【摘要】：古村落是我國幾千年的農耕歷史和文化的積淀,具有較高的民俗價值和人文觀賞價值,記載了歷史的發(fā)展和脈絡,更是歷史遺留給我們的寶貴財富。古村落以其神秘、稀缺的獨特景觀成為當今旅游開發(fā)的熱點。但當前,古村落景觀保護與旅游開發(fā)間存在諸多問題,旅游開發(fā)商把經濟利益作為其最大追求,而忽視古村落環(huán)境的保護與長遠規(guī)劃發(fā)展,致使古村落受到嚴重的人為破壞,又得不到及時的保護。因此,古村落保護與旅游開發(fā)間所產生的問題需要引起社會的高度重視,同時對其進行深入細致的研究也是非常必要的。 本文從景觀保護與旅游開發(fā)兩方面對我國古村落進行了分析和探討。在古村落景觀保護方面從周邊自然景觀,整體聚落空間景觀,原住民生活景觀、古建筑格局風貌、傳統(tǒng)鄉(xiāng)土文化五大方面著手進行研究。文章并通過對古村落景觀元素的分析,提出古村落保護所應遵循原真性、整體性、意向性、積極性等保護原則和建立核心保護區(qū),維護古村落社會功能等具體保護措施。在古村落旅游開發(fā)方面,通過對旅游開發(fā)模式及古村落保護與旅游開發(fā)間矛盾的分析,研究了旅游開發(fā)對古村落景觀、原住民、傳統(tǒng)文化等多方而的影響,探析了古村落旅游開發(fā)的原則應遵循特色性、動態(tài)性、政府整體把控,保護為前提,適應市場需求等旅游開發(fā)原則。在以上基礎上,最后提出了協(xié)調游客與原住民利益關系,挖掘特色文化,打造創(chuàng)新旅游產品等具體旅游開發(fā)措施,以期古村落保護與旅游.開發(fā)的有機結合。 最后,本文以京西靈水舉人村為案例進行具體分析和研究。靈水村作為京西古村落群中的一支奇葩,其千百年來的歷史積淀和地方風俗特色形成了一種獨特的旅游資源。通過分析靈水村的主要景觀遺產、宗教及民俗文化特色以及靈水村開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀等,根據現(xiàn)發(fā)展階段存在的問題,對靈水村遺產資源方面提出系統(tǒng)的保護原則并對其以后的旅游開發(fā)提出建議或策略,從而使靈水村的景觀價值、建筑價值、文化價值得到更好地開發(fā)利用和關注,為其以后村落景觀保護與旅游開發(fā)等相關問題提供研究思路與借鑒。
[Abstract]:The ancient village is in China for thousands of years of farming history and cultural heritage, has high ornamental value and humanistic value of folklore, and recorded the development of history, is the history left for our precious wealth. The ancient village with its mysterious, unique landscape scarcity has become the hotspot of tourism development. But at present. There are many problems in the ancient village landscape protection and tourism development, the tourism developers put economic interests as the biggest pursuit, while ignoring the ancient village environmental protection and long-term planning and development, the ancient village was seriously destroyed, and lack of timely protection. Therefore, the ancient village attaches great importance to the protection and tourism development the problems need to be aroused, and the in-depth study is very necessary.
This paper analyzes and discusses the fall of China's ancient village from two aspects of landscape protection and tourism development. In the protection of ancient village landscape from the surrounding landscape, the overall settlement space landscape, landscape pattern of aboriginal life style, ancient architecture, traditional local culture five aspects on the research. And through the analysis of ancient village landscape elements and put forward the protection of ancient villages should follow the authenticity, integrity, intentionality, initiative protection principle and the establishment of the core protected areas, maintain village specific measures for the protection of the social function. In the development of ancient village tourism, through the protection and tourism development of the contradiction between the analysis of the model of tourism development and the village. Study on the tourism development of ancient village landscape, aborigines, and the influence of traditional culture, etc., of the ancient village tourism development should follow the principle of characteristic, dynamic, overall control of the government, The protection as the premise, to meet the market demand and other tourism development principles. On the basis of the above, finally put forward the coordination of interests relationship between tourists and indigenous people, mining culture, create innovative tourism products and other specific measures of tourism development, ancient village protection and tourism. In order to combine development.
Finally, based on the West Beijing Lingshui Juren village as the case for specific analysis and research. The Jingxi ancient village Lingshui village as a wonderful work in the community, the thousands of years of history and local customs form a kind of unique tourism resources. Through the analysis of the main landscape of Lingshui Village Heritage, religion and folk culture the characteristics and development status of Lingshui village, according to the current development problems, put forward the principle of protection system of Lingshui Village Heritage Resources and puts forward some suggestions and strategy on tourism development in the future, so that the Lingshui village landscape value, building value, cultural value to get better development and provide research ideas and attention. The reference for village landscape protection and tourism development and other related issues.
