs the research results of the project evaluation, puts forward the research focus and the research framework of the paper, defines the connotation of the project evaluation, and puts forward the steps of the international tourism island evaluation. Based on the analysis of the current comprehensive assessment methods and the characteristics of Hainan's international tourism island assessment, this paper determines the methods of Hainan's international tourism island assessment, and establishes the principles and methods according to the construction of the index system. The preliminary evaluation index system of Hainan International Tourism Island is established, and then based on the basic principle and method of rough set, the preliminary evaluation index system is reduced. Therefore, the evaluation index system of Hainan International Tourism Island is established. By using the principle and method of fuzzy comprehensive assessment, the model of single factor assessment and comprehensive factor assessment of Hainan international tourism island assessment is established. Using the established evaluation index system and evaluation method, this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation and analysis of Hainan International Tourism Island, explains the application of the method, and verifies the scientific nature and applicability of the method. Finally, on the basis of summarizing the full text, The deficiency of the thesis is put forward and the new research direction is put forward.
