【摘要】：旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展是由國(guó)際自然保護(hù)聯(lián)盟(IUCN)特別顧問(wèn)謝貝洛斯.拉斯喀瑞于1983年首次提出。當(dāng)時(shí)就旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展提出了兩個(gè)關(guān)鍵點(diǎn),第一個(gè)是旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展對(duì)象是自然景物；第二個(gè)是旅游業(yè)在發(fā)展的同時(shí)不應(yīng)損害到旅游業(yè)的對(duì)象。因此對(duì)旅游業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的評(píng)價(jià)建立科學(xué)的完整的評(píng)價(jià)體系是不可缺少的,只有建立了完整的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系才能為旅游業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供依據(jù)。目前,有關(guān)這方面的研究與實(shí)踐在我國(guó)還非常少。 本文根據(jù)重慶市近幾年來(lái)與旅游業(yè)相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)重慶市旅游業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展進(jìn)行了灰色模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià),并對(duì)重慶市旅游業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供了一些建議和對(duì)策。本文的主要內(nèi)容包括： (1)根據(jù)旅游業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論和重慶市旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,應(yīng)用相關(guān)分析法對(duì)重慶市旅游業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展綜合評(píng)價(jià)建立了一套指標(biāo)體系,其中包括旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)、旅游環(huán)境系統(tǒng)和社會(huì)支持系統(tǒng)的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)。 (2)根據(jù)灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度確定出重慶市旅游業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)集中各個(gè)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重系數(shù)；考慮到影響重慶市旅游業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的因素具有模糊性,本文運(yùn)用了模糊多層次法進(jìn)行分析并得出評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果。 (3)最后根據(jù)重慶市旅游業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,結(jié)合重慶市的實(shí)際情況,對(duì)重慶市旅游業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展提出了建議和對(duì)策,期望能對(duì)重慶市旅游業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的規(guī)劃建設(shè)提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Sustainable tourism development was first proposed by the IUCN Special adviser to the International Union for Conservation of Nature in 1983, when two key points were raised about the development of tourism. The first is the development object of tourism is natural scenery; The second is that the development of tourism should not harm the object of tourism at the same time. Therefore, it is indispensable to establish a scientific and complete evaluation system for the sustainable development of tourism. Only by establishing a complete evaluation index system can we provide the basis for the sustainable development of tourism. At present, there are very few researches and practices in this field in our country. Based on the data related to tourism in Chongqing in recent years, this paper makes a grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on the sustainable development of tourism in Chongqing. Some suggestions and countermeasures are provided for the sustainable development of tourism in Chongqing. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1) according to the theory of sustainable development of tourism and the present situation of tourism development in Chongqing, a set of index system is established for the comprehensive evaluation of sustainable development of tourism in Chongqing by using the relevant analysis method. It includes the evaluation index of tourism economic system, tourism environment system and social support system. (2) according to the grey correlation degree, the weight coefficient of each index of Chongqing tourism sustainable development evaluation index concentration is determined; Considering the fuzziness of the factors affecting the sustainable development of tourism in Chongqing, this paper uses the fuzzy multi-level method to analyze and obtain the evaluation results. Finally, according to the evaluation results of Chongqing tourism sustainable development situation, combined with the actual situation of Chongqing, put forward suggestions and countermeasures for Chongqing tourism sustainable development. It is expected to provide theoretical basis for the planning and construction of Chongqing tourism sustainable development.
