【摘要】：近年來,隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展、人們所擁有的閑暇時(shí)間及可自由支配收入增多,外出游憩需求不斷加大。2008年9月29日,福建省4A級(jí)旅游風(fēng)景區(qū)——福州國(guó)家森林公園正式免費(fèi)向公眾開放,成為備受人們歡迎的地方。因此,如何提升和優(yōu)化福州國(guó)家森林公園的游憩服務(wù)功能是一個(gè)值得研究的課題。 本文首先對(duì)游客的游憩行為偏好、游客滿意度和森林游憩這三方面進(jìn)行了國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)綜述研究,并結(jié)合深度訪談法設(shè)計(jì)出了福州國(guó)家森林公園的游客游憩行為偏好及滿意度的調(diào)查問卷。筆者在福州國(guó)家森林公園進(jìn)行了實(shí)地問卷調(diào)查,回收有效問卷325份。筆者運(yùn)用定性與定量相結(jié)合的方法分析了問卷所得數(shù)據(jù),論證了游客在福州國(guó)家森林公園的游憩行為偏好特征和對(duì)福州國(guó)家森林公園服務(wù)要素的滿意程度,從中找出了當(dāng)前福州國(guó)家森林公園在提升其游憩服務(wù)功能方面存在的問題,從而提出相應(yīng)的游憩服務(wù)功能優(yōu)化策略。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of social economy in China, the leisure time and disposable income of people have increased, and the demand for recreation is increasing. September 29th 2008. Fujian Province 4A class tourist scenic spot-Fuzhou National Forest Park officially free of charge to the public, has become a popular place. How to improve and optimize the recreational service function of Fuzhou National Forest Park is a subject worth studying. First of all, this paper reviews the domestic and foreign literature on tourists' recreation behavior preference, tourist satisfaction and forest recreation. And combined with in-depth interviews designed the Fuzhou National Forest Park visitors' recreation behavior preference and satisfaction questionnaire. The author conducted a field survey in Fuzhou National Forest Park. A total of 325 valid questionnaires were collected. The author used qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the data obtained from the questionnaires. The characteristics of tourists' recreational behavior preference in Fuzhou National Forest Park and their satisfaction with the service elements of Fuzhou National Forest Park are demonstrated. The problems in improving the recreational service function of Fuzhou National Forest Park are found out, and the corresponding optimization strategies of recreation service function are put forward.
