【摘要】:陜西省旅游資源豐富,旅游業(yè)在改革開放以來取得了較好的發(fā)展,但近年來發(fā)展緩慢,在國內的排名漸漸靠后。這是因為陜西省雖然是一個旅游大省,卻沒有對旅游資源進行很好的整合管理,各類旅游企業(yè)沒有形成合理有效的合作機制,,造成了旅游大省卻不是旅游強省的局面。陜西省旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展還不完善,有很大的發(fā)展?jié)摿。為了使陜西省旅游業(yè)能夠更好更快發(fā)展,充分利用旅游資源,提高旅游產品質量,為陜西省旅游業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展考慮,本文為陜西省旅游業(yè)打造了一條旅游服務供應鏈,以供應鏈管理的先進思想來管理陜西省的旅游活動,對整個旅游活動進行監(jiān)控,協(xié)調好供應鏈上成員之間的關系,使得供應鏈合理高效地運作,為陜西省的旅游業(yè)帶來一次全新的革命。 通過分析,可知陜西省的旅游服務供應鏈是客觀存在的。本文通過對旅游服務供應鏈的分析,根據(jù)陜西省旅游業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,為陜西省打造了一條較為合理的旅游服務供應鏈。這條供應鏈以旅行社為核心,連接著各類旅游供應商和最終客戶——旅游者。協(xié)調好供應鏈上各成員之間的關系是很重要的,本文運用博弈理論分析了核心企業(yè)旅行社和旅游景區(qū)、旅游酒店以及旅游者之間的協(xié)調關系,通過議價模型等對旅游服務供應鏈上成員間的關系進行協(xié)調分析,得出發(fā)展對策。運用Shapley值法對供應鏈整體利益進行理性分配。最后為陜西省發(fā)展旅游服務供應鏈提出一些合理的建議。 旅游服務供應鏈雖然是一個比較新的研究領域,但陜西旅游服務供應鏈是客觀存在著的,旅游服務供應鏈是未來旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢,是陜西省發(fā)展旅游業(yè)的重要手段,打造一條合理高效的旅游服務供應鏈,能為旅游業(yè)及當?shù)亟洕鷰砗艽笮б,也是促進旅游業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要支撐。
[Abstract]:Shaanxi Province is rich in tourism resources, tourism has made good development since the reform and opening up, but in recent years, the development is slow, in the domestic ranking is gradually lower. This is because Shaanxi Province is a big tourism province. However, there is no good integrated management of tourism resources, all kinds of tourism enterprises have not formed a reasonable and effective cooperation mechanism, resulting in the tourism province is not a strong tourism province, Shaanxi tourism development is not perfect. In order to make Shaanxi tourism develop better and faster, make full use of tourism resources, improve the quality of tourism products, and consider the sustainable development of Shaanxi tourism. This paper creates a tourism service supply chain for the tourism industry of Shaanxi Province, manages the tourism activities in Shaanxi Province with the advanced idea of supply chain management, and monitors the whole tourism activities. The coordination of the relationship between the members of the supply chain makes the supply chain operate reasonably and efficiently, and bring a new revolution to the tourism industry in Shaanxi Province. Through the analysis, we can know that the tourism service supply chain of Shaanxi Province is objective. This paper analyzes the tourism service supply chain, according to the current situation of tourism in Shaanxi Province. A more reasonable tourism service supply chain has been created for Shaanxi Province. This supply chain takes travel agency as the core. It is very important to coordinate the relationship between the members of the supply chain and connect all kinds of tourism suppliers and final customers-tourists. This paper uses game theory to analyze the core enterprise travel agencies and tourist attractions. The coordination relationship between tourist hotels and tourists is analyzed by negotiation model. Finally, the author puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the development of tourism service supply chain in Shaanxi province. Although tourism service supply chain is a relatively new research field, Shaanxi tourism service supply chain exists objectively. Tourism service supply chain is the trend of tourism development in the future. It is an important means to develop tourism in Shaanxi Province. Creating a reasonable and efficient tourism service supply chain can bring great benefits to tourism and local economy, and it is also an important support to promote the sustainable development of tourism.
