【摘要】：2014年8月9日,國務(wù)院下發(fā)《關(guān)于促進旅游業(yè)改革發(fā)展的若干意見》進一步明確了旅游發(fā)展的新要求,這是繼2009年《關(guān)于加快發(fā)展旅游業(yè)的意見》以及2013年《國民旅游休閑綱要》、《中華人民共和國旅游法》之后,由國家出臺的又一項旅游業(yè)綱領(lǐng)性文件。這為處于經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型期的中國旅游業(yè)提供了前所未有的發(fā)展新機遇。內(nèi)蒙古呼倫貝爾市鄂倫春自治旗政府依托當?shù)刎S富的自然資源、人文資源,順應(yīng)國家號召,提出經(jīng)濟產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型,大力發(fā)展旅游業(yè)資源,至此,布蘇里北疆軍事文化旅游區(qū)應(yīng)運而生。本文結(jié)合宏觀與微觀、定性與定量以及SWOT等分析方法,通過六個部分對該項目背景、研究意義、投資公司背景、項目投資建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀、市場分析以及運營條件進行了全面分析,得出該項目所具有的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、面臨的挑戰(zhàn)與機遇。
[Abstract]:In August 9th 2014, the State Council issued "some opinions on promoting the Reform and Development of Tourism" to further clarify the new requirements for the development of tourism.
