【摘要】:貢嘎山地區(qū)位于四川盆地與青藏高原的過(guò)渡地帶,也是青藏板塊東緣與揚(yáng)子板塊的交接帶,新構(gòu)造運(yùn)動(dòng)活躍,現(xiàn)代冰川特征明顯,形成了類型多、品位高、組合性好、分布廣泛的地學(xué)景觀資源。以奇峰雪景、現(xiàn)代冰川、鈣華、溫泉著稱于世,并伴有森林、草原、氣象等眾多景觀以及特色鮮明的藏族風(fēng)情。但由于保護(hù)意識(shí)和方法的滯后,在日益增多的人類活動(dòng)影響下,許多地學(xué)景觀正在受到不同程度的威脅,迫切需要更加科學(xué)合理的保護(hù)與開(kāi)發(fā)。 當(dāng)前,以青藏高原為目的地的龐大旅游市場(chǎng)正在自發(fā)形成,大量的自駕車涌入高原,給脆弱的高原地區(qū)生態(tài)帶來(lái)了嚴(yán)重的破壞。因此針對(duì)貢嘎山地學(xué)景觀資源的保護(hù)與開(kāi)發(fā)進(jìn)行專題研究對(duì)保護(hù)高原環(huán)境,普及地學(xué)旅游知識(shí),帶動(dòng)區(qū)域的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展都具有典型意義。 本文首先介紹了研究區(qū)的范圍和區(qū)位特征,闡述了研究的選題依據(jù)和意義,提出力圖解決的三個(gè)概念性問(wèn)題:從認(rèn)識(shí)方法上,如何更綜合的認(rèn)識(shí)和評(píng)價(jià)地學(xué)景觀?從發(fā)展策略上,如何更可行的對(duì)地學(xué)景觀資源進(jìn)行保護(hù)和開(kāi)發(fā)?從保護(hù)技術(shù)上,如何更有效的保護(hù)地質(zhì)環(huán)境?針對(duì)上述三個(gè)問(wèn)題,論文分為三個(gè)主要部分展開(kāi)研究:第一部分是對(duì)貢嘎山地學(xué)景觀資源的基礎(chǔ)研究。在前人的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)貢嘎山主要的地學(xué)景觀進(jìn)行了歸類及成景機(jī)制分析,并在認(rèn)識(shí)的角度上引入景觀美學(xué)的科學(xué)認(rèn)知理論以豐富旅游地學(xué)的理論方法,為貢嘎山地學(xué)景觀資源進(jìn)行了價(jià)值評(píng)價(jià),并根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,對(duì)貢嘎山地學(xué)景觀的主要類型提出了理論性的保護(hù)利用方向。 第二部分,在“保護(hù)是開(kāi)發(fā)的前提,開(kāi)發(fā)是為了更好的保護(hù)”的理念指導(dǎo)下,就貢嘎山地區(qū)地學(xué)景觀資源開(kāi)發(fā)狀況和暴露出的問(wèn)題,結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)氐纳鐣?huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,借鑒了可持續(xù)發(fā)展、低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)、點(diǎn)軸系統(tǒng)、智慧景區(qū)等理論,提出了貢嘎山地學(xué)景觀保護(hù)發(fā)展的方向和戰(zhàn)略。并在此方向下,提出了貢嘎山地學(xué)景觀保護(hù)與開(kāi)發(fā)模式。該模式由信息系統(tǒng)、保護(hù)系統(tǒng)、開(kāi)發(fā)系統(tǒng)、提升系統(tǒng)、管理系統(tǒng)五個(gè)子系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建而成,在保持整個(gè)模式架構(gòu)完整性的同時(shí)避免混淆和重疊,構(gòu)成了一個(gè)良性互動(dòng)、科學(xué)發(fā)展的理論框架。 第三部分,針對(duì)貢嘎山地學(xué)景觀及生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)現(xiàn)狀,提出采用智慧景區(qū)的理念,結(jié)合現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù),構(gòu)建囊括3S技術(shù)、RFID技術(shù)、傳感網(wǎng)技術(shù)等現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)的地質(zhì)環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng),此系統(tǒng)具有可視性、智能性、即時(shí)性、開(kāi)放性等特點(diǎn),能夠彌補(bǔ)傳統(tǒng)人工監(jiān)測(cè)的常見(jiàn)缺點(diǎn),可大幅提升貢嘎山地區(qū)地質(zhì)環(huán)境的保護(hù)效率,也為資源稟賦相近的自然保護(hù)區(qū)、地質(zhì)公園的智能化環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)提供了一個(gè)可借鑒的范例。
[Abstract]:The Gongga Mountain area is located in the transitional zone between Sichuan Basin and Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, which is also the junction zone between the eastern margin of the Qinghai-Tibet plate and the Yangtze plate. The neotectonic movement is active, the characteristics of modern glacier are obvious, the formation types are many, and the grade is high. Good combination and wide distribution of geoscience landscape resources. Qifeng snow scenery, modern glaciers, calcareous, hot springs known in the world, accompanied by forests, grasslands. Meteorology and many other landscapes as well as distinctive Tibetan customs. But due to the lagging of conservation awareness and methods, under the influence of more and more human activities, many geoscientific landscapes are being threatened to varying degrees. There is an urgent need for more scientific and rational protection and development. At present, the huge tourism market with the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau as the destination is forming spontaneously, and a large number of self-driving is pouring into the plateau. It has brought serious damage to the fragile plateau ecology. Therefore, the protection and development of Geoscience landscape resources in Gongga Mountain has been studied to protect the plateau environment and popularize the knowledge of geoscience tourism. Drive the social and economic development of the region with typical significance. This paper first introduces the scope and location characteristics of the research area, expounds the basis and significance of the research topic, and puts forward three conceptual problems to be solved: from the perspective of cognitive methods. How to understand and evaluate geoscientific landscape more synthetically? From the development strategy, how to more feasible protection and development of geoscience landscape resources? From the protection technology, how to protect the geological environment more effectively? In view of the above three problems, the thesis is divided into three main parts: the first part is the basic research on the geological landscape resources of Gongga Mountain. The main geoscientific landscape of Gongga Mountain is classified and its landscape mechanism is analyzed, and the scientific cognitive theory of landscape aesthetics is introduced to enrich the theoretical methods of tourism geography. This paper evaluates the value of the geo-landscape resources in Gongga Mountain, and according to the evaluation results, puts forward the theoretical protection and utilization direction for the main types of Geoscience Landscape in Gongga Mountain. The second part, in the "protection is the premise of development, development is for better protection" concept guidance, on the Gongga Mountain area geoscience landscape resources development situation and exposed problems. Combined with the local social and economic development situation, using the sustainable development, low-carbon economy, point-axis system, intelligent scenic area and other theories, this paper puts forward the development direction and strategy of Geoscience landscape protection in Gongga Mountain, and in this direction. Gongga Mountain Geoscience Landscape Protection and Development Model is constructed by five subsystems: information system, protection system, development system, promotion system and management system. While maintaining the integrity of the whole model architecture, it avoids confusion and overlap, which constitutes a theoretical framework of benign interaction and scientific development. In the third part, aiming at the present situation of Geoscience landscape and ecological environment protection in Gongga Mountain, the author puts forward the idea of adopting the wisdom scenic spot and combining modern science and technology to construct the RFID technology including 3s technology. Sensor network technology and other modern science and technology geological environment monitoring system, this system has the characteristics of visibility, intelligence, immediacy, openness and so on, can make up for the common shortcomings of traditional manual monitoring. It can greatly improve the protection efficiency of geological environment in Gongga Mountain area, and also provide a reference example for the intelligent environmental monitoring of geopark, which has similar natural reserves with similar resource endowments.
