【摘要】：與其他產(chǎn)業(yè)相比較而言,作為一種經(jīng)濟產(chǎn)業(yè),旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)與其他產(chǎn)業(yè)的關聯(lián)性較強,它的發(fā)展與其它眾多產(chǎn)業(yè)緊密相關,對其他相關產(chǎn)業(yè)同時也具有比較強的關聯(lián)帶動作用。許多國家和地區(qū)都非常重視旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)政策和發(fā)展與規(guī)劃的研究,尤其是一些旅游強國,他們更為重視這方面的工作。研究并構建出一套適應時代要求的旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)管理模式,已經(jīng)成為解決目前旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中面臨問題的首要任務。 本文從旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)所面臨的問題入手,對旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展過程中出現(xiàn)的困難和問題進行分析,詳細介紹了小清河旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)管理中出現(xiàn)的問題,構建出了以科學目標系統(tǒng)、政策支撐系統(tǒng)、動力運行系統(tǒng)、溝通協(xié)調系統(tǒng)和監(jiān)督激勵系統(tǒng)為內(nèi)容的小清河旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)管理系統(tǒng),并對該系統(tǒng)的構建和實施中所需的條件和注意的問題進行了闡釋。 旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)管理系統(tǒng)具有極強的生命運動規(guī)律,它并非是簡單地機械地對有關模式進行拼接；在各產(chǎn)業(yè)組織存活和發(fā)展的過程中,相對比較重要的前提是為各個服務對象提供服務并創(chuàng)造價值,而并非是簡單地推銷商品；各利益相關者之間因為共同的利益目標而活動于統(tǒng)一的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略下,而并非是純粹的競爭關系。 本文通過研究構建小清河旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)管理系統(tǒng),旨在為旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的進一步發(fā)展壯大提供一定的理論基礎和實踐指導,相信這有利于國家對旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的重新定位和科學管理,有利于旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結構的合理調整,也有利于旅游管理學科的理論創(chuàng)新和健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Compared with other industries, as an economic industry, tourism industry is closely related to other industries, and its development is closely related to many other industries. Many countries and regions attach great importance to the research of tourism industry policy and development and planning, especially some powerful tourism countries. They pay more attention to this aspect of the work and study and construct a set of tourism industry management model to meet the requirements of the times has become the most important task to solve the problems in the development of tourism industry. Starting with the problems facing the tourism industry, this paper analyzes the difficulties and problems in the process of the development of the tourism industry, and introduces in detail the problems in the management of the tourism industry in Xiaoqing River. The ecological management system of Xiaoqing River tourism industry is constructed, which includes scientific target system, policy support system, dynamic operation system, communication and coordination system and supervision and incentive system. The necessary conditions and problems in the construction and implementation of the system are explained. The ecological management system of tourism industry has a strong law of life movement, it is not simply a mechanical splicing of the relevant models; In the process of survival and development of various industrial organizations, the relatively important premise is to provide services and create value for each service object, rather than simply selling goods; All stakeholders are involved in a unified development strategy rather than a purely competitive relationship because of their common interests. Through the study of the construction of Xiaoqing River tourism industry ecological management system, in order to provide a certain theoretical basis and practical guidance for the further development and expansion of the tourism industry. It is believed that this will be beneficial to the country's reorientation and scientific management of the tourism industry, to the rational adjustment of the tourism industry structure, and to the theoretical innovation and healthy development of the subject of tourism management.
