地質(zhì)公園解說(shuō)系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:地質(zhì)公園作為一種新型的旅游目的地,解說(shuō)系統(tǒng)是地質(zhì)公園重要的組成部分,也是地質(zhì)公園能否發(fā)揮其功能的重要保障。我國(guó)學(xué)者對(duì)地質(zhì)公園解說(shuō)系統(tǒng)的研究處于起步階段,研究基本圍繞地質(zhì)公園解說(shuō)系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建與規(guī)劃上,對(duì)地質(zhì)公園解說(shuō)系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)方面的研究,還處于空白狀態(tài)。 筆者認(rèn)為,對(duì)地質(zhì)公園解說(shuō)系統(tǒng)的評(píng)價(jià),不僅能了解到公園解說(shuō)系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀,還能從評(píng)價(jià)的結(jié)果上總結(jié)出地質(zhì)公園解說(shuō)系統(tǒng)薄弱之處,為后面完善和規(guī)劃地質(zhì)公園解說(shuō)系統(tǒng)提供直接的依據(jù)。 本文通過(guò)閱讀國(guó)內(nèi)外有旅游解說(shuō)系統(tǒng)以及地質(zhì)公園解說(shuō)系統(tǒng)兩方面的文獻(xiàn),總結(jié)出本研究有關(guān)地質(zhì)公園解說(shuō)系統(tǒng)的概念,特征、分類,以及明確地質(zhì)公園解說(shuō)系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)的功能、準(zhǔn)則以及評(píng)價(jià)方法。為建立地質(zhì)公園評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系提供理論依據(jù)。 在與專家學(xué)者探討下,結(jié)合實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),遵循一定的原則,總結(jié)出地質(zhì)公園解說(shuō)系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)45個(gè)。通過(guò)專家咨詢,設(shè)置問(wèn)卷,對(duì)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行兩輪篩選,最終確定評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)20個(gè)。運(yùn)用層次分析法,建立地質(zhì)公園解說(shuō)系統(tǒng)體系層次結(jié)構(gòu)模型,設(shè)置問(wèn)卷,構(gòu)造成對(duì)比較矩陣,使用Matlab7.1軟件確定各指標(biāo)的權(quán)重系數(shù)。參照2010年地質(zhì)公園規(guī)劃修編技術(shù)要求,運(yùn)用Likert five points Scale對(duì)各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行量化,并明確了各指標(biāo)量化的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。構(gòu)建了地質(zhì)公園解說(shuō)系統(tǒng)多目標(biāo)層次線形函數(shù)評(píng)價(jià)模型,劃分出地質(zhì)公園解說(shuō)評(píng)價(jià)得分等級(jí)。 本文以華鎣山國(guó)家地質(zhì)公園解說(shuō)系統(tǒng)為實(shí)證研究對(duì)象,游客對(duì)公園內(nèi)人員解說(shuō)、解說(shuō)牌示、出版物以及地質(zhì)博物館四大類解說(shuō)系統(tǒng)作出評(píng)價(jià)。運(yùn)用SPSS18.0描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析受訪游客的社會(huì)特征、游客對(duì)四大類解說(shuō)的評(píng)價(jià)均值以及均值標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差,同時(shí)運(yùn)用描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析影響指標(biāo)均值低、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差大的游客社會(huì)特征因素。根據(jù)地質(zhì)公園解說(shuō)系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)線形函數(shù)模型,算出地質(zhì)公園四大類解說(shuō)的得分以及整體得分。得分顯示:游客對(duì)華鎣山地質(zhì)公園解說(shuō)系統(tǒng)比較滿意。在結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)華鎣山地質(zhì)公園解說(shuō)系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化提出建議。 最后,總結(jié)了本文的創(chuàng)新之處,以及本研究中的不足之處,對(duì)今后的研究提出了一定的討論。
[Abstract]:As a new type of tourist destination, the interpretation system is an important part of geopark. It is also an important guarantee of whether the geopark can play its function. The research on the interpretation system of geopark is still in its infancy, and the research is centered on the construction and planning of the interpretation system of geopark. The research on the evaluation of the interpretation system of the geopark is still blank. The author believes that the evaluation of the interpretation system of the geopark can not only understand the current situation of the interpretation system of the park, but also sum up the weakness of the interpretation system of the geopark from the evaluation results. It provides a direct basis for improving and planning the interpretation system of geopark. This article through reading the domestic and foreign tourism interpretation system and the geopark interpretation system two aspects of literature, summed up this research about the concept, characteristics, classification of the geopark interpretation system. The function, criterion and evaluation method of the evaluation system of geopark explanation system are clarified, which provides the theoretical basis for the establishment of the evaluation index system of geopark. In the discussion with experts and scholars, combined with practical experience, followed certain principles, summed up the geological park interpretation system evaluation index 45. Through expert consultation, set up a questionnaire, the indicators for two rounds of screening. Finally, 20 evaluation indexes were determined. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used to establish the hierarchy structure model of the interpretation system of the geopark, to set up the questionnaire, and to construct a pair comparison matrix. Using Matlab7.1 software to determine the weight coefficient of each index. According to the technical requirements of the geopark planning revision in 2010. Likert five points Scale was used to quantify the indexes. The evaluation model of multi-objective hierarchical linear function of geopark interpretation system is constructed and the score grade of geopark interpretation evaluation is divided. This paper takes the interpretation system of Huaying Mountain National Geopark as the empirical research object, tourists explain the park personnel, explanation signs. Using SPSS18.0 descriptive statistics to analyze the social characteristics of the tourists, the average value and standard deviation of the tourists' evaluation of the four categories of interpretation. At the same time, using descriptive statistics to analyze the social characteristics of tourists with low mean value and large standard deviation. According to the interpretation system of geopark, the linear function model is evaluated. The scores show that the tourists are satisfied with the interpretation system of Huaying Mountain Geopark. On the basis of the results. Some suggestions for optimizing the interpretation system of Huaying Mountain Geopark are put forward. Finally, this paper summarizes the innovation of this paper, as well as the shortcomings of this study, and puts forward some discussions for future research.
