【摘要】:自上個(gè)世紀(jì)末至今,世界郵輪旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長(zhǎng)速度一直保持在年均8%以上,遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超過全球旅游業(yè)年均4%的整體增長(zhǎng)水平,被譽(yù)為“漂浮在黃金水道上的黃金產(chǎn)業(yè)”。其10-14倍于自身價(jià)值的經(jīng)濟(jì)帶動(dòng)作用引起世界各國(guó)的廣泛關(guān)注。 中國(guó)加入WTO以后,尤其是在成功舉辦了2008年北京奧運(yùn)會(huì)及2010年上海世博會(huì)之后,世界各國(guó)紛紛將目光匯聚在中國(guó)。近年來,中國(guó)逐漸成為全球經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)速度最快的國(guó)家之一。隨著我國(guó)居民可支配收入水平及中高收入人群比例的不斷增加,人們的消費(fèi)觀念也隨之發(fā)生了巨大的變化,越來越多的人開始享受假期帶來的樂趣。人們對(duì)于旅游產(chǎn)品,尤其是度假體驗(yàn)類中高端旅游產(chǎn)品的消費(fèi)需求和消費(fèi)能力大大增加。中國(guó)旅游市場(chǎng)巨大的發(fā)展空間引起了眾多國(guó)際巨頭郵輪公司的高度重視,紛紛通過各種途徑,積極開拓中國(guó)的郵輪旅游市場(chǎng)。 一時(shí)間,風(fēng)靡歐美的郵輪旅游逐漸成為國(guó)人旅游消費(fèi)的新熱點(diǎn),選擇郵輪旅游方式出游的人數(shù)逐年增加,我國(guó)的郵輪旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)表現(xiàn)出強(qiáng)勁的發(fā)展勢(shì)頭。快速增長(zhǎng)的郵輪旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)整個(gè)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展做出了巨大貢獻(xiàn),得到了中國(guó)政府的高度重視和大力支持,相關(guān)鼓勵(lì)政策與措施不斷出臺(tái),中國(guó)郵輪旅游市場(chǎng)具有良好且巨大的發(fā)展前景。 然而,在現(xiàn)階段,中國(guó)的郵輪旅游尚停留在起步階段,與郵輪經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)的歐美地區(qū)相比仍存在較大差距,中國(guó)郵輪旅游市場(chǎng)的自身?xiàng)l件、消費(fèi)需求、政策法規(guī)等情況也與歐美地區(qū)有著明顯的差異。在這種情況下,筆者以專業(yè)的會(huì)獎(jiǎng)旅游從業(yè)者的視角,通過理論與實(shí)際相結(jié)合的方式,通過對(duì)比國(guó)內(nèi)外郵輪旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展過程及特征,總結(jié)出發(fā)展郵輪旅游的必要條件以及主要影響因素;結(jié)合這些因素對(duì)中國(guó)郵輪旅游的發(fā)展進(jìn)行SWOT分析,找出中國(guó)郵輪旅游市場(chǎng)自身的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、以及外部存在的機(jī)會(huì)和威脅,總結(jié)出適合我國(guó)實(shí)際情況的郵輪旅游發(fā)展策略。希望能夠促進(jìn)中國(guó)郵輪旅游的發(fā)展,提高郵輪旅游在未來我國(guó)旅游市場(chǎng)中的占有率。
[Abstract]:Since the end of 0th century, the growth rate of the world cruise tourism economy has been maintained at an average annual rate of more than 8%, which far exceeds the overall growth level of the global tourism industry of 4% per year. Known as the "gold industry floating on the golden waterway", its 10-14 times its own value of the economic driving effect of the world wide attention. After China joined the WTO, especially after successfully hosting the Beijing Olympic Games on 2008 and the Shanghai World Expo on 2010, all the countries in the world have focused their attention on China in recent years. China has gradually become one of the fastest growing countries in the world. With the increasing of the disposable income level and the proportion of the middle and high income groups, people's consumption concept has changed greatly. More and more people begin to enjoy the fun of holidays. Especially, the consumption demand and consumption ability of the high-end tourism products in the class of vacation experience have greatly increased. The huge development space of the Chinese tourism market has aroused the great attention of many international giant cruise companies. Through a variety of channels, actively develop China's cruise tourism market. For a time, cruise tourism has gradually become a new hot spot of Chinese tourism consumption, and the number of people who choose cruise tourism has increased year by year. China's cruise tourism industry shows a strong momentum of development. The rapid growth of cruise tourism industry has made a great contribution to the development of the entire national economy, and has been highly valued and strongly supported by the Chinese government. With the related policies and measures, the cruise tourism market in China has a good and huge development prospects. However, at this stage, China's cruise tourism is still in the initial stage, compared with the cruise economy developed in Europe and the United States, there is still a large gap between China's cruise tourism market conditions, consumer demand. Policies and regulations and other situations with Europe and the United States have obvious differences. In this case, the author will award professional tourism practitioners through the theory and practice of the combination of the way. By comparing the development process and characteristics of the cruise tourism industry at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the necessary conditions and main influencing factors for the development of cruise tourism. Combined with these factors, the development of cruise tourism in China is analyzed by SWOT to find out the strengths and weaknesses of the Chinese cruise tourism market, as well as the external opportunities and threats. It is hoped that the development of cruise tourism in China can promote the development of cruise tourism in China and increase the share of cruise tourism in China's tourism market in the future.
