上海高職旅游專業(yè)校企合作研究

【摘要】:隨著上海旅游業(yè)的高速發(fā)展,對于專業(yè)人才的需求也越來越旺盛,在人才需求與供給出現(xiàn)矛盾的情況下,在上海高職旅游專業(yè)的教學(xué)過程中,逐漸引入企業(yè)參與,通過校企合作方式,為旅游行業(yè)培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)、技能型人才。 如今,校企合作已經(jīng)成為上海各高職院校與企業(yè)銜接,共同培養(yǎng)人才的一種重要手段。同時隨著上海民辦高職教育的不斷發(fā)展,眾多民辦院校也加入了培養(yǎng)高職旅游專業(yè)人才的行列,并利用自身相對靈活的機(jī)制進(jìn)行了一系列人才培養(yǎng)方式的探索。 本文通過舉例,探討了校企合作過程中,上海高職旅游專業(yè)主要采用的“訂單”式和“2+1”式培養(yǎng)高職旅游專業(yè)人才的實踐情況,在這之中還介紹了筆者工作的上海濟(jì)光職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院,作為資源較為有限的民辦院校這些年來通過“2+1”模式開展高職旅游人才培養(yǎng)的實際經(jīng)驗。 通過對上海多家旅游高職院校及旅游企業(yè)的調(diào)研和走訪,對上海旅游高職院校與旅游企業(yè)校企合作的情況及對開展校企合作的影響因素進(jìn)行分析,并總結(jié)了在多年實踐過程中的經(jīng)驗及遇到的問題。 未來要加強(qiáng)高職院校與旅游企業(yè)之間的合作,政府應(yīng)該起到引導(dǎo)和政策支持的作用,尤其是對于一些優(yōu)秀的民辦高職院校更要加大投入力度。校企合作應(yīng)該是企業(yè)、學(xué)校、學(xué)生、社會找到“利益平衡點”,使真正起到多方“共贏”的效果。同時,在開展校企合作的過程中,通過政府引導(dǎo)、制度規(guī)范,來保障各方的利益。旅游高職院校必須在校企合作中發(fā)揮積極的主導(dǎo)作用,突破傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)模式,通過增強(qiáng)實踐教學(xué)提高學(xué)生的工作能力。此外,通過形成“校企共同體”來探索更加有力的校企合作途徑,為上海培養(yǎng)更多、質(zhì)量更高的高職旅游人才。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of tourism industry in Shanghai, the demand for professional talents is more and more vigorous. In the case of contradiction between the demand for talents and the supply of talents, enterprises are gradually introduced into the teaching process of tourism majors in higher vocational colleges in Shanghai. Through the school-enterprise cooperation, for the tourism industry to cultivate high-quality, skilled personnel. Nowadays, the cooperation between schools and enterprises has become an important means to link up with enterprises in Shanghai and train talents together. At the same time, with the continuous development of private vocational education in Shanghai, Many private colleges and universities have joined the ranks of cultivating tourism professionals in higher vocational colleges and have made use of their relatively flexible mechanism to explore a series of talents training methods. Through examples, this paper discusses the practice of cultivating tourism professionals in higher vocational colleges by "order" and "21", which are mainly adopted in the process of cooperation between schools and enterprises. In this paper, the author also introduces the practical experience of Shanghai Jiguang Vocational and Technical College, which is a private college with limited resources, in carrying out the training of tourism talents in higher vocational colleges through the "21" model in recent years. Through the investigation and visit of many tourism higher vocational colleges and tourism enterprises in Shanghai, the paper analyzes the situation of the cooperation between Shanghai tourism higher vocational colleges and tourism enterprises and the influencing factors of the cooperation between schools and enterprises. The experience and problems encountered in many years of practice are summarized. In order to strengthen the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and tourism enterprises in the future, the government should play a guiding and policy support role, especially for some excellent private vocational colleges and universities should increase investment. School-enterprise cooperation should be enterprises and schools. Students, the society finds the "point of balance of interests", so that it can truly achieve the effect of "win-win" in many ways. At the same time, in the process of carrying out the cooperation between schools and enterprises, through the guidance of the government, the system is standardized. Tourism higher vocational colleges must play an active leading role in the cooperation between schools and enterprises, break through the traditional teaching mode, and improve students' working ability by enhancing practical teaching. Through the formation of "school and enterprise community" to explore more effective ways of cooperation between schools and enterprises, for Shanghai to train more and higher quality tourism talents.
