四川省旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易競爭力及影響因素研究

【摘要】:在經(jīng)濟全球化和貿(mào)易自由化的背景下,全球服務(wù)貿(mào)易發(fā)展日新月異,旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易作為服務(wù)貿(mào)易的重要組成部分,已成為全球經(jīng)濟增長的重要推動力。自從中國入世以來,四川省旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易發(fā)展較快,旅游外匯收入迅速增長,從2000年至2011年,四川省旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易出口額從1.22億美元增長到5.93億美元,11年間增長了4.86倍。但與國內(nèi)其他旅游發(fā)達地區(qū)相比,四川省的旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易競爭力仍較弱,諸如存在旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易出口總量偏小各地市旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易發(fā)展不平衡、旅游人才隊伍建設(shè)緩慢、旅游基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)滯后等問題,這些問題已成為提升四川省旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易競爭力的瓶頸。 本文分為六個部分。 第一部分為緒論。主要介紹本文的選題背景和研究目的,論述了研究四川省旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易競爭力及影響因素的理論及實踐意義,并提出了本文的研究思路和框架體系。 第二部分為旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易國際競爭力的相關(guān)文獻綜述。從競爭力和旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易競爭力兩個角度,分別介紹了學(xué)術(shù)界在這方面的相關(guān)研究成果。 第三部分為四川省旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易現(xiàn)狀分析。首先定義了旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易的概念、特征和旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易競爭力的概念,其次分析了四川省旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易的現(xiàn)狀。 第四部分為四川省旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易影響因素分析。首先借鑒邁克爾·波特的“鉆石模型”,主要從生產(chǎn)要素、市場需求、企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略結(jié)構(gòu)與競爭、相關(guān)輔助產(chǎn)業(yè)四個角度來定性分析影響四川省旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易競爭力的因素,同時選取代表性指標(biāo)來量化分析四川與全國旅游發(fā)達地區(qū)的差異,以此分析四川省旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易目前的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與存在的問題。 第五部分為四川省旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易競爭力指標(biāo)測算及實證研究。通過建立兩個指標(biāo):旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易國內(nèi)市場占有率(MS)、顯示性比較優(yōu)勢指數(shù)(RCA)來分析四川省旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易競爭力水平,并用這兩個指標(biāo)將四川省與全國旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易發(fā)達省份進行比較,以此分析四川省旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易競爭力在全國的發(fā)展水平,最后通過建立實證模型來分析旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)組織、匯率、旅游交通和人力資本這四大因素對于四川省旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易競爭力發(fā)展的影響作用。 第六部分為政策建議。在前面論述分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對提升四川省旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易競爭力提出了若干政策建議。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization and trade liberalization, global service trade is developing with each passing day. Tourism service trade is an important part of service trade. Since China's entry into WTO, tourism service trade in Sichuan Province has developed rapidly, and foreign exchange income has increased rapidly, from 2000 to 2011. Sichuan's exports of tourism services trade rose 4.86-fold in 11 years from US $122 million to US $593 million, but compared with other developed tourist regions in the country. The competitiveness of tourism service trade in Sichuan Province is still weak, such as the existence of tourism service trade export volume is small, the development of tourism service trade in cities and cities is not balanced, and the construction of tourism talent team is slow. Tourism infrastructure construction lags behind and these problems have become the bottleneck to enhance the competitiveness of tourism service trade in Sichuan province. This paper is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction. It mainly introduces the background and research purpose of this paper, and discusses the theoretical and practical significance of the research on the competitiveness of tourism service trade in Sichuan Province and its influencing factors. And put forward the research idea and frame system of this paper. The second part is a literature review on the international competitiveness of tourism service trade. The third part is the analysis of the current situation of tourism service trade in Sichuan Province. Firstly, the concept, characteristics and competitiveness of tourism service trade are defined, and then the present situation of tourism service trade in Sichuan Province is analyzed. The 4th part is an analysis of the influencing factors of tourism service trade in Sichuan Province. Firstly, we draw lessons from Michael Porter's Diamond Model, mainly from factors of production, market demand, strategic structure of enterprises and competition. This paper analyzes the factors that affect the competitiveness of tourism service trade in Sichuan Province from four aspects of relevant auxiliary industries, and selects representative indicators to quantitatively analyze the differences between Sichuan and the developed tourism regions of the whole country. This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of tourism service trade in Sichuan Province. The 5th part is the calculation and empirical study of the competitiveness of tourism service trade in Sichuan province. Through the establishment of two indicators: tourism service trade domestic market share (MSM). The index of indicative comparative advantage (RCA) is used to analyze the competitiveness of tourism service trade in Sichuan Province and to compare Sichuan Province with the developed provinces of tourism service trade in the whole country with these two indexes. Based on this analysis of the competitiveness of tourism service trade in Sichuan Province in the development level of the country, finally through the establishment of empirical model to analyze the tourism industry organization, exchange rate. The impact of four factors, tourism transportation and human capital, on the competitiveness of tourism service trade in Sichuan province. Part 6th is the policy suggestion. On the basis of the previous discussion and analysis, some policy suggestions are put forward to enhance the competitiveness of tourism service trade in Sichuan province.
