【摘要】：改革開放以來，隨著城市化進(jìn)程不斷加快，人民生活水平得到顯著提高，我國旅游業(yè)逐漸從大眾旅游時(shí)代過渡到全民休閑時(shí)代。為更好滿足大眾休閑消費(fèi)需求，集聚多種旅游功能、融合多種業(yè)態(tài)的旅游綜合體應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。目前，旅游綜合體正在成為推動(dòng)當(dāng)?shù)芈糜螛I(yè)發(fā)展的引擎，在促進(jìn)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型、景區(qū)升級(jí)等方面作用明顯。本文力圖通過對(duì)旅游綜合體的評(píng)價(jià)研究，在理論研究和實(shí)踐發(fā)展方面，為促進(jìn)旅游綜合體健康持續(xù)發(fā)展提供新視角和思路。 在理論方面，本文從產(chǎn)業(yè)集群理論和生態(tài)學(xué)理論視角出發(fā)，基于旅游綜合體的集群屬性和共生屬性，闡述了旅游綜合體的理論基礎(chǔ)；借助層次分析法，專家意見法等方法，確定了旅游綜合體評(píng)價(jià)的指標(biāo)體系。接下來，，基于模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)旅游綜合體進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)，通過建立評(píng)價(jià)的因素集和評(píng)語集，構(gòu)建隸屬函數(shù)，將模糊評(píng)價(jià)矩陣和權(quán)重系數(shù)進(jìn)行復(fù)合運(yùn)算得到最后的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)旅游綜合體評(píng)價(jià)的量化。 本文的主要成果有：通過闡述研究背景、相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)研究，從吸引物的角度對(duì)旅游綜合體進(jìn)行定義并分析了旅游綜合體的發(fā)展模式，從宏觀環(huán)境出發(fā)對(duì)它的形成條件進(jìn)行了探索,從而使論文具有一定理論意義。分析了評(píng)價(jià)旅游綜合體的指標(biāo)體系；采用專家打分法進(jìn)行加權(quán)平均獲得了每個(gè)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重；通過設(shè)計(jì)西溪濕地旅游區(qū)評(píng)價(jià)的調(diào)查問卷，并對(duì)其進(jìn)行SPSS信度分析，從而確定了問卷的有效性，最后通過模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)西溪濕地旅游綜合體的評(píng)價(jià),并提出了相關(guān)建議及啟示。 本文的目的在于通過以上分析，力圖為各地旅游綜合體的評(píng)價(jià)提供一個(gè)可參考的模型,并為旅游綜合體的開發(fā)提供參考見,從而使論文具有一定現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the accelerating process of urbanization, the standard of living of the people has been significantly improved, the tourism industry of our country has gradually transitioned from the age of mass tourism to the age of leisure for all, in order to better meet the needs of the masses of leisure consumption. At present, the tourism complex is becoming the engine of promoting the development of local tourism and promoting the transformation of tourism industry. This paper tries to provide a new perspective and train of thought for promoting the healthy and sustainable development of tourism complex through the evaluation and research of tourism complex in theory and practice. In theory, from the perspective of industrial cluster theory and ecology theory, based on the cluster and symbiotic attributes of tourism complex, this paper expounds the theoretical basis of tourism complex; With the help of analytic hierarchy process, expert opinion method and other methods, the evaluation index system of tourism complex is determined. Then, based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate tourism complex. Through the establishment of evaluation factor set and comment set, the membership function is constructed, the fuzzy evaluation matrix and the weight coefficient are combined to get the final evaluation result, and the quantification of tourism complex evaluation is realized. The main achievements of this paper are as follows: through expounding the research background and related literature research, this paper defines tourism complex from the angle of attraction and analyzes the development mode of tourism complex. Based on the macro environment, this paper explores its forming conditions, which makes the paper have certain theoretical significance, and analyzes the index system of evaluating tourism complex. The weighted average weight of each index is obtained by using expert scoring method. By designing a questionnaire to evaluate Xixi Wetland tourist area and analyzing its SPSS reliability, the validity of the questionnaire is determined. Finally, the evaluation of Xixi wetland tourism complex is realized by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and the relevant suggestions and enlightenment are put forward. The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference model for the evaluation of tourism complex and to provide reference for the development of tourism complex through the above analysis, so that the paper has certain practical significance.
