基于社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)視角的吐魯番旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群升級研究

【摘要】:隨著對產(chǎn)業(yè)集群研究的深入,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織性質(zhì)已得到學(xué)者的廣泛認(rèn)可,集群內(nèi)各行為者通過各種經(jīng)濟(jì)的或社會的聯(lián)結(jié)與互動構(gòu)成了產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu),其網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)所產(chǎn)生的網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)正是產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的動力和競爭優(yōu)勢的源泉,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的網(wǎng)絡(luò)效應(yīng)受到各個行為主體間關(guān)系的影響。旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的形成與發(fā)展有著自身內(nèi)在的機(jī)制和邏輯,它不僅是一種空間集聚的旅游現(xiàn)象,也是一種復(fù)雜的網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織系統(tǒng),旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)的不同也會產(chǎn)生不同的集群效應(yīng),因此,文章以新疆重點(diǎn)旅游區(qū)吐魯番為例,研究了如何通過優(yōu)化網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)來升級旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。 首先,文章介紹了國內(nèi)外旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群研究的進(jìn)展和現(xiàn)狀,并根據(jù)所要研究的內(nèi)容,闡述了產(chǎn)業(yè)集群網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織的研究情況以及社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析法在旅游研究中的應(yīng)用。 其次,在前人的研究基礎(chǔ)上,對旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的本質(zhì)進(jìn)行了探討。結(jié)合網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織理論和先前學(xué)者的研究,文章認(rèn)為旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的本質(zhì)是一種網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織,并對其網(wǎng)絡(luò)特性和網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系進(jìn)行了闡述,根據(jù)其網(wǎng)絡(luò)特性,,得出對旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群進(jìn)行升級,就是要對旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。 再次,文章選取新疆的重點(diǎn)旅游區(qū)吐魯番為例,首先從旅游業(yè)產(chǎn)值專業(yè)化指數(shù)、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈與專業(yè)分工、區(qū)域創(chuàng)新情況的定性分析三方面對吐魯番旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群進(jìn)行識別,得出吐魯番旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群集聚態(tài)勢明顯。在此基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析方法對吐魯番旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的社會連帶和網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了分析。 文章通過社會連帶分析得出吐魯番旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群具有較好的信任環(huán)境,企業(yè)間大多為交易關(guān)系,缺乏深層次的聯(lián)系,社會連帶表現(xiàn)為弱連帶。通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)分析得出吐魯番旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的密度較低,網(wǎng)絡(luò)缺乏具有創(chuàng)新能力的核心企業(yè),網(wǎng)絡(luò)的自組織能力較低,結(jié)構(gòu)存在不合理的現(xiàn)象。 最后,根據(jù)分析的結(jié)果,提出從培育旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群網(wǎng)絡(luò)、加強(qiáng)旅游企業(yè)間的聯(lián)系、培育核心企業(yè)、完善網(wǎng)絡(luò)功能幾方面,對吐魯番旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群進(jìn)行升級。
[Abstract]:With the in-depth study of industrial clusters, the network organization of industrial clusters has been widely recognized by scholars. The network structure of industrial clusters is formed by various actors in clusters through various economic or social connections and interactions. The network economic effect caused by its network structure is the motive force of industrial cluster development and the source of competitive advantage. The network effect of industrial cluster is influenced by the relationship between various actors. The formation and development of tourism industry cluster has its own internal mechanism and logic, which is not only a kind of tourism phenomenon of spatial agglomeration. It is also a complex network organization system. The different network structure of tourism industry cluster will also produce different cluster effects. Therefore, this paper takes Turpan, a key tourism area in Xinjiang, as an example. This paper studies how to upgrade the tourism industry cluster by optimizing the network structure. First of all, the article introduces the domestic and foreign tourism industry cluster research progress and current situation, and according to the content of the study. This paper expounds the research situation of industrial cluster network organization and the application of social network analysis method in tourism research. Secondly, on the basis of previous studies, this paper discusses the nature of tourism industry cluster. Combined with the theory of network organization and previous scholars' research, the paper thinks that the nature of tourism industry cluster is a kind of network organization. The network characteristics and network system are expounded. According to the network characteristics, it is concluded that upgrading the tourism industry cluster is to optimize the network structure of the tourism industry cluster. Thirdly, this paper selects Turpan as an example, first of all from the specialization index of tourism output value, industry chain and professional division of labor. The qualitative analysis of regional innovation in three aspects of Turpan tourism industry cluster identification, the Turpan tourism industry cluster agglomeration situation is obvious. On this basis. The social association and network structure of Turpan tourism industry cluster are analyzed by using social network analysis method. Through the analysis of social association, this paper concludes that Turpan tourism industry cluster has a good trust environment, and most of the enterprises are transaction relations, lack of deep links. Through the analysis of network structure, it can be concluded that the density of Turpan tourism industry cluster is low, the network lacks the core enterprise with innovative ability, and the self-organization ability of network is low. There is an unreasonable structure. Finally, according to the results of the analysis, this paper puts forward the upgrading of Turpan tourism industry cluster from the aspects of cultivating tourism industry cluster network, strengthening the relationship between tourism enterprises, cultivating core enterprises and perfecting the network function.
