【摘要】：海灘涂資源的開發(fā)利用在我國享有悠久的歷史,但是長期以來,我國海灘涂資源的開發(fā)以圍墾為主,開發(fā)形式單一,容易對當(dāng)?shù)氐臑┩抠Y源形成破壞,影響生態(tài)環(huán)境的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。伴隨著現(xiàn)代旅游業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,人們將灘涂資源開發(fā)與生態(tài)旅游業(yè)結(jié)合起來,使灘涂資源在提供經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的同時,其自身也能得到可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文將結(jié)合蒼南縣海灘涂旅游的必要性、分析蒼南縣灘涂資源開發(fā)利用的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,發(fā)掘蒼南縣灘涂資源旅游業(yè)開發(fā)優(yōu)勢,并就今后如何保護(hù)利用提出發(fā)展對策。本文通過利用文獻(xiàn)分析和實證研究的方法,得出了以下的研究結(jié)論:蒼南縣海灘涂利用中主要存在以下問題:沿海居民的旅游開發(fā)意識不夠,開發(fā)層次較低;基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施及旅游服務(wù)配套設(shè)施基礎(chǔ)薄弱;灘涂資源開發(fā)缺乏有效投入機(jī)制;忽視生態(tài)保護(hù)以及缺乏統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃導(dǎo)致形象宣傳不到位。針對這些問題,作者提出了如下的發(fā)展建議:第一,合理規(guī)劃旅游產(chǎn)業(yè),發(fā)展特色旅游產(chǎn)品;第二,完善海灘涂基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)網(wǎng)絡(luò);第三,加大對資源環(huán)境保護(hù),構(gòu)建生態(tài)保護(hù)機(jī)制;第四,構(gòu)建海灘涂發(fā)展的支持體系;第五,加大資金扶持力度,著力科技投入;第六,布局海灘涂特色農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展思路。
[Abstract]:The exploitation and utilization of sea beach resources have a long history in our country, but for a long time, the exploitation of beach flat resources in our country is dominated by reclamation, and the form of exploitation is single, which is easy to destroy the local tidal flat resources. Along with the continuous development of modern tourism, people combine the exploitation of tidal flat resources with ecological tourism, so that the tidal flat resources provide economic benefits at the same time. According to the necessity of beach tourism in Cangnan County, this paper will analyze the present situation and existing problems of exploitation and utilization of beach resources in Cangnan County, and explore the advantages of tourism development in Cangnan County. And how to protect the use of the future development countermeasures. This paper through the use of literature analysis and empirical research methods, The following conclusions are drawn: the main problems in beach utilization in Cangnan County are as follows: the awareness of tourism development of coastal residents is not enough, the level of development is low, the infrastructure and supporting facilities of tourism services are weak; The lack of effective investment mechanism in the development of beach resources, the neglect of ecological protection and the lack of unified planning lead to the lack of image publicity. In view of these problems, the author puts forward the following development suggestions: first, the rational planning of tourism industry, Develop characteristic tourism products; second, improve the infrastructure construction network of beach smear; third, increase the protection of resources and environment, construct ecological protection mechanism; 4th, construct the support system of beach smear development; 5th, increase financial support, Focus on science and technology investment; 6th, the layout of the beach painting characteristics of agricultural development ideas.
