【摘要】:重組竹作為一種新型材料,具有原料利用率高、物理力學(xué)性能好、加工性能好等諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn),但是在實(shí)際的設(shè)計(jì)的應(yīng)用過程中,還不夠?yàn)榇蠖鄶?shù)人所知,原因在于重組竹被應(yīng)用的不夠廣、不夠深。隨著科技的發(fā)展,采用CAD/CAM技術(shù)進(jìn)行雕刻加工方式將成為主流,因此研究重組竹的數(shù)控雕刻性能,獲得比較客觀的加工數(shù)據(jù),將為重組竹的發(fā)展打下較為堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。 論文主要分為四個(gè)部分: 第一部分是資料的搜集,簡(jiǎn)單介紹了重組竹的制備工藝,重組竹的一些基本性能數(shù)值。此外,關(guān)于數(shù)控CAD/CAM系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了一定的調(diào)研,國(guó)外在這方面的發(fā)展起步早于國(guó)內(nèi),因此,國(guó)外已經(jīng)有Casemate軟件包、Type3、Artcam、PRO/E、UG、MasterCAM和AlphaCAM等軟件,而國(guó)內(nèi)只有JDpaint和文泰雕刻系列軟件,國(guó)內(nèi)在數(shù)控領(lǐng)域具有很大的發(fā)展空間。 第二部分是研究竹材重組材、雕刻與工業(yè)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)系,重組竹的材性特點(diǎn)、可持續(xù)性、包涵的文化等特點(diǎn)與工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的市場(chǎng)、科學(xué)與技術(shù)、可持續(xù)發(fā)展、文化內(nèi)涵和審美特性等因素不謀而合,重組竹正在應(yīng)用于工業(yè)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的多個(gè)領(lǐng)域。而木雕作為我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)的一門手藝,集技術(shù)與藝術(shù)為一體,將木雕應(yīng)用于工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)將中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化傳承下去,,具有重要意義。因此基于重組竹的雕刻,是文化的傳承、是設(shè)計(jì)的創(chuàng)新。 第三部分確定了實(shí)驗(yàn)內(nèi)容為浮雕和圓雕后,進(jìn)入工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的研發(fā)階段,通過設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)研、設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)思等最終設(shè)計(jì)出三款浮雕和圓雕作品,用以實(shí)驗(yàn)加工。接著研究數(shù)控雕刻的一般流程、加工工藝、參數(shù)設(shè)置、刀具選擇等,并建立模型,為實(shí)驗(yàn)做前期準(zhǔn)備。 第四部分是雕刻實(shí)驗(yàn),分別就三種不同的機(jī)床進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的操作解說,經(jīng)過一系列的操作獲得重組竹的雕刻產(chǎn)品,對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)的過程及結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,得到了一些重組竹數(shù)控雕刻的心得,同時(shí)反映出一些問題,這些實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)論將會(huì)客觀呈現(xiàn)。 本文將重組竹與現(xiàn)代化數(shù)控雕刻結(jié)合起來,獲得的實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)將會(huì)對(duì)重組竹的應(yīng)用發(fā)展產(chǎn)生積極的作用。
[Abstract]:As a new material, reconstituted bamboo has many advantages, such as high utilization of raw materials, good physical and mechanical properties, good processing performance, etc., but in the practical design process, it is not enough for most people to know. With the development of science and technology, using CAD/CAM technology to carve will become the mainstream. Obtaining more objective processing data will lay a solid foundation for the development of reconstituted bamboo. The thesis is divided into four parts: The first part is the collection of data, a brief introduction of the preparation process of reconstituted bamboo, some basic performance values of the reconstituted bamboo. In addition, a certain amount of research on the numerical control CAD/CAM system has been carried out. The development of this field in foreign countries started earlier than at home. Therefore, there are already Casemate software packages in foreign countries, such as Type3 / Artcaman / PROP / EU / UG. MasterCAM and AlphaCAM and other software, but only JDpaint and Wentai engraving series software, domestic numerical control field has a great development space. The second part is to study the relationship between bamboo wood recombination, carving and industrial product design, the characteristics of reconstituted bamboo material, sustainability, inclusive culture and the market, science and technology, sustainable development of industrial design. Cultural connotations and aesthetic characteristics coincide. Reconstituted bamboo is being applied in many fields of industrial product design. As a traditional handicraft in our country, wood carving is a combination of technology and art. It is of great significance to apply wood carving to industrial design to inherit Chinese traditional culture. Therefore, carving based on reconstituted bamboo is a cultural heritage and an innovation of design. The third part determines that the experimental content is relief and circular carving, and enters the research and development stage of industrial design, and finally designs three relief and circular sculpture works through design research, design conception and so on. Then the general process of NC engraving, processing technology, parameter setting, tool selection and so on are studied, and the model is established to prepare for the experiment. The 4th part is the carving experiment, which explains the operation of three different machine tools in detail. After a series of operations, the carving products of the reconstituted bamboo are obtained, and the process and results of the experiment are analyzed. Some experiences of reconstituted bamboo engraving are obtained, and some problems are reflected. These experimental conclusions will be presented objectively. In this paper, combining the reconstituted bamboo with the modern numerical control carving, the experimental data obtained will play a positive role in the application and development of the reconstituted bamboo.
