【摘要】：海島旅游資源開(kāi)發(fā)和使用無(wú)序、無(wú)度的現(xiàn)象已經(jīng)成為制約海島經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的瓶頸。隨著旅游業(yè)作為海島經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)逐步深入發(fā)展,這種制約將會(huì)越來(lái)越明顯。因此,研究海島旅游資源開(kāi)發(fā)潛力評(píng)價(jià)體系的構(gòu)建及海島旅游資源的整合發(fā)展具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本為以旅游資源的可持續(xù)發(fā)展思想為基本指導(dǎo),結(jié)合資源經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和承載力理論,在詳細(xì)分析了海島旅游資源特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,建立具有突出海島特色的旅游資源開(kāi)發(fā)潛力評(píng)價(jià)體系,對(duì)我國(guó)12個(gè)海島縣旅游資源開(kāi)發(fā)潛力予以科學(xué)評(píng)價(jià),并對(duì)海島旅游資源的進(jìn)一步整合發(fā)展提出自己的構(gòu)想。 1.從研究海島縣旅游資源開(kāi)發(fā)潛力評(píng)價(jià)的背景和意義入手,詳細(xì)說(shuō)明了國(guó)內(nèi)外海島旅游資源的開(kāi)發(fā)的進(jìn)程和現(xiàn)狀,研究海島旅游資源開(kāi)發(fā)潛力評(píng)價(jià)這一課題的重要理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,提出本文研究的方法和結(jié)構(gòu)框架。 2.介紹海島旅游資源評(píng)價(jià)的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究進(jìn)展情況,分別從評(píng)價(jià)的內(nèi)容、評(píng)價(jià)方法、評(píng)價(jià)技術(shù)手段等角度闡述學(xué)術(shù)界不同領(lǐng)域的學(xué)者對(duì)這方面內(nèi)容的研究進(jìn)展。 3.對(duì)海島旅游相關(guān)的概念做出解釋,并描述了海島旅游的特征和海島旅游資源的分類；重點(diǎn)介紹了海島旅游資源評(píng)價(jià)的理論基礎(chǔ),主要包括可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論、承載力理論和資源經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論這三方面的內(nèi)容。 4.在對(duì)本文研究對(duì)象和研究使用的方法做出簡(jiǎn)要概括,認(rèn)真分析了海島旅游資源特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,從資源價(jià)值、開(kāi)發(fā)現(xiàn)狀、區(qū)位交通、環(huán)境容量和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益五個(gè)方面選取26個(gè)指標(biāo),構(gòu)建包含三個(gè)層次的海島縣旅游資源開(kāi)發(fā)潛力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,選取我國(guó)12個(gè)海島縣近年的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用層次分析法和投影尋蹤法對(duì)其進(jìn)行分析,根據(jù)各層次的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,指出各海島縣旅游資源開(kāi)發(fā)問(wèn)題,并給出相應(yīng)發(fā)展建議。 5.闡述整合概念和理論,分析海島旅游資源整合的機(jī)制和存在的問(wèn)題,提出關(guān)于海島旅游資源兩個(gè)層次、三個(gè)維度的整合構(gòu)想。 6.總結(jié)海島縣旅游資源開(kāi)發(fā)潛力評(píng)價(jià)和旅游資源整合的主要問(wèn)題,指出本文研究的不足和對(duì)后續(xù)研究的展望。
[Abstract]:The development and use of island tourism resources is disordered, and the phenomenon of infinity has become the bottleneck restricting the development of island economy. With the further development of tourism as the pillar industry of island economy, this restriction will become more and more obvious. It is of great practical significance to study the evaluation system of island tourism resources exploitation potential and the integration and development of island tourism resources. Based on the idea of sustainable development of tourism resources, combined with the theory of resource economics and carrying capacity, this paper analyzes the characteristics of island tourism resources in detail. This paper establishes an evaluation system of tourism resources exploitation potential with prominent island characteristics, scientifically evaluates the tourism resources development potential of 12 island counties in China, and puts forward its own ideas for the further integration and development of island tourism resources. 1. Starting with the background and significance of the research on the potential evaluation of island tourism resources, the paper explains in detail the process and present situation of the development of island tourism resources at home and abroad. This paper studies the important theoretical and practical significance of evaluating the exploitation potential of island tourism resources, and puts forward the research method and structure framework of this paper. 2.Introduces the domestic and international research progress of island tourism resources evaluation, respectively from the evaluation content, evaluation methods, evaluation technology and other aspects of the academic field of scholars on this aspect of research progress. 3. Explain the concept of island tourism, describe the characteristics of island tourism and the classification of island tourism resources, introduce the theoretical basis of island tourism resources evaluation, including the theory of sustainable development. Carrying capacity theory and resource economics theory. 4. On the basis of a brief summary of the research object and the methods used in this paper, the characteristics of island tourism resources are carefully analyzed, and the value of resources, the current situation of development, the location of traffic, and the characteristics of island tourism resources are analyzed. This paper selects 26 indexes from five aspects of environmental capacity and economic benefit, constructs the evaluation index system of tourism resources development potential of island counties including three levels, and selects the statistical data of 12 island counties in China in recent years as the research object. Based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and projection pursuit method, according to the evaluation results of different levels, the paper points out the problems in the development of tourism resources in each island county, and puts forward the corresponding development suggestions. 5. Explain the concept and theory of integration, analyze the mechanism and existing problems of island tourism resources integration, and put forward the integration conception of two levels and three dimensions of island tourism resources. 6. Summarize the main problems of tourism resources development potential evaluation and tourism resources integration in island counties, and point out the deficiency of this paper and the prospect of future research.
