中國(guó)5A級(jí)景區(qū)分布特征及其經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)探討

【摘要】:近年來,中國(guó)5A級(jí)景區(qū)的數(shù)量增長(zhǎng)很快,各地方政府為之投入了大量資源。5A級(jí)景區(qū)分布越來越不均衡,其增長(zhǎng)有向社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)聚集的趨勢(shì)。采用通徑分析法并借助SAS 9.3的TSCSREG程序,對(duì)2007年獲評(píng)的第1批5A級(jí)景區(qū)所在地城市進(jìn)行投資拉動(dòng)、消費(fèi)拉動(dòng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)分析。5A級(jí)景區(qū)建設(shè)引致的固定資產(chǎn)投資轉(zhuǎn)化為人均GDP的效率較低;同時(shí),5A級(jí)景區(qū)的旅游收入轉(zhuǎn)化為人均GDP的能力稍顯不足,在消費(fèi)驅(qū)動(dòng)方面對(duì)人均GDP的影響有限。因此,應(yīng)當(dāng)適當(dāng)調(diào)節(jié)5A級(jí)景區(qū)資格的分配,加強(qiáng)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的深化,讓旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)從"交費(fèi)"走向消費(fèi),謹(jǐn)慎對(duì)5A級(jí)景區(qū)的投資。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the number of 5A scenic spots in China has increased rapidly, and local governments have invested a lot of resources in the distribution of .5A scenic spots. Its growth tends to gather in the developed regions of society and economy. By means of path analysis method and TSCSREG program of SAS 9.3, the first batch of cities of 5A grade scenic spots that were evaluated in 2007 were invested. Analysis of the economic effect of consumption-led. The efficiency of transforming fixed asset investment into per capita GDP due to the construction of class 5A scenic spot is relatively low, and the ability of transforming tourism income into per capita GDP of Grade 5A scenic spot is slightly insufficient. The influence of consumption drive on GDP per capita is limited. Therefore, we should adjust the allocation of 5A grade scenic spot qualification properly, strengthen the deepening of tourism industry, let tourism industry move from "paying fees" to consumption, and make careful investment in 5A grade scenic spot.
