【摘要】：大連不僅是著名的濱海旅游城市而且地處遼東半島南部溫泉資源密集帶,發(fā)展溫泉旅游的資源組合條件優(yōu)越。但長期以來,對溫泉資源缺乏有效地規(guī)劃與管理,對溫泉地的周邊資源整合不足,產品缺乏個性、品牌化和特色文化內涵,尚未形成可持續(xù)發(fā)展觀等,導致出現(xiàn)溫泉資源破壞與浪費現(xiàn)象,溫泉資源開發(fā)具有不可持續(xù)性。因此論文對大連溫泉旅游地的開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ葘嵉卣{查研究探索大連溫泉旅游整合開發(fā)的創(chuàng)新模式；通過細分大連溫泉旅游市場和產品,創(chuàng)新旅游市場,拓展旅游產業(yè)鏈,促進大連溫泉旅游產業(yè)的發(fā)展,實現(xiàn)產業(yè)結構優(yōu)化,促進旅游消費,帶動大連經濟發(fā)展,提高人民生活水平；通過建立溫泉旅游循環(huán)經濟發(fā)展模式,實施可持續(xù)發(fā)展對策,促進大連溫泉旅游產業(yè)向著生態(tài)、環(huán)保、可持續(xù)方向發(fā)展。 論文通過總結國內外關于溫泉旅游的研究現(xiàn)狀及其相關理論基礎,對比當前溫泉旅游在國內外研究的現(xiàn)狀,總結溫泉旅游研究和開發(fā)過程中的經驗教訓,闡述相關的溫泉旅游研究理論知識；結合國內外相關研究進展,對大連溫泉旅游資源進行類型劃分,整合分析大連溫泉旅游資源的特征；了解大連溫泉旅游的自然和社會環(huán)境,綜合考慮大連溫泉旅游資源現(xiàn)狀與整合開發(fā)的影響因素,將德爾菲法和層次分析法的定量方法與經驗性評價和問卷調查等定性方法相結合,建立關于溫泉發(fā)展?jié)摿υu估的系統(tǒng)模型,并以此評估大連溫泉旅游地的發(fā)展?jié)摿?借助GIS手段進行區(qū)域劃分,劃分出高潛力區(qū)、中潛力區(qū)和低潛力區(qū)；結合溫泉旅游空間整合的依據(jù)、空間形態(tài)劃分的原則與大連旅游溫泉的本質屬性,將大連溫泉旅游劃分為點、區(qū)、帶、群、網等不同層面的空間結構,并運用旅游景觀結構理論中的“斑-廊-基”理論分析各層面的空間結構,建立了大連溫泉旅游“一網兩帶三群十區(qū)”的空間結構；分析當前大連溫泉旅游市場、交通、產品等現(xiàn)狀,以空間結構與資源本底為基礎,深度探索大連溫泉旅游開發(fā)思路,形成獨具地方特色的八種溫泉旅游開發(fā)模式,從而樹立大連溫泉旅游品牌；從當前大連溫泉旅游發(fā)展的實際情況出發(fā),提出可持續(xù)發(fā)展策略,并根據(jù)循環(huán)經濟理論,分別從微觀(企業(yè))-中觀(資源)-宏觀(產業(yè))網絡建立大連溫泉旅游循環(huán)經濟發(fā)展模式,實現(xiàn)溫泉資源合理有序開發(fā),構筑溫泉產業(yè)網絡,最終實現(xiàn)大連溫泉旅游綜合開發(fā)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Dalian is a famous coastal tourist city and is located in the south of Liaodong Peninsula hot spring resource intensive, resource combination condition of spa tourism development advantages. But for a long time, the lack of effective planning and management of hot spring resources, integration of resources around the hot springs to the shortage of products, lack of personality, brand and culture connotation. The concept of sustainable development has not been formed, resulting in waste and damage of hot spring resources, hot spring resource development is not sustainable. Therefore the development status of Dalian hot spring tourism, the development potential of the field survey research to explore the innovation mode of Dalian hot spring tourism integrated development; through the subdivision of Dalian hot springs tourism market and tourism product innovation, market and expand the tourism industry chain, to promote the development of Dalian tourism industry, optimize the industrial structure to promote tourism consumption, promoting the economic development of Dalian, To improve people's living standard, we should establish a hot spring tourism circular economy development mode and implement sustainable development countermeasures, so as to promote the development of Dalian hot spring tourism industry towards ecology, environment protection and sustainable development.
Based on the research status quo of hot spring tourism by summarizing domestic and abroad related theory, comparing the current status of hot spring tourism in the domestic and foreign research, summarizing the experience and lessons of hot spring tourism research and development process, expounds the research of hot spring tourism related theories; combined with the related research progress at home and abroad, to make a classification of Dalian hot spring tourism resources, integrated analysis on the characteristics of Dalian hot spring tourism resources; to understand the Dalian hot spring tourism of the natural and social environment, considering the influence factors of the status quo of Dalian hot spring tourism resources integration and development, combining the analysis of Delphy Fa and the level of quantitative methods and empirical evaluation method and questionnaire qualitative method, establish the system model on the evaluation of the potential for the development of hot springs, and in order to evaluate the development potential of Dalian hot spring tourism, the region is divided by using GIS method, divided into high The potential area, the potential area and low potential areas; combined with the hot spring tourism space integration based on the essential attribute of space division principle and the Dalian tourism hot springs, Dalian hot spring tourism is divided into point, District, zone, group, network spatial structure of different level, and use the "patch corridor theory of tourism landscape in the structure based" theory to analyze the spatial structure of all levels, the establishment of Dalian hot spring tourism spatial structure of "one network with three groups of ten areas; the analysis of the current Dalian hot spring tourism market, traffic, etc. to the status quo, spatial structure and resource base as the basis, to explore Dalian hot spring tourism development ideas in depth, the formation of eight hot spring tourism development mode of the unique local characteristics, to establish a brand of hot spring tourism in Dalian; starting from the current actual situation of Dalian hot spring tourism development, put forward the sustainable development strategy, and according to the theory of circular economy, respectively. From the micro (enterprise), meso (resource) macro (industry) network, the development mode of Dalian's hot spring tourism circular economy is established to realize the rational and orderly development of hot spring resources and build the hot spring industry network, so as to achieve the sustainable development of the comprehensive development of Dalian hot spring tourism.
